本发明涉及一种垫片的生产技术领域。
背景技术
由于饮食习惯，有许多人群喜欢食用烘烤食品，人们将生食物置于烤箱内加热至熟。人们一般需以耐高温材料包裹在食品外，或在烤箱内铺垫耐高温垫片，然后将食品置于垫片上，以防加热过程生产的油或食品碎料污染到烤箱。由于现有的垫片耐高温性不好，使用寿命短，还有的垫片不便于清理，大多只能一次性使用，因此带来了极大的浪费，另有绝缘性不好的问题，直接导致安全隐患。有的产品在高温后挥发有毒物质，不能直接接触食品。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种安全、无毒、耐用、便于清理的电烤箱垫片。
本发明由玻璃纤维布片和硅胶组成，所述硅胶包裹在所述玻璃纤维布片外。
本发明绝缘性能高，确保安全使用，耐高温性好，理论上可达到无限次使用，即使部分垫片受损或破裂，也照常使用，本发明便于清理，用水冲、用干或湿布一擦即去除其上的污物。本发明还具有高温后无毒性物质挥发的特点，保障了食用的安全性。
