例如,在专利文献1中描述的锻炼器械中,使用者在观看显示器上示出的地图的同时设定行进路线,并通过利用器械来执行锻炼,由此该器械根据使用者的锻炼量通过显示器的地图为使用者提供运动距离和当前位置。该器械还根据包括在地图数据中的倾斜度数据(从各点处的高度数据计算)来改变锻炼的负荷。即,如果地图上的当前位置是上坡,则增加锻炼的负荷,而如果地图上的当前位置是下坡,则减小锻炼的负荷。

发明内容
本发明解决的问题
顺便提及,在被动锻炼器械中,不是使用者使单元移动,而是使用者通过可移动单元而被移动。因此,难以大幅增大/减小锻炼的负荷,并且器械无法为使用者提供如上坡和下坡的这种负荷。
本发明的目的是提供一种锻炼器械,该锻炼器械能够根据行进路线中的坡度变化将变化引入被动锻炼中。
用于解决问题的手段
为了解决上述问题,本发明的锻炼器械包括用于支承使用者的支承单元,并通过驱动支承单元为使用者提供被动锻炼。该器械还包括运算部、显示器和控制器。运算部设置成基于使用者的锻炼量来计算行进距离,并且从行进距离和行进路线来确定行进路线中的当前位置。显示器为使用者示出行进路线中的当前位置。控制器设置成根据当前位置处的倾斜度数据来改变支承单元的姿势。通过改变支承单元的姿势,根据倾斜度数据来改变由支承单元支承的使用者的姿势。
此外,除了预定的行进路线以外,使用者可通过利用基于数值地图数据的在显示器上示出的地图来确定起始点、途中点和目标点,并由此可设定行进路线。
如果支承单元是使用者乘坐的座椅或使用者在站立位置中将脚放置其上的踏板,则优选地将控制器设置成改变座椅或踏板在前后方向上的倾斜度。如果支承单元是使用者在将脚放置在脚踏板上的同时乘坐其中的座椅并且脚踏板能够相对于竖直方向移动,则控制器可设置成改变座椅的相对于脚踏板的竖直位置。
本发明的有益效果
因为根据倾斜度数据改变支承单元的姿势,所以本发明的锻炼器械能够根据倾角来改变使用者的姿势,并且由此能够改变作用在使用者的各块肌肉上的负荷。然后,锻炼器械能够使倾角分别与施加到使用者的在上坡和下坡中使用的不同肌肉上的不同负荷相关。因此,锻炼器械能够使使用者执行如下被动锻炼,即:其模拟了其中布置有上坡和下坡的行进路线。因此,使用者能够享受更多不同的锻炼,并且然后能够选择性地加强在锻炼中使用的多块肌肉中的特定肌肉。

在下文中,基于附图来说明本发明的实施方式。锻炼器械包括:基部10,该基部10在其下表面设置有接地部;竖立单元11,该竖立单元11定位成从基部10的后侧竖立;座椅2,该座椅2位于竖立单元11的顶端;支柱8,该支柱8定位成从基部10的前端竖立;操作面板9,该操作面板9位于支柱8的顶端;左脚踏板和右脚踏板6、6,该左脚踏板和右脚踏板6、6位于基部10的顶面上并且使用者乘坐在座椅2中的同时可分别将其左脚和右脚放置在左脚踏板和右脚踏板6、6上;以及脚蹬77,该脚蹬77位于竖立单元11处。驱动单元3位于竖立单元11内并驱动设有靠背20的座椅2。
如图2所示,支承框架13位于竖立单元11内并通过电动致动器14而在竖直方向上运动。驱动单元3安装在支承框架13的顶面侧。
如图4和5所示,驱动单元3包括盒状可动框架30。马达31和齿轮34位于可动框架30内,并且齿轮34将马达31的转动施加到两个输出轴32、33。可动板40位于可动框架30的上侧上,并且两个连结板41、42连接可动板40和可动框架30。轴承部300、300分别位于可动框架30的前端面和后端面中,并且相对于布置在主单元1内的支承框架13绕图4所示的轴线A可转动地连接,由此将可动框架30附连到主单元1。
