煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆,涉及一种电缆,其中最外层为辐照交联型耐油弹性体聚烯烃外护套,外护套内设有铜丝编织层,编织层内设有PE隔离绕包层,绕包层内设有至少两根的绞合线芯。本发明的最外层护套材料为使其燃烧性能达到GB/T18380.3-2001中的A类标准要求,采用聚烯烃材料作为骨架材料,因煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆使用于特定的环境中,电缆护套要有耐油、耐酸、耐热的特性外,而且还要具有好的物理机械性能,最重要的是电缆燃烧时满足成束燃烧性能,因此选择了氧指数在36以上的辐照交联型耐油弹性体聚烯烃护套料,各种性能都达到了设计要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别涉及一种煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆。
背景技术
随着科技的日益发展,各种高科技含量检测设施越来越被广泛应用。因此同样需要科技含量高的测控电缆与之配套,而现有电缆在阻燃性能屏蔽上存在不足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种成束阻燃性能好、屏蔽抑制系数低,具有高阻燃防爆测控电缆。
技术方案:一种高阻燃防爆测控电缆,其中最外层为辐照交联型耐油弹性体聚烯烃外护套,外护套内设有铜丝编织层,编织层内设有PE隔离绕包层,绕包层内设有至少两根的绞合线芯。
绞合线芯由设在外层的105℃高阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘料层和设置在内层的无氧铜丝导体组成。
本发明的最外层护套材料为使其燃烧性能达到GB/T18380.3-2001中的A类标准要求,采用聚烯烃材料作为骨架材料,因煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆使用于特定的环境中,电缆护套要有耐油、耐酸、耐热的特性外,而且还要具有好的物理机械性能,最重要的是电缆燃烧时满足成束燃烧性能,因此选择了氧指数在36以上的辐照交联型耐油弹性体聚烯烃护套料,各种性能都达到了设计要求。

如附图所示:一种煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆,其中最外层为辐照交联耐油弹性体聚烯烃外护套1,外护套1内设有铜丝编织层2,编织层2内设有PE隔离绕包层3,绕包层3内设有至少两根的绞合线芯,绞合线芯由设在外层的105℃高阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘料层4和设置在内层的无氧铜丝导体5组成。

1.煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆,其特征在于最外层为辐照交联型耐油弹性体聚烯烃外护套,外护套内设有铜丝编织层,编织层内设有PE隔离绕包层,绕包层内设有至少两根绞合线芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述煤井用高阻燃抗干扰防爆测控电缆,其特征在于所述绞合线芯由设在外层的105℃高阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘料层和设置在内层的无氧铜丝导体组成。
