Abstract
一旋转台灯,包括本体、支座和连接本体和支座的旋转定位结构,所述旋转定位结构包括旋转槽和旋转架,所述旋转槽固定于支座上,所述旋转架一端固定连接本体,另一端设置卡合于上述旋转槽的旋转体,其特征在于:所述旋转体中心设置一通孔且侧壁沿轴向方向上开一弹性槽。上述台灯的旋转体开一弹性槽,使其卡入旋转槽后贴紧旋转槽,从而达到调整台灯本体照明范围并定位的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可旋转台灯,尤其涉及一可旋转的台灯及其旋转定位结构。
背景技术
日常生活中的台灯包括支座和本体,本体内安装有发光组件,需调整其相对支座的角度,进而来调整其照明区域以便用户使用。这样就需要一连接上述本体和支座的旋转定位结构。
现有技术中应用于台灯的旋转定位结构为旋转架的旋转体容置于支撑架的左侧盖和右侧盖形成的旋转槽中,通过螺钉、螺栓等夹紧左、右侧盖从而夹紧旋转体。旋转体的外壁与旋转槽的内壁完全卡合且可相对转动,旋转架可相对支撑架转动且于任意位置停留。该旋转定位结构缺点是用于夹紧旋转体的旋转槽拆分位于左、右侧盖上,使用螺钉、螺栓等零件经长期使用后易松动,导致用于夹紧旋转体的夹紧力减小,最终使得旋转架无法在任意位置停留。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种旋转台灯及其旋转定位结构,使其能够长期旋转定位。
一种旋转台灯,包括本体、支座和连接本体和支座的旋转定位结构,所述旋转定位结构包括旋转槽和旋转架,所述旋转槽固定于支座上,所述旋转架一端固定连接本体,另一端为可卡合上述旋转槽转动的旋转体,其特征在于:所述旋转体中心加工一通孔且侧壁沿轴向方向上开一弹性槽。
一种旋转定位结构,包括旋转槽和旋转架,旋转架包括可卡合旋转槽转动的旋转体,所述旋转体中心加工一通孔且侧壁沿轴向方向上开一弹性槽。
本发明的旋转台灯将侧壁开槽的旋转体卡入旋转槽内,使其卡入旋转槽后贴紧旋转槽转动,使得上述旋转台灯可以达到长期旋转定位的效果。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,为本发明旋转台灯的较佳实施方式。该旋转台灯100包括支座200、本体300及连接支座200和本体300的旋转定位结构400。本体300包括上盖310和下盖320,上盖310和下盖320固定连接并形成一安装有发光组件的空腔(图中未示)。支座200包括底座210和固定连接于底座210上的支撑架220,底座210与支撑架220一体成型或活动的组装在一起,该支撑架220包括两具有一定间隔的侧壁221。
请参阅图2和图3,旋转定位结构400包括固定连接本体300的旋转架410和活动连接旋转架410的旋转槽420。
该旋转架410包括一切去两端的中空球状旋转体411,上端向上延伸形成一连接下盖310的柱形连接部412,旋转体411中心设一通孔413,其侧壁平行通孔413轴线方向上开设一弹性槽414,使其具有伸缩性。
该旋转槽420设置于支撑架220靠近本体300的一端,在本实施方式中,旋转槽420设置于支撑架220的两侧壁221之间,大致呈碗状,且开口朝上。该旋转槽420内表面靠近端口处凸设若干倒扣421,倒扣421顶住旋转体411上端使得旋转体411下端开槽处仍可卡紧旋转槽420内表面。
上述旋转体411的外半径稍大于旋转槽420的内半径,使得旋转体411卡入旋转体411后能够与旋转槽420内表面紧密卡合,从而达到旋转定位的效果。
为了使旋转体411与旋转槽420内表面进一步卡合,该旋转定位结构400还包括一卡入上述通孔413的弹性环430。两侧壁221上设有定位孔222,旋转槽420上贴近定位孔222处设置有与其相通的缺口422。弹性环430卡入通孔413中,其两露出端放置于定位孔222和缺口422形成的通孔内。
该弹性环430为一圆柱环,其侧壁沿着轴线方向开槽使其具有伸缩性,弹性环430的半径和长度分别大于上述通孔413的半径和长度,使得弹性环430卡入上述通孔413产生一弹力使得旋转体411进一步与旋转槽420内表面紧密卡合。
请参考图4,装配时,先将旋转架410的旋转体411强制插入旋转槽420内,旋转架410的通孔413、定位孔222和缺口422形成一通孔,再将弹性环430压缩插入上述通孔中,弹性环420的两端伸出并置于定位孔222和缺口422内。
装配完成后,由于弹性环430的外半径大于通孔413的内半径,所以弹性环430产生一顶紧力并通过旋转体411作用于旋转槽420,从而使得旋转体411与旋转槽420接触表面产生一最大静摩擦力F。旋转架410在无外力作用时,由于与旋转架410固定连接的本体300的重力小于上述最大静摩擦力F,所以旋转架410可相对支撑架220停留在任意位置;当作用于旋转架410的外力大于上述最大静摩擦力F时,旋转架410相对支撑架220转动从而带动本体300转动,进而调节本体300的照明区域,以便用户使用台灯100。
在另一实施方式中,旋转体411可为任意形状的旋转柱体,旋转槽420可收容该旋转柱体且与其外表面卡合,使得旋转体411可相对旋转槽420有摩擦旋转。
Claims (8)
1.一旋转台灯,包括本体、支座和连接本体和支座的旋转定位结构,所述旋转定位结构包括旋转槽和旋转架,所述旋转槽固定于支座上,所述旋转架一端固定连接本体,另一端设置卡合于上述旋转槽的旋转体,其特征在于:该旋转体的外半径大于所述旋转槽的内半径,所述旋转体中心设置一通孔且旋转体侧壁沿轴向方向上开一弹性槽,所述支座包括支撑架,所述旋转槽贴近该支撑架处设置有缺口,所述旋转台灯还包括一弹性环,该弹性环卡入所述旋转体中心的通孔,其露出端放置于所述旋转槽的缺口内,该弹性环侧壁沿轴线方向上开设一槽,所述弹性环的外半径大于通孔的内半径,该弹性环卡入所述通孔并产生一弹力,使旋转体与旋转槽内表面紧密卡合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转台灯,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括两具有一定间隔的侧壁,所述旋转槽设置于两侧壁之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转台灯,其特征在于:所述弹性环为一圆柱环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转台灯,其特征在于:所述旋转体为切去两侧的球状体,所述旋转槽内表面的形状与旋转体外表面的形状相应。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋转台灯,其特征在于:所述旋转槽内表面靠近端口处凸设若干倒扣。
6.一旋转定位结构,包括旋转槽和旋转架,所述旋转架设置有卡合旋转槽的旋转体,其特征在于:该旋转体的外半径大于所述旋转槽的内半径,所述旋转体中心设置一通孔且旋转体侧壁沿轴向方向上开一弹性槽,所述旋转定位结构还包括一圆柱环形的弹性环,该弹性环的外半径大于所述通孔的内半径,且放置于旋转体的通孔内,其侧壁沿轴线方向开设一槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的旋转定位结构,其特征在于:所述旋转体为切去两侧的球状体,所述旋转槽内表面的形状与旋转体外表面的形状相应。
8.根据权利要求7所述的旋转定位结构,其特征在于:所述旋转槽内表面靠近端口处凸设若干倒扣。
