背景技术
具有四种主要类型的机械增湿器。蒸汽增湿器煮沸水并将热蒸汽释放到室内。叶轮增湿器使用快速旋转盘和梳结合以首先释放大的水滴,然后将液滴分解成更小的引入到室内的可扩散小滴。蒸发系统使用置于水源内的灯芯。水通过毛细作用沿灯芯移动并蒸发到空气中。鼓风机可用来增加蒸发速率。超声增湿器使用浸没的、振动金属膜或超声板以将机械能传给水。超声能的使用导致在蓄水池的表面上形成雾化水汽。
在超声增湿器中,使用了称为换能器(其能将电能转换为机械能以用于产生凉雾)的电子部件。更具体地,换能器包括称为喷雾器(其以大于每秒1.5百万次的速度寂静地振动,以将水转换成精细的、凉的水汽)的振动部分。使用用来产生凉雾的喷雾器的增湿器更通常地指超声增湿器,并且是增湿器领域最新的进展。
超声增湿器通常可引入用来保持水源的可移除式水箱或容器。水箱包含阀,该阀控制水自水箱流入增湿器底部的蓄水池的流动。用于将水搅拌成细的凉雾的喷雾器通常位于蓄水池的底部。当水箱完全或部分地倒空时,其被简单地拿出,送入诸如水龙头的水源,被重新充满,然后被送回便于后续的使用。
超声增湿器技术已在用户市场中在增湿器产品中使用了多年。当这个技术被首次引入时,在美国市场是个巨大的成功。零售商和用户被这些单元所放出的可视水汽所打动,它们能够安全使用,然而它们能够轻松接触。
在市场上经历若干年后,超声增湿器的问题变得为公众所知,并且这些增湿器的销售几乎就停止了。主要的问题是“白尘”。这在蒸发过程期间出现(从液体变为气体),这在水汽(微小的水滴)离开单元后并在空气中蒸发后发生,允许小量的水煮沸污染物(主要是钙)滴落到地面上,并且最终在水平表面上产生粉末状的白色涂层。
通过矿石过滤吸收盒的增加使用,以在污染物变成空气传播前将污染物从水中移除,超声增湿器的苏醒再次缓慢地启动。这也减少了换能器盘(产生超声行为)上所内置的污染物。这也有助于减少超声换能器盘的清洗需求。
另外,在最近的几年,制造商也增加方法以加热设备来加热超声水汽,该加热设备在超声雾化之前加热水。这就允许用户用指轻弹开关以在冷或热超声增湿之间选择。
用来将雾化的微小水滴自典型的超声增湿器蒸发的方法将要使用小的鼓风机风扇,其将小滴吹出单元,以便散布在室内。该方法是有效的,但并未考虑水汽的任何整室分布。水滴在蒸发时趋于刚喷出几英尺后就落到地面上。因此,需要一种超声增湿器能更有效地在整个室内分配湿度。
发明内容
一些实施例涉及一种超声增湿器,该增湿器包括:腔;置于腔底部的超声换能器;与腔流体连通的通道;具有入口和出口的管,该管通过通道出口与通道流体连通;置于管内并布置在管入口和通道出口之间的风扇。风扇配置成驱动气体通过管和穿过通道出口,使得腔中的蒸汽可被吸入到管(通道)内。

具体实施方式
参考图1,空气被吸入到风扇管并被风扇推进。推进的空气流穿过置于水腔上方的管。水腔可包括用于来自蓄水池的水的入口,蓄水池配置成将水保持在腔中相对恒定的水平。超声换能器(ultrasonic transducer)可置于腔的底部,并被配置成在腔的区域内在水的表面上方产生雾化水汽。一个或多个入口可置于水表面的上方,以允许空气吸入腔内并向上通过管。
当推进的空气穿过管的开口时,推进的空气的相对低压导致在管的顶部产生负压。管内的空气和雾化水汽继而移动到风扇管内,并随推进的空气带走。空气通过入口在管的底部被吸入到腔内。
这就考虑了结合使用超声增湿器实现整个房间循环的附加特征。雾化的水滴,在管道化风扇的使用下,向外推动并横穿房间,以提供更好的蒸发范围和整个房间的湿润。该整个房间的循环有效地将湿气均匀地分布在整个房间周围,不像大多数超声增湿器那样,仅将湿气喷出几英尺的距离。
超声雾化水汽使用“Bernoulli原理”随同空气流带走。高速空气是低压空气。如果管的一个末端插入高的空气流,空气将被抽吸通过管。如果该管置于超声蒸汽上方,蒸汽也将抽吸通过管,并随高速空气流带走。在一些实施例中,干净的塑料可用作增湿器的一部分,以允许用户观测涡旋空气流的可视效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种超声增湿器,包括:
腔;
超声换能器,其被置于腔底部,用于在腔的区域内在腔内的水表面上方产生雾化水汽;
管道,其被置于腔上方并且与所述腔流体连通,所述管道的顶部具有开口;
一个或多个空气入口,其被置于所述腔内的水表面上方,以允许空气被吸入所述腔内并向上通过所述管道;
具有入口和出口的管,该管通过所述管道的开口与所述管道流体连通;
置于所述管内并布置在所述管的入口和所述管道的开口之间的风扇;
其特征在于,所述风扇配置成驱动气体通过所述管和吹过所述管道的开口,以使得空气被通过所述一个或多个入口吸入所述腔内,并且使得所述腔内的空气和雾化水汽被抽吸通过所述管道并且带到风扇推进的空气中。
