本发明涉及水泵减速器技术领域,一种大功率双向潜水贯流泵专用行星减速器,包括机座、太阳(轴齿)轮及两侧的支承轴承、行星轮、行星轮轴、输出轴及支承轴承、其特征在于:(A)行星轮与内齿圈之间有两只齿数Z、模数m相同的、两侧对称装置的分流齿轮;(B)行星架固定在机座的端面上、均布的行星轮轴与分流齿轮轴固定在行星架上;(C)行星架上有一油池K,油池K联接一润滑油分配器,分配器上有两组出油管,用以润滑(滚动或滑动)轴承;(D)输入端太阳(轴齿)轮上有车氏密封,输出轴上有车氏密封。【有益效果】(a)本发明改进准行星传动比背景技术仅有三只行星轮的承载能力大一倍;(b)准行星轮与分流齿轮支承轴承润滑充分,因而使用寿命长;(c)输入轴与输出轴上由于装置了车氏密封,密封性能好,从而防止了漏油。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及水泵减速器技术领域,一种大功率双向潜水贯流泵专用行星减速器。
【背景技术】
发明《大功率双向潜水贯流泵专用行星减速器》(ZL200710068047.1)系NGW行星结构,因下述改进而取得专利权:(1)机体两端带法兰;(2)鼓形联轴器输入;(3)输出轴上有油封;(4)内齿圈上有测温传感器。该发明主要问题是:
(A)对照成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.14-412页图14-5-20.NGW单级行星减速器(太阳轮浮动)、《齿轮手册》上,7-46页图7-5-2:该发明的上述改进(1)、(2)与(3)并不具备新颖性与创造性;
(B)该发明由于仅有三只行星轮,因而其承载能力是行星传动中最低。
【发明内容】本发明目的在于提供一种承载能力大、维修方便及制造成本低的大功率双向潜水贯流泵专用行星减速器。
【技术方案】采用改进后的准行星传动:
(A)所述的准行星传动是指NGW行星机构中行星架处于固定状态,即变为固定架;所述的改进后的准行星传动是指在准行星轮与内齿圈之间有两只相同的分流齿轮,使分流数增加一倍,因而大大提高了承载能力;
(B)固定架顶部有一油池,油池的出油管通向准行星轮轴与分流齿轮轴,使支承轴承得以充分的润滑,大大提高了轴承的使用寿命;
(C)输入轴与输出轴装置了车氏密封,防止漏油。
【有益效果】
本发明对照发明专利(ZL200710068047.1),其新颖、创造及实用性体现在:
(a)本发明改进准行星传动比背景技术仅有三只行星轮的承载能力大一倍(见附表);
(b)准行星轮与分流齿轮支承轴承润滑充分,因而使用寿命长;
(c)输入轴与输出轴上由于装置了车氏密封,密封性能好,从而防止了漏油。
为了说明问题,现根据江苏亚太泵业公司魏光新总工程师等《南水北调东线工程贯流泵机组选型与结构初探》(水泵技术,2005年第2期)一文的例子:
电机参数:功率N=2240kW、八极n1=740rpm、减速比i=4.93、减速器重12t.,价72万元。
计算条件:使用寿命50000小时,工作系数KA=1.75,安全系数SH=1.20、SF=1.50

下面结合附图对本发明详加描述:
参照图1.一种大功率双向潜水贯流泵专用行星减速器,包括机座1、太阳轮7及两侧第一、二支承轴承4、5、行星轮8、行星轮轴10、输出轴18及第三、四支承轴承15、16、与输出轴圆盘联接的内齿圈14,所述行星轮8与内齿圈14间有两只齿数Z、模数m相同的、两侧对称装置的分流齿轮11,所述行星架2固定在机座1的端面上、均布的行星轮轴10与分流齿轮轴11固定在行星架2上,所述第三、四轴承15、16装在机座5内孔,其特征在于:
所述行星架2上有一油池K,所述油池K联接一润滑油分配器3,所述分配器3上有第一、二出油管9、12,其中:第一出油管9接入盲孔行星轮轴10用以润滑滚动轴承或滑动轴承;第二出油管12接入盲孔分流齿轮轴13,用以润滑滚动轴承或滑动轴承,行星传动之所以是最好的结构形式,是因为具有同轴、内啮合和功率分流三大特性,功率分流越多、承载能力越大。由于分流齿轮10使分流数增加一倍,因而计算表明承载能力较(背景技术)发明专利(ZL200710068047.1)可提高一倍。
所述太阳轮7上有第一车氏密封6,所述输出轴18上有第二车氏密封17,成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.14-306页:TB3车氏密封由薄唇齿形滑环+O型圈组成,滑环齿尖与旋转面的接触近于线接触,可大大减少高速旋转产生的摩擦热。滑环薄唇刚性小,O型圈使滑环薄唇束紧于滑动面,滑动面油膜很薄,通常为0.001-0.0025,只起润滑作用,而不至被刮出成滴(泄漏);O型圈的弹力使线接触密封面磨损得以自动补偿。TB3的使条件为工作压力0-40Mpa、工作温度-55-250℃、v=10m/s,其使用寿命为普通油封二十几倍;
实施例是对本发明的说明而不是限定,任何简单变换后的方案均属于本发明的保护范圈。

1.一种大功率双向潜水贯流泵专用行星减速器,包括机座(1)、太阳轮(7)及两侧第一、二支承轴承(4、5)、行星轮(8)、行星轮轴(10)、输出轴(18)及第三、四支承轴承(15、16)、与输出轴圆盘联接的内齿圈(14),所述行星轮(8)与内齿圈(14)间有两只齿数Z、模数m相同的、两侧对称装置的分流齿轮(11),所述行星架(2)固定在机座(1)的端面上、均布的行星轮轴(10)与分流齿轮轴(11)固定在行星架(2)上,所述第三、四轴承(15、16)装在机座(5)内孔,其特征在于:
