本发明涉及太阳能利用装置领域。本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板,为了使它没有不通流体的翅片,加大承压力。它的排管之间的热合线的中段窄末段宽。能增加载热流体的吸热面积,延长使用寿命。本发明的平板型集热器和平板型太阳热水器,它们的吸热体均是本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板。本发明的塑料热合器,它的扁电热丝给塑料传热部位的传热面是窄面,该窄面末段呈回折弯之形;给塑料热合线中段热合之扁电热丝,由其宽面被深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的窄缝夹住。它能将中段窄末段宽的热合线的中、末段同时一起热合。

Description

全湿型塑料吸热板、平板型集热器、平板型太阳热水器和塑料热合器
技术领域  本发明涉及太阳能利用装置领域的平板型太阳热水器、和它的主要部件(平版型集热器)、和其里面的吸热体(全湿型塑料吸热板)、及其生产设备(塑料热合器)。
背景技术  从《太阳热水器及系统》和《新能源和可再生能源的利用》中可知:平版型太阳热水器,由蓄热水箱、上循环管、下循环管和平版型集热器组成,该平版型集热器由顶透明的保温箱体和其里面的平版型吸热体(又称吸热板,俗称板芯)组成。“在平板形状的吸热体上,通常布置有排管和集管。排管是指吸热体纵向排列并构成流体通道的部件;集管是指吸热体上下两端横向连接若干根排管并构成流体通道的部件”(摘自《太阳热水器及系统》)。《新能源和可再生能源的利用》中指出:“全湿型吸热板没有不通流体的翅片,弥补了使用导热系数较小的材料制成吸热板之不足,凡是用导热系数较小的材料制作吸热板,必须采用全湿型结构板芯。”中国专利申请号93216022.0中的塑料薄膜吸热板和《新能源和可再生能源的利用》中的全湿型塑料吸热板,都存在两个问题:一是要实现全湿型结构,吸热板的排管之间的热压粘合线即热合线不能做宽了,否则形成不通流体的小翅片,虽然它比管板式吸热板的翅片要小很多,也未能充分实现全湿型机构。二是要实现自动保温,至少要承受1米多高水压,那么排管之间的热合线要宽才行,否则它的末端会因承压被撕开扯烂的。这两个问题是相矛盾的,是由塑料热合器加工的热合线的形状决定的。现有该塑料热合器,由电热丝和垫板组成,为能热合出比较宽的热合线,它的电热丝是扁电热丝,并以其宽面为传热面給塑料传热,它的扁电热丝通常呈整体绷直状态,因此同时加工的每一根塑料热合线,只能是齐宽的。
发明内容  本发明的第一个目的是提供一种改进的全湿型塑料吸热板,它的排管之间没有不通流体的翅片;它的排管之间的热合线的末端,能加大承受水压的能力。本发明的第二个目的是提供一种改进的平板型集热器,它的吸热体是本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板。本发明的第三个目的是提供一种改进的平板型太阳热水器,它的吸热体是本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板。本发明的第四个目的是提供一种改进的塑料热合器,它能将中段窄末段宽的热合线的中、末段同时一起热合。
本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板,它的排管之间的热合线呈中段窄末段宽。排管之间的热合线因中段窄(不计宽度),就没有不通流体的翅片了;所谓末段宽,目的是使它的末端加宽,就能加大末端承受水压能力,因此这里的末段是包括末端的。如果不是末段宽,只是末端宽的话,将产生新的窄末端,也难以承受水压。
本发明的平板型集热器,由顶透明的保温箱体和其里面的平板型吸热体组成,该吸热体采用的是本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板。
本发明的平板型太阳热水器,包括贮热水箱、上循环管、下循环管、顶透明的保温箱体和其里面的平板型吸热体,该吸热体采用的是本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板。
本发明的塑料热和器,由扁电热丝和垫板组成,它的扁电热丝给塑料传热部位的传热面是窄面(厚度那面),该窄面末段呈回折弯之形;给本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板的排管之间的热合线的中段热合之扁电热丝,由其宽面被深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的窄缝夹住,以防倒下。
本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板,由于它的排管之间没有不通流体的翅片,能充分实现全湿型结构,不但能增加载热流体的吸热面积,提高集热效果,而且能延长吸热板的使用寿命。因塑料导热不良,又不耐高温,若有翅片则高温难降。又由于它的排管之间的热合线的末段宽,从而加宽了其末端,就加大了末端承受水压能力,能适应平板型太阳热水器的贮热水箱在较高的位置,加大自然循环流速,保证了采用全湿型塑料吸热板之平板型集热器、平板型太阳热水器的实现,能以低成本高效享用太阳能热水。本发明的塑料热合器,由于它的扁电热丝由现有的整体绷直,变为局部(给塑料热合线中段热合之处)被夹住,从而才能使它给塑料热合线末段热合之处呈回折弯之形,回折弯就变宽了,这样给塑料热合线中、末段热合之电热丝的粗细宽窄仍是一样的,就可将中段窄末段宽的热合线的中、末段同时一起热合。而现有技术的塑料热合器,必须用宽、窄热合线,需多次热合,才能组合成中段窄末段宽的热合线。

