本发明涉及一种治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液，它是由下列成分按照重量配比制成：生地1～10重量份、三七1～5重量份、当归1～5重量份、夏枯草5～10重量份、紫草1～5重量份、金银花10～30重量份、黄连10～30重量份、大黄1～10重量份、秦艽10～30重量份、川芎1～10重量份、白芷1～5重量份和水500-1000份。本发明所述的治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液成分简单易得，疗效显著，从而提供了一种新的临床上治疗牙根尖周炎选择。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体而言，本发明涉及一种治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液。
背景技术
牙根尖周炎是由厌氧菌引起的牙周支持组织的慢性感染性疾病，抑制和杀灭致病菌对于治疗和预防牙周炎有着重要的作用。研究表明牙龈卟啉菌(Pg)是牙周炎证据充分的致病菌，而中间普氏菌(Pi)是牙根尖周炎的中度相关致病菌，伴放线放线杆菌(Aa)是青少年牙根尖周炎的主要致病菌。
目前治疗牙根尖周炎常采用抗菌素类西药，但是临床上发现有下列缺点：
1.有些患者对青霉素、螺旋霉素、灭滴灵等西药过敏。
2.一些病人使用青霉素、螺旋霉素等针对性西药时疗效不佳。
3.西药对肠胃刺激较大。
4.部分中老年人不习惯西药治疗。
5.某些西药的治疗费用太过昂贵。
鉴于此，一些医疗工作者开始研究中药在治疗口腔内厌氧菌中的应用。例如，《云南中药学院学报》，第14卷，第1期，第23-24页公开了中药在治疗口齿厌氧菌感染中的经验。但是，对于更合理的药物的研究从未停止。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供了一种治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液，它是由下列成分按照重量配比制成：生地1～10重量份、三 七1～5重量份、当归1～5重量份、夏枯草5～10重量份、紫草1～5重量份、金银花10～30重量份、黄连10～30重量份、大黄1～10重量份、秦艽10～30重量份、川芎1～10重量份、白芷1～5重量份和水500-1000份。
优选地，它是由下列成分按照重量配比制成：生地5重量份、三七3重量份、当归3重量份、夏枯草10重量份、紫草5重量份、金银花20重量份、黄连20重量份、大黄5重量份、秦艽20重量份、川芎5重量份、白芷5重量份和水800份。
本发明所述的治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液配方合理，成分简单易得，疗效显著，从而提供了一种新的临床上治疗牙根尖周炎选择。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例将对本发明予以进一步的说明，但并不因此而限制本发明。
实施例1
称取生地50克、三七30克、当归30克、夏枯草100克、紫草50克、金银花200克、黄连200克、大黄50克、秦艽200克、川芎50克、白芷50克和水800克，置于密封的烧瓶内，在50℃的水浴下加热5小时，过滤，收集滤液，杀菌消毒即得。
实验例1
参见《河北中医药学报》，第23卷，第4期，第30-31页公开的方法来测定本发明的含漱液的体外抗菌活性。其中使用的试验菌株Pg(PgATTCC33277)、Pi(PiATCC25611)、Aa(FnATTCC24523)可购自南京建成生物工程研究所。并且本着科研的目的，可在本申请之日起20年内向公众发放。
厌氧菌菌悬液的制备
将菌种接种于厌氧血平板上，37℃厌氧环境复苏48h(80％N2， 10％H2，10％CO2)。保存的菌种复苏后，接种于CDC厌养培养血琼脂平板上。挑取琼脂表面的菌落混悬于制备好的灭菌斯氏肉汤培养基中，培养相应时间(48h)后使菌液浓度呈105～106CHU/mL备用。
体外药敏实验
采用液体二倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)：将实施例1制备的分成1000份后的试液(1∶1)用斯氏肉汤液体培养基稀释成10个浓度(1∶2，1∶4，1∶8，1∶16，1∶32，1∶64，1∶128，1∶256，1∶512，1∶1024)，另设不加药物只含液体培养基的试管作为对照管，在试验药物管和对照管中加入配制好的厌氧菌菌悬液。将试验药物管和对照管置于厌氧罐中，37℃培养48h。
结果判读：对照管有细菌生长而明显浑浊，以试验组试管外观清亮不浑浊的最小药物浓度为该药液的最小抑菌浓度。
体外抑菌实验
采用打孔琼脂扩散法比较本发明的含漱液与2％碘甘油(购自上海运佳黄浦制药)的抑菌作用：制备斯氏血液琼脂平板4个，采用自制直径为6mm的打孔器在每个培养平板上均匀打孔5个，将配置好的厌氧菌菌悬液均匀涂布于平板上。以实施例1中制备的含漱液为试验药物组，2％碘甘油为对照药物组，每组两个平板，10个加药孔。在每孔内加入实施例1制备的分成1000份后的试液100μL或2％碘甘油100μL，置于厌氧罐中，37℃培养48h。
结果判读：用卡尺测量药条周围圆形无菌生长区域大小，即抑菌环的直径。
结果
最小抑菌浓度(MIC)
本发明的含漱液对于Pg、Pi、Aa均有比较明显的抑菌作用，MIC值均为1∶512。结果见下表。
抑菌环的直径
本发明的含漱液对Pg、Pi、Aa的抑菌环的直径分别为46mm、34mm、42mm，对照组碘甘油的抑菌环的直径为16mm。
实验例2：患者的口感和味感
请10位患者使用实施例1的含漱液。10位患者均表示该含漱液的口感良好。其中有6为患者在未做任何建议或暗示的情况下就自行咽下。在请10位患者都咽下后，均表示该含漱液的味感良好。

1.一种治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液，其特征在于，它是由下列成分按照重量配比制成：生地1～10重量份、三七1～5重量份、当归1～5重量份、夏枯草5～10重量份、紫草1～5重量份、金银花10～30重量份、黄连10～30重量份、大黄1～10重量份、秦艽10～30重量份、川芎1～10重量份、白芷1～5重量份和水500-1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗牙根尖周炎的含漱液，其特征在于，它是由下列成分按照重量配比制成：生地5重量份、三七3重量份、当归3重量份、夏枯草10重量份、紫草5重量份、金银花20重量份、黄连20重量份、大黄5重量份、秦艽20重量份、川芎5重量份、白芷5重量份和水800份。
