背景技术
在传统的机床,如例如齿铣床和齿磨床的多功能机床中,通过远离地设置的马达控制铣轴和主轴头的多轴的移动和旋转,所述马达单独地或组合地使用同步带、蜗轮蜗杆驱动装置和轮、锥齿轮传动装置和圆柱齿轮传动装置或锥齿轮传动装置,它们与主轴和主轴头功能性地耦联以用于使主轴和主轴头围绕两个轴旋转(例如参见U.S.-A 5 257 883)。
从EP 0885081B2中已知,在不设有传动装置情况下,直接驱动用于机床主轴的两轴式旋转头。
在图1中示例地示出如现有技术的用于加工齿部的这样的机床。
在图1中示意地示出齿铣床10,在所述齿铣床中,铣刀12作为加工头安装在加工头托座16内的主轴14上。在此,铣刀12由电动机18通过传动链驱动,所述传动链设置在加工头托座16内的外铣头的一侧上。主轴14的另一侧由支座20支撑,所述支座同样设置在加工头托座内。铣刀12用于加工工件22的外齿部,所述工件在图1中只是示意地示出。载有铣刀12的主轴14沿箭头方向a驱动。主轴能够沿箭头b旋转,以便需要时能够加工斜齿部。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于机床的加工头,所述加工头尤其适合应用于大型机器,并且尽管可能需要高的转矩,但仍然可相当小地构成。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1的特征的组合得以实现。因此,提供一种用于机床的加工头,最好是用于齿铣床和齿磨床的加工头,其中直接驱动装置包括两个或多个可相互同步地驱动的马达。基于该解决方案,可提供两倍或多倍的转矩,使得驱动装置的结构空间减少。因此,在转矩增加为两倍或多倍时,也能够实现马达的较小的直径。
本发明的优选的实施方式可从与独立权利要求有关的从属权利要求中获得。
因此,马达能够以主从工作方式驱动。可替代的是,同步的驱动也是可能的。
根据本发明的特别有利的实施方式,马达设置成,可在加工头的滑架内,即在加工头托座内移动和夹紧。因此,工具芯轴长度可与工件的待加工的直径相匹配。
根据本发明的加工头不但能够从外部加工工件,而且也适用于形成为内铣头。
作为内铣头/内磨头,其能够连同相对小地设计的加工头托座和马达可转动地设置在夹持件内,使得在这里,也能够毫无问题地在内齿部中实现斜齿部。

具体实施方式
在图2中示出根据图1的机床10的在加工头的根据本发明的构造中的一部分。该加工头具有加工头托座16,所述加工头托座的结构和设置相当于根据现有技术的结构和设置。在这个已知的加工头托座16中,根据本发明,驱动装置由两个马达18和19形成,所述马达分别设置在图2中未详细地示出的工具的两侧。工具容纳部24以凸缘的形式直接安装在马达18和19上。马达18和19能够在加工头托座16内沿双箭头c的方向移动,并且在需要时通过夹紧装置固定在希望的位置上。另外,通过两个马达的移动实现移动轴的功能。因此,不同的工具由马达18和19的工具容纳部24容纳。在图3和4中示例地示出不同的工具。在根据图3的实施形式中,在容纳在马达18和19的工具容纳部24之间的芯轴上设置有滚刀12。在该实施形式中,两个马达18和19非常远地彼此移开,并且通过夹紧装置固定在该位置上。该实施方式变形方案相当于图6中的视图,在那里加工头托座16设置在滑架28上,所述滑架可沿着机器夹持件运动。在这里,滚刀12用于加工具有大直径的工件22。这涉及相应的外齿部的制造。

在图7中示出圆盘铣刀13在待加工的工件25内的接合。图9示出可替代的实施方式变形方案,在所述实施方式变形方案中,作为加工工具的磨盘30安装在加工头托座16内,并且可由至少两个马达18和19驱动。整个加工头以万向节的方式悬挂,并且可通过在这里未详细地示出的调节马达沿箭头方向f或g转动。
尽管根据本发明的加工头尤其适合应用于大型机器,但是该加工头也能够有益地应用于相对较小的机器。通过将两个马达装配在加工头托座内并且通过夹紧固定,在检修情况下,具有两个固定夹紧的马达形式的驱动装置能够以简单的方式从加工头托座中取出,并且更换为替换插入件。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机床的加工头,最好是用于齿铣床和齿磨床的加工头,具有直接驱动装置,所述直接驱动装置设置在机床的加工头托座内,其特征在于,所述直接驱动装置包括至少两个能相互同步地驱动的马达。
2.如权利要求1所述的加工头,其特征在于,所述马达能够同步地或以主从工作方式驱动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的加工头,其特征在于,所述马达中的至少一个能够在所述加工头托座内移动和固定。
4.如权利要求3所述的加工头,其特征在于,两个马达能够在所述加工头托座内移动并且通过夹紧装置固定。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的加工头,其特征在于,所述马达中的一个具有用于平衡工具芯轴内的热膨胀的长度补偿。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的加工头,其特征在于,所述加工头能够从外部加工所述工件。
7.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的加工头,其特征在于,所述加工头构成为内铣头/内磨头。
8.如权利要求7所述的加工头,其特征在于,所述加工头连同加工头托座和马达能够转动地设置在夹持件内。