具体实施方式  下面结合附图详细说明本发明的10个具体实施例。其中实施例1~7是本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板的实施例;实施例8~10是本发明的塑料热合器的实施例。
实施例1
如图3~5和图7所示,本发明的全湿型塑料吸热板,由排管1和集管2组成,排管1之间是热合线3。与现有技术不同的是:排管1之间的热合线3的中段5窄末段6宽。中段5窄就没有不通流体的翅片了;末段6宽就加宽了末端7,就能加大末端7承受水压能力。
实施例2
这是实施例1的优选技术方案。所述的排管1之间的热合线3的末段6的长(纵向即顺着排管1方向)度不大于热合线3长度的百分之一。因末段6越短,则翅片越短更充分实现全湿型结构。
实施例3
这是实施例1的优选技术方案。所述的排管1之间的热合线3的末段6及集管2邻末端7一带的塑料厚度大一些,以加大末端7的承压力。
实施例4
这是实施例1的优选技术方案。它的塑料采用的是塑料薄膜;在排管1之间的热合线3的末段6和集管2的外面共同增加一层或多层塑料薄膜。增加一层或多层塑料薄膜是为了加大末端7承受水压能力,但厚度大了会导致集热效果降低,而吸热板的集热基本上主要是在排管1部位。为什么集管2也与末段6在外面共同增加一层或多层塑料薄膜呢?这是因为增加一层或多层塑料薄膜的每一层塑料薄膜要与集管受到同样的压力,才能使共同热合之末段6之末端7处的每一层塑料薄膜共同承受水压。
实施例5
如图4所示,是实施例1或2或3或4的优选技术方案。所述的排管1之间的热合线3的末段6呈回折弯之形。由于此热合线的末端7是由末段6经回折弯而变宽的,那么加工此热合线可将其中段5、末段6同时一起热合。
实施例6
如图5所示,是实施例5的优选技术方案。所述的排管1之间的热合线3的中段5伸人末段6,且与末段6脱节;中段5相对(延长线相交)于末端7之中段(末端7宽度三等分的中间那段);末段6的宽度是排管1中段周长的五分之一至四分之一,且为5~8毫米。此热合线便于加工,因脱节使给塑料热合线3末段6热合之电热丝不会受给塑料热合线3中段5热合之电热丝的冷热伸缩而移位。
实施例7
如图5~7所示,是实施例6的优选技术方案。所述的排管1之间的热合线3的末段6的宽度为6~7.5毫米;排管1之边的热合线4,除它的中段与末段相连外,与排管1之间的热合线3是一样的。这能使两边之排管1口径与中间排管1口径一样,则承压一致。排管1之边的热合线4的中段与末段相连是以防漏水,那么中段与末段任何位置相连即可。
实施例8
如图9所示,本发明的塑料热合器,由扁电热丝和垫板8组成,扁电热丝给塑料传热的传热面是窄面,该窄面形同实施例5或6所述的全湿型塑料吸热板的排管1之间的热合线3一样;给排管1之间的热合线3的中段5热合之扁电热丝9,由其宽面被深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的窄缝11夹住,以防倒下。给排管1之间的热合线3热合之扁电热丝,可以是只一根或多根并列,当然多根并列最好。
实施例9
如图9所示,是实施例8的优选技术方案。给排管1之间的热合线3的末段6热合之扁电热丝10,在深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的凹槽12里。可以是一个或多个给排管1之间的热合线3的末段6热合之扁电热丝10在一个凹槽12里。
实施例10
如图10所示,是实施例8的优选技术方案。所述的扁电热丝给塑料传热之窄面,形同实施例6所述的全湿型塑料吸热板的排管1之间的热合线3一样;给排管1之间的热合线3的末段6热合之扁电热丝10,在深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的相应形状的窄缝13里。

Claims (12)

1.全湿型塑料吸热板,由排管(1)和集管(2)组成,排管(1)之间是热合线(3),其特征是:排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的中段(5)窄末段(6)宽。
2.如权利要求1所述的全湿型塑料吸热板,其特征是:所述的排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的末段(6)的长度不大于热合线(3)长度的百分之一。
3.如权利要求1所述的全湿型塑料吸热板,其特征是:所述的排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的末段(6)及集管(2)邻末端(7)一带的塑料厚度大一些。
4.如权利要求1所述的全湿型塑料吸热板,其特征是:它的塑料采用的是塑料薄膜;在排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的末段(6)和集管(2)的外面共同增加一层或多层塑料薄膜。
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的全湿型塑料吸热板,其特征是:所述的排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的末段(6)呈回折弯之形。
6.如权利要求5所述的全湿型塑料吸热板,其特征是:所述的排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的中段(5)伸人末段(6),且与末段(6)脱节;中段(5)相对于末端(7)之中段;末段(6)的宽度是排管(1)中段周长的五分之一至四分之一,且为5~8毫米。
7.如权利要求6所述的全湿型塑料吸热板,其特征是:所述的排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的末段(6)的宽度为6~7.5毫米;排管(1)之边的热合线(4)除它的中段与末段相连外,与排管(1)之间的热合线(3)是一样的。
8.一种平板型集热器,由顶透光的保温箱体,和其里面的平板型吸热体组成,其特征是:该平板型吸热体是权利要求1~7中所述的任何一种全湿型塑料吸热板。
9.一种平板型太阳热水器,由蓄热水箱、上循环管、下循环管、顶透光的保温箱体和其里面的平板型吸热体组成,其特征是:该平板型吸热体是权利要求1~7中所述的任何一种全湿型塑料吸热板。
10.一种塑料热合器,由扁电热丝和垫板(8)组成,其特征是:扁电热丝给塑料传热之传热面是窄面,该窄面形同权利要求5或6所述的全湿型塑料吸热板的排管(1)之间的热合线(3)一样;给排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的中段(5)热合之扁电热丝(9),由其宽面被深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的窄缝(11)夹住。
11.如权利要求10所述的塑料热合器,其特征是:给排管(1)之间的热合线(3)的末段(6)热合之扁电热丝(10),在深度不大于扁电热丝宽度的凹槽(12)里。
