Abstract
一种用于制造全湿型塑料吸热板的塑料热合器由电热丝和垫板组成,在垫板上面设有绝缘耐热隔热片;电热丝需给塑料热合的部位在绝缘耐热隔热片的顶面上呈中段窄末段宽,其中中段电热丝与末段电热丝相邻很近但不相碰,电热丝无需给塑料热合的部位在绝缘耐热隔热片的下面,中段电热丝受其两头无需热合的部位之反向拉力而绷着。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及平板型太阳热水器的吸热体(全湿型塑料吸热板)的生产设备(塑料热合器)。
背景技术 从《太阳热水器及系统》和《新能源和可再生能源的利用》中可知:平板型太阳热水器,由蓄热水箱、上循环管、下循环管和平板型集热器组成,该平板型集热器由顶透明的保温箱体和其里面的平板型吸热体(又称吸热板,俗称板芯)组成。“在平板形状的吸热体上,通常布置有排管和集管。排管是指吸热体纵向排列并构成流体通道的部件;集管是指吸热体上下两端横向连接若干根排管并构成流体通道的部件”(摘自《太阳热水器及系统》)。《新能源和可再生能源的利用》中指出:“全湿型吸热板没有不通流体的翅片,弥补了使用导热系数较小的材料制成吸热板之不足,凡是用导热系数较小的材料制作吸热板,必须采用全湿型结构板芯。”中国专利申请93216022.0中的塑料薄膜吸热板和《新能源和可再生能源的利用》中的全湿型塑料吸热板,都存在两个问题:一是要实现全湿型结构,吸热板的排管之间的热压粘合线即热合线不能做宽了,否则形成不通流体的小翅片,虽然它比管板式吸热板的翅片要小很多,也未能充分实现全湿型机构。二是要实现自动保温,至少要承受1m多高水压,那么排管之间的热合线要宽才行,否则它的末端会因承压被撕开扯烂的。这两个问题是相矛盾的,是由塑料热合器加工的热合线的形状决定的。塑料热合器由窄(细)电热丝(一般是圆丝)或宽电热丝(一般是扁丝)和垫板及不粘布组成,它的电热丝通常呈整体绷直状态,因此加工的每一根塑料热合线,只能是齐宽的。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种改进的塑料热合器,它能热合出中段窄末段宽的热合线。
本发明的塑料热和器,由电热丝和垫板组成,在垫板上面还有绝缘耐热隔热片;电热丝需给塑料热合的部位呈中段窄末段宽,但其中段窄电热丝与末段宽电热丝相邻很近不相碰,两者均在绝缘耐热隔热片顶面上;电热丝无需给塑料热合的部位在绝缘耐热隔热片下面;中段窄电热丝受其两头无需热合的部位之反向拉力而绷着。中段窄电热丝与末段宽电热丝相邻很近不相碰的目的是:因为不相碰才能热合出宽、窄不同的热合线;因为相邻很近才能使宽、窄不同的热合线虽然脱节,但相距不远,才能承压。
本发明的塑料热合器,它给中段窄末段宽的塑料热合线的中、末段热合之电热丝在同一塑料热合器上,能热合出中段窄末段宽的热合线。而现有技术的塑料热合器,必须用宽、窄电热丝的多个塑料热合器经多次热合,才能组合成中段窄末段宽的热合线。

实施方式 下面结合附图详细说明本发明的3个实施例。
实施例1
如图3所示,图中虚线表示的是电热丝在绝缘耐热隔热片下面的部分。本发明的塑料热合器,由电热丝和垫板组成,与现有技术不同的是:在垫板上面还有绝缘耐热隔热片;电热丝需给塑料热合的部位呈中段窄末段宽,但其中段窄电热丝与末段宽电热丝相邻很近不相碰,两者均在绝缘耐热隔热片顶面上;电热丝无需给塑料热合的部位在绝缘耐热隔热片下面;中段窄电热丝受其两头无需热合的部位之反向拉力而绷着。同样还可以将集管边线之热合线之电热丝受其两头无需热合的部位之反向拉力而绷着。
实施例2
如图4所示,是实施例1的优选技术方案。图中虚线表示的是电热丝在垫板下面的部分。所述的电热丝需给塑料热合的末段呈回折弯之形,中段伸入末段且与末段脱节(相邻很近不相碰)。
实施例3
如图5所示,是实施例2的优选技术方案。图中虚线表示的是电热丝在垫板下面的部分。所述的电热丝需给塑料热合的部位均是窄电热丝,它的中段与末段之里段两边相邻很近不相碰。
Claims (3)
1.一种塑料热合器,由电热丝和垫板组成,其特征是:在垫板上面还有绝缘耐热隔热片;电热丝需给塑料热合的部位呈中段窄末段宽,但其中段窄电热丝与末段宽电热丝相邻很近不相碰,两者均在绝缘耐热隔热片顶面上;电热丝无需给塑料热合的部位在绝缘耐热隔热片下面;中段窄电热丝受其两头无需热合的部位之反向拉力而绷着。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料热合器,其特征是:所述的电热丝需给塑料热合的末段呈回折弯之形,中段伸入末段且与末段脱节。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑料热合器,其特征是:所述的电热丝需给塑料热合的部位均是窄电热丝,它的中段与末段之里段两边相邻很近不相碰。
