本发明涉及一种阻燃三层绝缘线,包括铜导体、两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层以及一层阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层,所述的两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层挤包于铜导体之外,所述的阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层挤包于两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层之外。与现有技术相比,本发明产品达到B级(耐温等级130℃),阻燃等级达到UL V-0标准,与现有B级三层绝缘线相比,绕组线的阻燃性能得到大幅提高,应用于变压器及高频绕组线圈,大大提高了变压器的安全防火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘线领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃三层绝缘线。
背景技术
目前,用在变压器上的三层绝缘线,由铜导体、两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层和外层阻燃改性聚酰胺绝缘层组成,这类三层绝缘线的外层包覆物都是塑料材料,这就为防火安全带来了隐患,随着电子、电讯、电源设备的发展趋势,人们对材料和制品的耐火安全性能更加的关注,市场也迫切需要阻燃性能优良的三层绝缘线。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种阻燃三层绝缘线。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种阻燃三层绝缘线,其特征在于,包括铜导体、两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层以及一层阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层,所述的两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层挤包于铜导体之外,所述的阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层挤包于两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层之外。
所述的铜导体的直径为Φ0.2~1.00mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明产品达到B级(耐温等级130℃),阻燃等级达到UL V-0标准,与现有B级三层绝缘线相比,绕组线的阻燃性能得到大幅提高,应用于变压器及高频绕组线圈,大大提高了变压器的安全防火性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种阻燃三层绝缘线,包括铜导体1、两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层2以及一层阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层3,所述的两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层2通过单螺杆挤塑机依次挤包于铜导体1之外,所述的阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层3通过单螺杆挤塑机挤包于两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层2之外。
所述的铜导体1的直径为Φ0.2~1.00mm。
本发明采用无机阻燃剂氢氧化铝(ATP)作为主阻燃剂(5~10%),纳米有机粘土(MMT)(1~3%)作为协同阻燃剂来改性聚酯和聚酰胺塑料来提高整个塑料材料的阻燃性能。然后通过30型三头挤塑机降两层改性聚酯绝缘层和改性聚酰胺绝缘层挤包在铜导体外面。
本发明产品性能如下:
1.生产规格范围:Φ0.20~1.00mm;
2.耐温等级:B级(130℃);
3.阻燃等级:UL V-0级
4.耐电压特性优良,击穿电压大于15kV,获得基础绝缘(试验电压1500Vrms,1min)的鉴定;
5.无须剥离外层就可直接焊接,焊锡性420℃≤4S;
6.优良的耐磨性和表面光滑性,静摩擦系数≤0.133;
7.耐化学溶剂和浸渍漆性能好。
本发明产品和普通GPX-B三层绝缘线性能比较如表1所示。

1.一种阻燃三层绝缘线,其特征在于,包括铜导体、两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层以及一层阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层,所述的两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层挤包于铜导体之外,所述的阻燃改性聚酰胺树脂层挤包于两层阻燃改性聚酯绝缘层之外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃三层绝缘线,其特征在于,所述的铜导体的直径为Φ0.2~1.00mm。
