Abstract

本发明是一种阀控式密封电池真空灌胶技术,该系统所采用的技术步骤是:将环氧树脂端子胶灌注入电池端子与电池盖之间的间隙;将电池放入真空箱内,利用三分种时间对真空箱抽取真空;置停两分种,对真空箱释放真空;再次利用三分种时间对真空箱抽取真空;置停两分种,对真空箱释放真空,取出电池。抽取真空后,负压力促使端子胶内气泡和塑料螺母缝隙内气泡迅速逸出,消除了端子胶内气泡,使端子胶能渗入电池盖与端子之间所有缝隙,达到更好地密封端子的目的,减少电解液从电池端子渗漏的可能性,可以消除胶面产生的气泡,改善产品外观质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀控式密封电池真空灌胶技术。
背景技术
目前,传统的电池端子的密封是采用环氧树脂端子胶灌注入电池端子与电池盖之间的间隙,在一定温度和正常压力下固化,形成胶封。这种胶封技术因单纯靠环氧树脂胶的重力,因环氧树脂胶的粘度大,流动性不好,加之上层胶和下层胶固化速度不一致,容易产生气泡,使得端子胶不能完全渗入电池盖与电池端子之间所有缝隙,可能造成电池电解液从缝隙中爬上电池盖,造成电池漏酸;产生的胶面气泡也影响了电池外观质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,为了改变上述状况,现采用一种阀控式密封电池真空灌胶技术,使注入的环氧树脂端子胶完全渗入电池盖与电池端子之间所有缝隙,并消除胶面气泡。
本发明所采用的技术步骤是:
(a)将环氧树脂端子胶灌注入电池端子与电池盖之间的间隙;
(b)将电池放入真空箱内,利用三分种时间对真空箱抽取真空;
(c)置停两分种,对真空箱释放真空;
(d)再次利用三分种时间对真空箱抽取真空;
(e)置停两分种,对真空箱释放真空,取出电池。
本发明的有益效果是,抽取真空后,负压力促使端子胶内气泡和塑料螺母缝隙内气泡迅速逸出,消除了端子胶内气泡,使端子胶能渗入电池盖与端子之间所有缝隙,达到更好地密封端子的目的,减少电解液从电池端子渗漏的可能性,可以消除胶面产生的气泡,改善产品外观质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2对本发明作进一步说明,如图1所示,采用传统密封技术胶封后,因环氧树脂胶的粘度大,流动性不好,加之上层胶和下层胶固化速度不一致,容易产生气泡(2),使得端子胶(3)不能完全渗入电池盖(4)与电池端子(1)之间所有缝隙,电池端子(1)与电池盖(4)之间尚存在端子(1)与螺母(6)之间的缝隙(5)与螺纹缝隙(7)。
如图2所示,采用本发明阀控式密封电池真空灌胶技术后,端子胶(3)完全渗入端子(1)与螺母(6)之间的缝隙(5)与螺纹缝隙(7)中,同时,端子胶(3)中气泡(2)完全消除了,这样,达到了更好地密封端子的目的,减少电解液从电池端子渗漏的可能性,可以消除胶面产生的气泡,改善产品外观质量。

1.一种阀控式密封电池真空灌胶方法,其特征在于该方法所采用的技术步骤是:
(a)将环氧树脂端子胶灌注入电池端子与电池盖之间的间隙;
(b)将电池放入真空箱内,利用三分钟时间对真空箱抽取真空;
(c)置停两分钟,对真空箱释放真空;
(d)再次利用三分钟时间对真空箱抽取真空;
(e)置停两分钟,对真空箱释放真空,取出电池。