在此,连结板41连接可动板40的后端,并利用轴301连接到可动框架30的后侧的侧面。连结板42布置在可动框架30内。转动板39的一端通过轴302由可动框架30支承,并且连结板42通过轴303由转动板39的另一端支承。此外,连结板42通过伸缩致动器45连接到可动板40的前端。
两个输出轴32、33分别被驱动以进行转动,并且输出轴32的偏心部位于可动框架30的外侧面侧。利用连结件35将该偏心部连接至支承框架13。
输出轴33包括位于可动框架30的外侧面侧的两个偏心部33a、33b。偏心部33a具有小的偏心度,并与连结板42连接。偏心部33b具有大的偏心度,并与连接连结件36连接,连接连结件36的一端与连结板41连接。于是,它们构成节距驱动单元(pitch drive unit)。
利用连结件35将输出轴32的偏心部连接到支承框架13,并且可动框架30通过偏心部的转动而绕轴线A转动及往复运动。
输出轴33的偏心部33a的偏转通过连结板42和伸缩致动器45使可动板40的前端侧在前后方向和竖直方向上摆动。偏心部33b的偏转通过连接连结件36和连结板41使可动板40的后端侧主要在前后方向上摆动。图4中的T1示出将连结板41和可动板40进行连接的连接轴40a的前后运动的轨迹。图4中的T2示出将伸缩致动器45和可动板40进行连接的连接轴40b的前后运动的轨迹。
此处,座椅2固定在可动板40上,随着输出轴32、33的转动,驱动可动板40以在前后和左右方向上摆动。因此,座椅2也随着可动板40在前后和左右方向上摆动。然后,设定输出轴32、33的转速以使座椅2执行在前后方向上的两个循环摆动,同时执行在左右方向上的一个循环摆动。设定前后和左右摆动的相位以使得当驱动单元3在左右方向上倾斜时可动板8和座椅2向前摆动。
安装伸缩致动器45以便改变座椅2的前后倾斜角。然后,通过操作安装在操作面板9上的开关或通过如下所述的控制器C2使伸缩致动器45伸长/缩回,而改变座椅2的前后倾斜角,并转换至前倾姿势、水平姿势或后倾姿势。
支柱8定位成从主单元1的基部10的前端竖立,并且支柱8的下端相对于基部10在预定角度内绕轴线B在前后方向上转动。如上所述,操作面板9位于支柱8的顶端,而手柄80、80分别位于顶端的左端和右端。
脚踏板6、6在基部10的顶面上位于竖立单元11与支柱8之间,并被支承以便能够在竖直方向上移动,并且通过弹簧(未示出)向上偏置。当使用者用脚下压脚踏板6时,由弹簧产生推斥力并且然后负荷施加到脚上。
脚蹬77形成为杆状并定位在主单元1的竖立单元11上。使用者可将其左脚和右脚分别放置在脚蹬77的左端和右端上。如图1所示,脚蹬77向下撤离,以便当使用者乘坐在座椅2中的同时将其脚放置在脚踏板6上时脚蹬77不会产生阻碍。当使用时,脚蹬77向上移动。尽管此处省略关于脚蹬77的竖直运动的机械说明,但是脚蹬77可包括悬挂在座椅2中的左脚蹬和右脚蹬77、77。
这种锻炼器械可执行以下两种锻炼。即,如上所述将脚蹬77向下撤离,并且使用者在乘坐在座椅2中的同时分别将其左脚和右脚放置在脚踏板6、6上,并启动安装在操作面板9上的开关,由此驱动单元3进行驱动以使座椅2摆动。然后,如上所述,座椅2在沿左右方向倾斜的同时向前倾斜。因此,座椅2的摆动使得使用者的重心移到一只脚侧,并导致使用者利用一只脚支承其自重,由此使用者不假思索地交替下压脚踏板6、6。
