本发明涉及一种垫片的生产技术领域。
背景技术
由于饮食习惯，有许多人群喜欢食用烘烤食品，人们将生食物置于烤箱内加热至熟。人们一般需以耐高温材料包裹在食品外，或在烤箱内铺垫耐高温垫片，然后将食品置于垫片上，以防加热过程生产的油或食品碎料污染到烤箱。由于现有的垫片耐高温性不好，使用寿命短，还有的垫片不便于清理，大多只能一次性使用，因此带来了极大的浪费，另有绝缘性不好的问题，直接导致安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种安全、耐用、便于清理、美观的有边电烤箱垫片。
本发明由玻璃纤维布片和硅胶组成，所述硅胶包裹在所述玻璃纤维布片外，在玻璃纤维布片的外周的硅胶外设置硅胶包边层。
本发明绝缘性能高，确保安全使用，耐高温性好，理论上可达到无限次使用，用水冲、用干或湿布一擦即去除其上的污物，便于清理。本发明由于加设了硅胶包边层，加强了产品外周的牢度，不易破裂，更加延长的使用寿命，另外，如果硅胶包边层与硅胶为同色时，产品即可显出明显的包边效果，如果硅胶包边层与硅胶为不同包时，包边层可显示出更加美观的效应。
