Abstract

本发明提供一种圆形电子装置,其包括一圆形外壳及多块等腰梯形电路板;其中,该多块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正多边形,每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板都通过导线连接,实现所有电路板的电连接,及该圆形外壳包住该拼成的正多边形电路板。该圆形电子装置通过使用几块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正多边形电路板,每两相邻的电路板通过导线连接来实现正多边形电路板对圆形电子装置的电路控制,从而节省电路板材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置,更具体地,涉及一种圆形电子装置。 
背景技术
电路板在电子产品上的应用随处可见,但是电路板非常昂贵,从而,电路板在电子产品上的高利用率是众厂家追求的目标。圆形电子装置,如灯具、圆形媒体播放器、圆形手机,通常使用圆形的电路板。如图1所示,把一大电路板1切出多个圆形电路板11,每一圆形电路板11都与相邻的圆形电路板相切,切出的圆形电路板11用在圆形电子装置上,电子装置是圆的,用于电子装置的电路板也是与电子装置一般大的圆形电路板,很容易得出圆形电子装置用圆形电路板极易浪费电路板,且,斜线部分12为电路板1切所剩下的部分,该部分电路板12形状小且不规则,难以利用到其他电子产品上。 
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种圆形电子装置,其包括一圆形外壳及多块等腰梯形电路板;其中,该多块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正多边形,每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板都通过导线连接,实现所有电路板的电连接,及该圆形外壳包住该拼成的正多边形电路板。 
本发明一种圆形电子装置,该圆形电子装置通过使用几块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正多边形电路板,每两相邻的电路板通过导线连接来实现正多边形电路板对圆形电子装置的电路控制,从而节省电路板材料。

具体实施方式
一圆形电子装置,如灯具、圆形媒体播放器、圆形手机,包括一圆形外壳和多块等腰梯形电路板。该多块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正多边形电路板。图2是本发明圆形电子装置的多边形电路板的一第一结构示意图。该圆形电子装置2包括圆形外壳21和六块等腰梯形电路板 22。该六块等腰梯形电路板22全等及拼成一正六边形。该圆形外壳21包住该拼成的正多边形电路板。每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板22都通过导线连接,实现所有电路板的电连接。 
本实施方式中,每一等腰梯形电路板22的一下底边与相邻电路板的一腰边连接。每两块相邻的等腰梯形电路板22之间都通过三根导线相连,依次为电源线23、控制线24及地线25。通过该电源线23、地线25可给所有梯形电路板22供电及所有电路板22形成一通路,及电路板22通过该控制线24控制其上所有的电子元件,从而控制圆形电子装置2实现相应的功能。因此,通过该三根导线23、24、25实现所有梯形电路板22的电连接,从而实现对所有电路板的控制。 
图3是本发明一电路板切成多边形电路板的示意图。一大电路板3切成多个全等四边形,每一四边形都为一等腰梯形,每一四边形与相邻四边形都有一边重合。如四边形31与四边形32全等且相邻衔接,该两四边形31、32有重合一边33。由于各个等腰梯形都相邻衔接,电路板3中间没有产生空余的电路板,仅在边缘处产生一些规则的面积较小的电路板,如图中所示的斜线部分34。图3所示的切方法与图1所示的相比,电路板3切成多个多边形的方法产生的斜线部分34,即可能浪费的电路板,比电路板1切成多个圆形的方法产生的斜线部分12小的多。在本发明的另一实施方式中,如图4所示,每一等腰梯形电路板42的一腰边与相邻电路板的一腰边重合。每两块相邻的等腰梯形电路板22之间都通过三根导线相连,依次为电源线43、控制线44及地线45,实现所有电路板的电连接。该圆形外壳41包住该拼成的正六边形电路板。 
因此,一电路板切成等腰梯形比切成圆形要节省材料,且用等腰梯形拼成的正多边形也比圆形电路板节省材料。 
在本发明的其他实施方式中,多块等腰梯形可拼成其他形状的正多边形电路板用在圆形电子装置中,如四块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正方形,五块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正五边形。 
尽管对本发明的优选实施方式进行了说明和描述,但是本领域的技术人员将领悟到,可以作出各种不同的变化和改进,这些都不超出本发明的真正范围。因此期望,本发明并不局限于所公开的作为实现本发明所设想的最佳模式的具体实施方式,本发明包括的所有实施方式都有所附权利要求书的保护范围内。 

Claims (6)

1.一种圆形电子装置,其包括一圆形外壳,其特征在于,
该圆形电子装置还包括:
多块等腰梯形电路板;
其中,该多块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正多边形,每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板都通过导线连接,实现所有电路板的电连接,及该圆形外壳包住该拼成的正多边形电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆形电子装置,其特征在于,每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板都通过三根导线连接,依次为电源线、控制线及地线。
3.如权利要求1所述的圆形电子装置,其特征在于,该多块等腰梯形电路板都全等。
4.如权利要求1所述的圆形电子装置,其特征在于,该多块等腰梯形电路板拼成一正六边形电路板及该多块等腰梯形电路板的数量为6。
5.如权利要求1所述的圆形电子装置,其特征在于,每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板连接关系为一电路板的腰边连着另一电路板的一底边。
6.如权利要求1所述的圆形电子装置,其特征在于,每相邻的两块等腰梯形电路板连接关系为两电路板的腰边重合连接。
