Abstract

一种具有防静电(导电)功能且具有低翘曲耐高温PBT/PET合金复合材料,其材料成份配比(按照质量分数比例):PBT/PET树脂100,(PBT∶PET=50~80∶50~20),导电材料8~18、玻璃纤维15~30,玻璃微珠10~30、偶联剂0.3~1.5、增韧剂5~15、抗氧剂0.15~1.75。按一定的比例在高速混合机是混合均匀后,双比螺杆挤出机混炼挤出造粒,制成本合金重合材料。用该种材料采用塑料注塑技术制成的产品,可在-30~200℃温度范围内连续使用,用于石油化工、军工、航天航工业和IT(信息电子)产业中,具有半导体、防静电生产技术要求的装备,以及生产和生活的防静电器具和工具。

Description

防静电低翘曲耐高温PBT/PET合金复合材料及其制造方法
一、所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电(导电)低翘曲耐高温PBT/PET合金重合材料及制造方法。本发吸的PBT/PET合金复合材料,具有低翘曲耐高温和优良的防静电功能,可应用于电子电器、军工、航天航空、通信、石油化工等领域。
二、技术背景
由于在现代生活和生产中大量使用易产生和积聚静电的高分子绝缘材料,产生2KV至60KV的电压是非常常见的。由于大量的静电积聚,静电放电产生的火花或静电电场力的作用,容易引起易燃物体和易爆气体发生燃烧和爆炸,在飞机机体与空气、水气、灰尘等微粒摩擦时会使飞机带电,如果不采取措施,将会严重干扰飞机无线电设备的正常工作,使飞机变成聋子和瞎子;在制药厂里,由于静电吸引尘埃,会使药品达不到标准的纯度;在医院的手术台上,静电放电的电火花会引起麻醉剂的爆炸,伤害医生和病人;在印刷厂里,纸张间由于摩擦带电,使纸张粘在一起,难于分开,给印刷带来麻烦;在印染厂里,棉纱、毛线、人造纤维上的静电吸引空气中的尘埃,使印染质量下降。在电子工业中,随着电路的尺寸越来越小,生产中对静电的灵敏度随之增加,现在30V是半导体的静电极限,而硬盘磁头更是受到3V以下的静电影响。随着我国IT产业的迅速发展和技术水平的不断提高,高分子材料、微电子器件等已广泛应用于各领域及其产品,由此带来的静电问题则不仅给企业造成了重大的经济损失,也给国家、人民的生命财产造成严重损失。研究开发耐温200℃以下,具有防静电的新型工程塑料材料,对提高工程塑料在石油化工、军工、IT(信息电子)产业用途,确保生产安全,提高产品质量具有重大使用意义。克服目前普遍使用普通工程塑料材料在使用中因产生和积聚静电,制件翘曲、对稳定性差,限制了工程塑料在许多领域的使用。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防静电(导电)功能且具有低翘曲耐高温PBT/PET合金复合材料及其制备方法。为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的解决方案是:各组分的质量分数如下:PBT/PET树脂100,(PBT∶PET=50~80∶50~20),导电材料8~18、玻璃纤维15~30,玻璃微珠10~30、偶联剂0.3~1.5、增韧剂5~15、抗氧剂0.15~0.75。按一定的比例在高速混合机中混合均匀合,经双螺杆挤出机混炼出造粒,即得本合金复合材料。
该种防静电PBT/PET合金复合材料制备方法如下:将PBT/PET树脂经严格干燥后,加入导电材料、玻璃纤维、玻璃微珠、以及相容剂、增韧剂、偶联剂和抗氧化剂等各组分,按照一定的比例,加入到高速混合机中混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机混炼挤出造粒,即得本合金复合材料。
用该种材料采用塑料注塑技术制成半导体、防静电生产技术装备和产品、生产和生活器具,制作的技术参数与常规的工程塑料注塑工艺相似,用该种防静电复合材料制成的产品,其主要技术指标如下:
1、拉伸强度:≥50MPa
2、弯曲强度:≥75MPa
3、有缺口冲击强度:≥5.5kJ
4、使用温度:-30~200℃
5、收缩率:0.4%~0.6%
6、防静电指标:材料体积电阻103~109Ωcm之间配制
7、静电全衰期:小于2秒
四、具体实施方式
下面结合实施实例对本发明作最后描述。
实施1
其材料的成分配比为按各组分的质量份数如下:PBT/PET树脂100,(PBT∶PTE=50~80∶50~20),导电材料8~18、玻璃纤维15~30,玻璃微珠10~30、偶联剂0.3~1.5、增韧剂5~15、抗氧剂0.15~0.75。
实施2
该种防静电PBT/PET合金复合材料制备方法如下:将PBT/PET树脂经严格干燥后,加入导电材料、玻璃纤维、玻璃微珠、以及相容剂、增韧剂、偶联剂和抗氧剂等各组分,按照一定的比例质量,加入到高速混合机中混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机混炼挤出造粒,即得本合金复合材料。

1.一种防静电(导电)低翘曲耐高温PBT/PET合金复合材料,其特征在于:其材料的成分配比为按各组分的质量份数如下:PBT/PET树脂100,(其中PBT∶PET=50~80∶50~20),导电材料8~18、玻璃纤维15~30,玻璃微珠10~30、偶联剂0.3~1.5、增韧剂5~15、抗氧剂0.15~0.75。
2.如权利要求1所述的防静电(导电)低翘曲耐高温PBT/PET合金复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:将PBT/PET树脂经严格干燥后,加入导电材料、玻璃纤维、玻璃微珠、以及相容剂、增韧剂、偶联剂和抗氧剂等各组分,按照一定的比例,加入到高速混合机中混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机混炼挤出造粒。