根据这种施压动作在弹簧61中产生抵抗力,该抵抗力为使用者的脚提供了锻炼。此外,如果适当地设定脚踏板6的下降量,则锻炼器械能够使座椅2与脚踏板6之间的相对距离保持基本恒定。因此,使用者即使下压也能使其膝关节的角度保持恒定。因此,即使使用者的膝部患病并且在弯曲和伸展膝部时感觉疼痛,使用者也能够毫无问题地使用该锻炼器械。特别地,如果使用者设定座椅2的高度以使膝部角度变为大约140°,则锻炼器械可使作用在膝部上的负荷最小化。如果使用者将座椅2的高度设定得较低,以使膝部的弯曲角度变大并下压,则锻炼器械还可将弹簧61的负荷增加到膝关节上。
另一方面,如果脚蹬77向上移动,并且使用者在乘坐在座椅2中的同时将脚放置在脚蹬77上,而且驱动单元3进行驱动以使座椅2摆动,则使用者能够执行类似骑马的锻炼。然后,使用者的身体前后及左右摆动。使用者根据该摆动来保持平衡。
如果使用者在执行这些锻炼的任意一种的同时握住安装在支柱8中的手柄80,则平衡机能很弱的使用者也能够安心地使用该锻炼器械。如上所述,支柱8安装成在预定角度内绕轴线B在前后方向上转动,由此正当使用者乘坐在座椅2中时手柄80不会产生阻碍。
然后,说明该器械的操作控制。控制器C包括:马达31,其用于驱动摆动;伸缩致动器45,其用于转换座椅2的倾向;以及器械控制部C1,其控制电动致动器14的操作用以改变座椅2的竖直位置。而且,控制器C形成有微型计算机,并连接到数据库DB和输入设备I。数据库DB存储多个行进路线和各个行进路线的风景图像数据(或风景电影数据)。输入设备I包括安装在操作面板9中的显示器D和上述开关。
数据库DB中的多个行进路线分别由起点到目标点的距离数据和途中点的高度数据构成,并与各个行进路线的风景图像相关联。
此外,除了器械控制部C1以外,控制器C还包括运算部C2。运算部C2通过以预定系数乘以使用者的锻炼量来计算行进距离,并从行进距离来确定在由使用者选择的行进路线中的当前位置。
如果使用者操作操作面板9以选择路线行进模式,则控制器C在操作面板9的显示器上示出数据库DB中的多个行进路线,由此使用者在观看显示器的同时确定行进路线。如果使用者确定了行进路线,则控制器C读出行进路线的数据并在显示器D上如反映高度差的剖面图那样示出行进路线。
如果使用者启动开关并且由此座椅2开始摆动,则控制器C基于预定数据来计算座椅2的摆动施加给使用者的锻炼量,并通过以预定系数乘以锻炼量来计算行进距离,并通过在剖面图上的映射来示出行进路线中的当前位置。此时,控制器C还根据显示器D上的当前位置示出风景图像。
另外,控制器C基于包括在行进路线的数据中的高度数据来计算当前位置的倾角,并根据该倾角改变座椅2的前后倾斜角。即,通过伸长和缩回伸缩致动器45,使得如果当前位置是上坡则座椅2改变至向后倾斜的姿势,而如果当前位置是下坡则座椅2改变至向前倾斜的姿势。此外,预先计算的倾角数据可包括在行进路线的数据中。
对于乘坐在座椅2中的使用者来讲,如果当前位置是上坡,则座椅2的这种姿势改变使得使用者的上身保持懒散姿势,而如果当前位置是下坡,则座椅2的这种姿势改变使得使用者的上身保持向后倾斜的姿势。在这些姿势改变中,即使座椅的摆动量彼此相同,作用在每块使用肌肉上的负荷也会发生变化。于是,这些姿势改变能够为使用者的各块肌肉提供与实际上坡或下坡同样的负荷。
