Abstract

一种灯具包括一灯座、一安装于灯座上的发光模组、一罩设发光模组的导光罩、一夹置于灯座与导光罩之间的防水垫及抵压导光罩且与灯座固定连接的压框,所述压框具有向下凸伸出的若干凸部,所述灯座侧壁外表面相对于竖直方向朝外倾斜,若干固定件横向穿过所述凸部,并固定在灯座的侧壁外表面上。与现有技术相比,灯座的侧壁外表面相对于固定件倾斜,固定件横向穿出凸部,而固定在灯座的侧壁外表面的过程中,带动了导光罩最大程度地贴紧防水垫,从而使灯具达到最佳的防水效果。

本发明涉及一种照明装置。
背景技术
一些应用在户外场所的灯具,通常对防水有一定要求,但现有技术下的灯具通常防水性能较差,水滴及水汽容易进入灯具内部腔体,从而导致内部的光源因短路而击穿失效,最终致使整个灯具瘫痪而无法正常使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种防水性能佳的灯具。
一种灯具包括一灯座、一安装于灯座上的发光模组、一罩设发光模组的导光罩、一夹置于灯座与导光罩之间的防水垫及抵压导光罩且与灯座固定连接的压框,所述压框具有向下凸伸出的若干凸部,所述灯座侧壁外表面相对于竖直方向朝外倾斜,若干固定件横向穿过所述凸部,并固定在灯座的侧壁外表面上。
与现有技术相比,灯座的侧壁外表面相对于固定件倾斜,固定件横向穿出凸部,而固定在灯座的侧壁外表面的过程中,带动了导光罩最大程度地贴紧防水垫,从而使灯具达到最佳的防水效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
本发明一些实施例中的灯具可用于满足户外场所的照明需要,并具备良好的防水效果。如图1及图2所示,该灯具在一些实施例中大体上包括一灯座10、二贴设于灯座10内侧的发光模组20、一罩设发光模组20的导光罩30、一夹置于灯座10与导光罩30之间的防水垫40及套设导光罩30且与灯座10固定连接的一压框50。
灯座10在一些实施例中采用导热性能良好的材料(例如,铝)制成,其包括一矩形基板12及由基板12外缘斜向上延伸出的四侧板14,使整个灯座10的截面大致呈梯形,且使灯座10侧壁外表面相对于竖直方向朝外倾斜。四侧板14与基板12围成一具有一定高度的容置空间以容置发光模组20。各侧板14顶部内缘向下凹陷形成一容槽142,所述防水垫40容置于容槽142内。基板12内表面开设若干固定孔122,以与螺丝等固定件配合将发光模组20固定至基板12上,基板12外表面四角处向下延伸出四起支撑作用的支撑足124。
在一些实施例中上述发光模组20为二块,每一发光模组20包括一矩形电路板22及均匀固定于电路板22一侧面的若干发光二极管24,这些发光二极管24在电路板22上呈矩阵排列。电路板22的另一侧面贴合于灯座10的基板12上,与基板12导热连接,可将发光二极管24在运行时产生的热量传递给基板12,由基板12将热量散发到外界。所述电路板22开设有与基板12上固定孔122对应的若干穿孔(图未标)。
请同时参照图3,上述防水垫40在一些实施例中由橡胶等弹性材料制成,以实现密封的效果。该防水垫40整体上呈环形,优选地,其宽度与灯座10的侧板14顶端的容槽142的宽度相当,厚度小于容槽142的深度,使防水垫40可以较好地容置在容槽142中。该防水垫40顶部表面向上间隔凸伸出二环形凸起42。
上述导光罩30由透明或半透明材料如PC等制成。该导光罩30包括一本体32及沿本体32周边水平向外延伸出的折边34。所述本体32沿其纵向截面呈梯形,沿其横向截面呈矩形。所述折边34尺寸与防水垫40的尺寸对应,使折边34正好盖在防水垫40上,并容置在灯座10的侧板14的容槽142中,从而灯座10、防水垫40及导光罩30形成一密封的盒体,以防止雨水、灰尘等物进入其中。
压框50整体上呈矩形环状,用以固定连接导光罩30与灯座10。压框50中部的通孔呈矩形,且其尺寸大于导光罩30的本体32的尺寸而小于导光罩30的折边34的尺寸,使导光罩30的本体32可以穿过压框50,而折边34被压框50抵挡。压框50的一纵长侧边顶部向上延伸出一起装饰作用的挡板54,压框50底部邻近四角处垂直向下凸伸出两对凸部52,每一对凸部52的间距均大于其对应的灯座10侧板14的顶部外侧缘的间距(如图3所示)。凸部52的延伸方向与邻近的灯座10侧板14的外表面之间的夹角为锐角。每一凸部52沿横向方向开设有一螺纹孔520,用以与作为固定件使用的四螺钉522配合。
组装该灯具时,螺钉(图未示)穿设发光模组20的穿孔螺锁于基板12的固定孔122,将发光模组20固定于灯座10的基板12上;再将防水垫40置于灯座10的容槽142内;再将导光罩30置于防水垫40上使防水垫40的凸起42与导光罩30的折边34内侧弹性接触;再将压框50套设在导光罩30上,使压框50的内缘抵压导光罩30的折边34上表面;将螺钉522旋入压框50的螺纹孔520,并使螺钉522的尖端沿着灯座10侧板14的斜面向下移动,从而带动压框50向下抵压导光罩30,进而带动导光罩30向下抵压容置于灯座10内的防水垫40,直至防水垫40被压缩到某一极限,此时继续旋拧螺钉522,使螺钉522的旋进灯座10侧板14的斜面的某一点,螺锁固定于灯座10侧板14内,从而将导光罩30与灯座10紧密地连接在一起。
由于螺钉522相对于灯座10侧板14的斜面倾斜一定角度,在将螺钉522固定在灯座10侧板14内的过程中,带动了导光罩30最大程度地贴紧防水垫40,并且保持螺钉522与灯具内部腔体不相连通,从而使灯具达到最佳的防水效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种灯具,其特征在于:包括一灯座、一安装于灯座上的发光模组、一罩设发光模组的导光罩、一夹置于灯座与导光罩之间的防水垫及抵压导光罩且与灯座固定连接的压框,所述压框具有向下凸伸出的若干凸部,所述灯座侧壁外表面相对于竖直方向朝外倾斜,若干固定件横向穿过所述凸部,并固定在灯座的侧壁外表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯座包括一基板及由基板周缘斜向上延伸出的若干侧板。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述发光模组贴设固定于基板,防水垫夹置于侧板内侧与导光罩之间,所述灯座的侧壁外表面形成于侧板的外侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述侧板顶部内缘向下凹陷形成容槽,所述防水垫容置于容槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述防水垫顶部表面向上凸伸有凸起。
6.如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述导光罩包括一本体及沿本体周边水平向外延伸出的折边,所述防水垫的凸起与折边内侧接触。
7.如权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述压框呈环状,其套设在导光罩上,并通过其内缘抵压导光罩折边的外侧表面。
8.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述发光模组包括一电路板及固定于电路板一侧面的若干发光二极管,电路板的另一侧面贴合于灯座内侧表面。
9.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述固定件为螺钉,每一凸部沿垂直于延伸方向开设有一螺纹孔,以与螺钉配合。
