技术领域
本发明涉及一种气垫膜机,具体涉及的是一种气垫膜机的气垫膜气泡成型辊。
背景技术
气垫膜机是气垫膜(又称气泡膜)制品的生产设备,这种设备以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为原料,制成气垫膜包装制品,具有防潮、防尘、抗震、防静电的包装保护作用,它广泛应用于电子产品、陶瓷制品、玻璃器皿、五金制品、家具和精美工艺品等等的包装。现有技术的气垫膜机,气垫膜的气泡成型是在气泡成型辊上完成的,气泡成型辊由辊体和辊轴固定连接而成,辊体是一整体的结构,要在整体结构的辊体上同时加工气泡模孔和气流通道,结构就显得很复杂,加工不方便,不能保证成型辊的制作质量完全达到设计要求,而成型辊的制作质量直接影响气垫膜生产中气泡成型的稳定和质量。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种结构简单、加工方便、制作工艺合理,能够确保气泡辊的生产完全达到设计要求,保证气垫膜生产中气泡成型稳定和质量的气垫膜气泡成型辊。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:气垫膜气泡成型辊,包括固定连接的辊体和辊轴,其特征在于:所述辊体由内套和外套固定套接而成,外套的表面设有沿辊轴方向设置的多排气泡模孔,内套的表面设有沿辊轴方向设置的多条气流通道,每排气泡模孔对应一条气流通道,气泡模孔和气流通道之间通过设于气泡模孔底部的微孔连通。
本发明的有益效果是:辊体采用分体结构,辊体由内套和外套组成,这样一来,在外套的表面加工气泡模孔,在内套的表面加工气流通道,然后将内套和外套固定套接在一起即可,不仅辊体的结构显得简单,而且加工显得方便,制作工艺合理,能够确保气泡辊的生产完全达到设计要求,保证气垫膜生产中气泡成型稳定和质量的气垫膜气泡成型辊。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2,该种气垫膜气泡成型辊,由辊体、辊轴4和端盖3组成,所述辊体由内套2和外套1组成,辊轴4与端盖3通过焊接方式固定连接,端盖3与辊体内套2亦通过焊接方式固定连接,外套1的表面沿辊轴方向加工有多排气泡模孔5,内套2的表面沿辊轴方向加工有多条气流通道6,每排气泡模孔5对应一条气流通道6,然后将外套1加热套接在内套2外,冷却后内套和外套固定套接在一起,气泡模孔5的底部加工有微孔7,气泡模孔5和气流通道6之间通过微孔7连通。当使用本发明时,气垫膜经过该成型辊时,成型辊的转动,使得内套2上的气流通道6与一负压气泵接通,在成型辊上的气垫膜经过负压吸取后,就成为具有气泡的气垫膜。

1.气垫膜气泡成型辊,包括固定连接的辊体和辊轴(4),其特征在于:所述辊体由内套(2)和外套(1)固定套接而成,外套(1)的表面设有沿辊轴方向设置的多排气泡模孔(5),内套(2)的表面设有沿辊轴方向设置的多条气流通道(6),每排气泡模孔(5)对应一条气流通道(6),气泡模孔(5)和气流通道(6)之间通过设于气泡模孔底部的微孔(7)连通。