这种操作是上述两种锻炼通用的。但是,当使用者乘坐在座椅2中的同时将脚放置在脚踏板6上时,锻炼器械可设置成不改变座椅2的前后倾斜角,而是改变座椅2的高度。因此,锻炼器械可改变脚踏板6到座椅2的距离以对应于行进路线中的倾角数据。即,当当前位置是上坡时将座椅2设定得较低,而当当前位置是下坡时将座椅2设定得较高。
图6至9示出另一实施方式的锻炼器械。该锻炼器械包括:主单元1,该主单元1在其顶面上设有左踏板和右踏板7、7;左扶手和右扶手85、85,该左扶手和右扶手85、85延伸以至远离主单元1并且其高度能够分别在竖直方向上进行调整;操作面板9,通过利用各个扶手85、85的一部分将该操作面板9布置在主单元1的前侧;以及踏板驱动装置5,该踏板驱动装置5位于主单元1内并驱动踏板7、7。使用者在站立并用手抓住左扶手和右扶手85、85的同时将其左脚和右脚分别放置在踏板7、7上。在该站立位置,踏板驱动装置5进行驱动以使各个踏板7、7运动,以便改变各个踏板7、7的前端和后端之间的竖直位置关系,同时使各个踏板7、7在前后和左右方向上滑动及往复运动。因此,使用者的放置在踏板7、7上的脚分别重复例如向下运动使用者的脚趾侧的脚底弯曲运动以及例如向上运动所述脚趾侧的脚背弯曲运动。
图7和8示出踏板驱动装置5的示例。导轨51、51分别固定到基板50的顶面的左侧和右侧。在各个导轨51、51中安装滑块52,并且滑块52在其底部设有能够沿导轨51滑动运动的滑动单元。在各个滑块52、52的顶面侧安装转轴53。板状踏板7由转轴53支承以便能够绕转轴53以转动的方式运动。
连结件54连接每个踏板7、7的一端(后端)和基板50。万向接头60、60分别位于将连结件54的下端和基板50进行连接的连接单元中以及将连结件54的上端和踏板7进行连接的连接单元中。
用于驱动的马达55在基板50上位于左滑块和右滑块52、52之间。马达55的输出轴设有蜗杆56。蜗轮57、57分别位于蜗杆56的左侧和右侧。各个蜗轮57、57与蜗杆56啮合并设有偏心轴58。连杆59连接偏心轴58和连结件54。此外,包括偏心轴58的蜗轮57和连结件54以在导轨51的纵向方向上彼此分开的方式定位。此外,万向接头60、60分别位于将连杆59的一端和偏心轴58进行连接的连接单元中以及将连杆59的另一端和连结件54进行连接的连接单元中。
现在,当通过蜗杆56和蜗轮57由马达55转动偏心轴58时,连杆59连同偏心轴58构成曲柄机构并使得连结件54绕基板50侧的万向接头60摆动。在该摆动中,由于对应于导轨51的纵向方向的部件的运动,因此使滑块52、52和踏板7、7沿导轨51滑动及往复运动。
此外,将连结件54和踏板7进行连接的连接单元能够通过连结件54的摆动而在竖直方向上运动,因此,踏板7绕转轴53转动。连杆59连接偏心轴58和连结件54,使得踏板7在上述滑动运动的行程的中间变为水平,踏板7的与连结件54连接的后端在行程的一端向上运动,以及踏板7的后端在行程的另一端向下运动。
因此,踏板7沿导轨2滑动,当踏板7向前运动时使用者的脚趾侧向下运动,以及当踏板7向后运动时使用者的脚跟侧向下运动。即,踏板7运动以进行转动。
在左导轨与右导轨51、51之间设定张开角“α”,如图所示,滑块52、52和踏板7、7运动以便当向前运动时横向展开。转轴53是踏板7的转动中心,并定位成垂直于踏板7的纵向方向且位于距踏板7的纵向方向的中心的后端侧。另外,转轴53设定为使其轴线方向不垂直于导轨51的纵向方向,以及使得踏板7的前端(使用者的脚趾侧)相对于导轨51在向内偏转的方向上定位。踏板7、7定位成使其前端之间的距离大于其后端之间的距离,以及这些踏板7、7的张开角“β”设定在10到30°内。
