Abstract

一种手机电池,包括一本体及一保护结构,所述本体的一侧壁设有正负电极,所述保护结构可弹性滑动地组设于该本体,其包括一保护片,滑动所述保护结构可使保护片遮蔽该本体的正负电极其中一电极或露出该电极。本发明手机电池通过其上的保护片遮蔽或露出所述第二电极,不仅可避免所述手机电池闲置时发生短路,而且可使所述手机电池装入一手机的电池容置腔正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机电池。
背景技术
手机电池在不使用时,使用者一般会将其随意放置。在某些特定的环境下(如潮湿的环境或存在有造成手机电池正负极短路的物品的环境),手机电池的正负极可能会短路。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可避免正负极发生短路的手机电池。
一种手机电池,包括一本体及一保护结构,所述本体的一侧壁设有正负电极,所述保护结构可弹性滑动地组设于该本体,其包括一保护片,滑动所述保护结构可使保护片遮蔽该本体的正负电极其中一电极或露出该电极。
本发明手机电池通过其上的保护片遮蔽或露出所述第二电极,不仅可避免所述手机电池闲置时发生短路,而且可使所述手机电池装入一手机的电池容置腔正常使用。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明手机电池1的较佳实施方式包括一本体3及一保护结构2。
所述本体3呈长方体,包括一第一侧壁30、一与所述第一侧壁30垂直的第二侧壁36及一垂直于所述第一侧壁30及第二侧壁36的第三侧壁38。所述第一侧壁30于靠近一端处设有供所述本体3充放电的一第一电极31、一第二电极32及一位于所述第一电极31及第二电极32之间的第三电极33。所述本体3设有一呈T形的滑道34,该滑道34沿垂直第三侧壁38的方向向本体3内延伸并于第三侧壁38形成T形的开口,于第一侧壁30形成一方形的开口。所述第一侧壁30的下部相对所述滑道34的开口设有一与所述第二侧壁36垂直的挡片35。所述第二侧壁36靠近第一侧壁30的一端进一步延伸形成一凸片37,所述凸片37于侧面突设一与所述挡片35相对的凸起371。所述第一电极31为正极,所述第二电极32为负极,所述第三电极33为预备电极,其功能可根据需要进行定义。
所述保护结构2包括一弹簧24、一用于遮挡所述第二电极32的保护片21、一枢接件23及一致动块22。所述保护片21呈L型,其包括一长杆211及一垂直于所述长杆211的短杆212。所述弹簧24的一端固定于所述保护片21的长杆211的端面上。所述致动块22大致呈T型,可上下滑动地卡置于所述滑道34内。所述枢接件23呈片状结构,其两端分别与所述致动块22的下端及所述保护片21的长杆211的中部枢接。枢接件23与致动块22及保护片21可通过转轴或铰链活动地进行连接,具体枢接形式为现有技术,本实施例中未示出。
请参照图2,将所述保护结构2组装于所述本体3时,将所述致动块22插入所述滑道34内,使所述保护片21的长杆211位于所述挡片35上,所述弹簧24的另一端套接于所述凸起371上。此时,所述保护片21的短杆212刚好完全挡住所述第二电极32。此时,手机电池1处于闲置状态,所述本体3的第一电极31及第二电极32不会发生短路。
请参照图3,手机电池1可装入一手机的电池容置腔。所述电池容置腔对应所述本体3的第一侧壁30的第一、第二及第三电极31、32、33设有三个金属弹片(未示出),对应所述第三侧壁38设有一凸块(未示出)。在所述手机电池1置入所述手机的电池容置腔的过程中,所述凸块伸入所述滑道34并推动所述致动块22沿所述滑道34向所述滑道34的底部滑动,所述致动块22在滑动时使所述枢接件23逐渐贴靠所述保护片21的长杆211并使长杆211沿所述挡片35朝向所述凸片37的方向滑动并压缩所述弹簧24。当所述手机的凸块使所述致动块22抵接所述滑道34的底部时,所述保护片21的短杆212离开所述第二电极32使所述电池容置腔的金属弹片与所述第一、第二及第三电极31、32、33对应电性接触,组装一盖体可将所述手机电池1固定在所述电池容置腔内。
本发明手机电池1的致动块22可相对所述本体3滑动以使所述保护片21遮蔽或露出所述第二电极32,不仅可避免所述手机电池1闲置时发生短,而且手机电池1可装入所述手机的电池容置腔正常使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种手机电池,包括一本体及一保护结构,所述本体的一侧壁设有正负电极,所述保护结构可弹性滑动地组设于该本体,其包括一保护片,滑动所述保护结构可使保护片遮蔽该本体的正负电极其中一电极或露出该电极,所述本体包括一第一侧壁、一与所述第一侧壁垂直的第二侧壁及一垂直于所述第一侧壁及第二侧壁的第三侧壁,所述本体于靠近所述第三侧壁处设有一滑道,滑道于第一侧壁形成一开口,所述第一侧壁的下部相对所述滑道的开口设有一与所述第二侧壁垂直的挡片,所述第二侧壁靠近所述第一侧壁的一端进一步延伸形成一凸片。
2.如权利要求1所述的手机电池,其特征在于:所述保护结构还包括一弹簧、一枢接件及一致动块,所述保护片呈L型,其包括一长杆及一与所述长杆垂直的短杆,所述弹簧的一端连接至所述长杆的端面上,另一端连接所述凸片,所述致动块可沿垂直所述挡片的方向滑动地卡置于所述滑道内,所述枢接件呈片状结构,其两端分别与所述致动块及所述保护片的长杆枢接。
3.如权利要求2所述的手机电池,其特征在于:所述滑道沿平行第三侧壁的方向的截面呈T形,所述致动块对应所述滑道呈T型。
4.如权利要求2所述的手机电池,其特征在于:所述凸片相对该挡片突设一凸起,以供弹簧的另一端套设。