此外,导轨51、51可设定为彼此平行,因此,踏板7、7可仅在前后方向上滑动并可仅在前后方向上转动。
左踏板和右踏板7、7由踏板驱动装置5驱动,并且该驱动设定成用以改变偏心轴58——其安装在与蜗杆56啮合的各个蜗轮57、57上——的位置,并且当向前移动右脚侧的踏板7时用以向后移动左脚侧的踏板7,以及当向前移动左脚侧的踏板7时用以向后移动右脚侧的踏板7。即,该驱动设定成使得踏板7、7彼此反相(opposite phase)运动。
如果使用者在站立且抓住扶手85、85的同时将其左脚和右脚分别放置在左踏板和右踏板7、7上并启动位于操作面板9上的开关,则踏板驱动装置5分别提供左踏板和右踏板7、7反相的前后运动和左右运动。然后,转动各个踏板7、7使得当向前运动时其前端向下运动,并且当向后运动时其后端向下运动。
因此,使用者的脚分别根据踏板7、7的运动在前后方向和左右方向上运动。此外,根据踏板7、7的转动使脚底弯曲运动和脚背弯曲运动分别施加于使用者的踝关节上。
在该锻炼器械中,主单元1由两层构件——底部部分1a和顶部部分1b——形成,如图9所示,并且构件的前端彼此转动地连接。此外,螺杆18从底部部分1a的内部向上凸出,并旋拧到位于顶部部分1b内的螺母19上。马达17安装在底部部分1a内并转动螺杆18。
控制器C根据行进路线中的当前位置的倾角数据驱动马达17,而马达17在一个方向或在相反的方向上转动螺杆18。因此,马达17能够相对于前后方向改变顶部部分1b的倾斜角,顶部部分1b在其顶面上设有踏板7、7。因此,该锻炼器械能够根据上坡和下坡改变使用者的姿势。
在上述实施方式中,锻炼器械具有预先设定的行进路线。但是,数据库DB可存储包括与上述现有技术类似的高度数据的数值地图数据,而显示器D可示出从数值地图数据产生的地图。如果使用者通过利用显示器上示出的地图确定起始点、途中点以及目标点,则控制器C可产生行进路线,并从点到点的高度差值生成倾斜角数据,由此,锻炼器械可改变支承使用者身体的座椅2和踏板7、7的姿势。

Claims (4)

1.一种锻炼器械,其包括用于支承使用者的支承单元并通过驱动所述支承单元为使用者提供被动锻炼,
其中,所述锻炼器械还包括:运算部,所述运算部构造成基于使用者的锻炼量来计算行进距离,并且由所述行进距离和行进路线确定所述行进路线中的当前位置;显示器,所述显示器用于为使用者示出所述行进路线中的当前位置;以及控制器,所述控制器构造成根据所述当前位置处的倾斜度数据来改变所述支承单元的姿势。
2.如权利要求1所述的锻炼器械,其中,所述支承单元是座椅,使用者乘坐在所述座椅中,
其中,所述控制器构造成改变所述座椅在前后方向上的倾斜度。
3.如权利要求1所述的锻炼器械,其中,所述支承单元是踏板,使用者在站立位置中将其脚放置在所述踏板上,
其中,所述控制器构造成改变所述踏板在前后方向上的倾斜度。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的锻炼器械,其中,所述支承单元是座椅,使用者在将其脚放置在脚踏板上的同时乘坐在所述座椅中,所述脚踏板能够相对于竖直方向运动,
其中,所述控制器构造成改变所述座椅的相对于所述脚踏板的竖直位置。
