本发明公开了一种能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置,在壳体(6)一端有支座,所述的支座上转动安装有丝杆(8),所述的丝杆上螺合有丝杆螺母(4),所述的丝杆螺母(4)外固定套装有套筒(9),所述的套筒外固定连接有联接套筒(5);所述的壳体(6)上滑动配合有滑板(11),所述的滑板(11)内有通孔,联接套筒(5)在所述的通孔内滑动配合,所述的套筒(9)滑套在调整套(10)前端,所述的丝杆(8)外套装有碟形弹簧(7),碟形弹簧(7)顶压于调整套(10)、丝杆螺母(4)之间;所述的滑板(11)上安装有顶尖套(12)。本发明舍弃了油缸,不会造成上顶尖顶紧力的过度波动,大大提高了工件和刀具的安全性,同时具有结构简单、易于实现和工作可靠的优点。

能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆柱齿轮加工机床,尤其是一种滚齿机后立柱顶尖驱动机构,具体地说是一种能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置。
背景技术
众所周知,现代滚齿机大多配有后立柱,工件的定心与夹紧离不开上顶尖,上顶尖的驱动机构大多采用油缸,上顶尖位置控制能力差,结构复杂,故障率高,顶紧力变化范围大。如果油压过低,表面上看工件上顶尖已顶紧,但可能未完全顶紧,随着切削力的增大,可能使工件意外滑转,引起工件或刀具的报废。如果油压过高,可能使工件弯曲,引起上中心孔变形或工件精度超差。因此如何控制上顶尖的顶紧力,防止工件和刀具意外损耗是目前滚齿机设计中的一个难点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的滚齿机上顶尖顶紧力大小变化大,易发生工件和刀具意外损耗的问题,设计一种结构简单,容易控制的滚齿机上顶尖顶紧装置,以解决滚齿机后立柱上顶尖顶紧过程长期存在的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置,包括有壳体(6),所述的壳体(6)一端有支座,所述的支座上转动安装有丝杆(8),所述的丝杆上螺合有丝杆螺母(4),所述的丝杆螺母(4)外固定套装有套筒(9),所述的套筒外固定连接有联接套筒(5);所述的壳体(6)上滑动配合有滑板(11),所述的滑板(11)内有通孔,所述的通孔的前端旋合有调整套(10),所述的调整套(10)中间有通孔,所述的丝杆(8)从通孔中穿过,所述的联接套筒(5)在所述的通孔内滑动配合,所述的套筒(9)滑套在调整套(10)前端,所述的丝杆(8)外套装有碟形弹簧(7),套筒(9)套在碟形弹簧(7)外,碟形弹簧(7)顶压于调整套(10)、丝杆螺母(4)之间;所述的滑板(11)上安装有顶尖套(12)。
所述的能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置,其特征是在丝杆螺母(4)端部安装有法兰(2),法兰(2)和丝杆螺母(4)之间装有缓冲垫(3);所述的法兰(2)与联接套筒(5)固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的上顶尖采用丝杆螺母压缩碟形弹簧,用碟形弹簧的弹力进行驱动,可靠性高,具有很好的实用性。
本发明舍弃了油缸,不会造成上顶尖顶紧力的过度波动,大大提高了工件和刀具的安全性,同时具有结构简单、易于实现和工作可靠的优点。

一种能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置,包括有壳体6,所述的壳体6一端有支座13,所述的支座13上通过轴承1转动安装有丝杆8,所述的丝杆8上螺合有丝杆螺母4,所述的丝杆螺母4外固定套装有套筒9,所述的套筒9外固定连接有联接套筒5;丝杆螺母4端部安装有法兰2,法兰2和丝杆螺母4之间装有缓冲垫3;所述的法兰2与联接套筒5固定连接。
所述的壳体6上滑动配合有滑板11,滑板另通过安装于壳体6上的直导轨导向滑动,所述的滑板11内有通孔,所述的通孔的前端旋合有调整套10,所述的调整套10中间有通孔,所述的丝杆8从通孔中穿过,所述的联接套筒5在所述的通孔内滑动配合,所述的套筒9滑套在调整套10前端,所述的丝杆8外套装有碟形弹簧7,套筒9套在碟形弹簧7外,碟形弹簧7顶压于调整套10、丝杆螺母4之间;所述的滑板11上安装有顶尖套12。所述的丝杆螺母4通过套筒9压缩碟形弹簧7,碟形弹簧7的弹力向下驱动滑板滑板11和顶尖套12。
本发明在顶紧过程中,首先由伺服电机拖动丝杆8进行旋转,带动丝杆螺母4沿箭头方向运动,使套筒9压缩碟形弹簧7的一端,碟形弹簧7的另一端通过调整套10带动滑板11,最终实现顶尖套12的上下直线运动,使滚齿机上顶尖顶紧工件的中心孔。

1.一种能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置,包括有壳体(6),所述的壳体(6)一端有支座,所述的支座上转动安装有丝杆(8),所述的丝杆上有丝杆螺母(4),丝杆与螺母螺纹配合连接,所述的丝杆螺母(4)外固定套装有套筒(9),所述的套筒外固定连接有联接套筒(5);所述的壳体(6)上滑动配合有滑板(11),所述的滑板(11)内有通孔,所述的通孔的前端有调整套(10),通孔与调整套螺纹配合连接,所述的调整套(10)中间有开孔,所述的丝杆(8)从开孔中穿过,所述的联接套筒(5)在所述的通孔内滑动配合,所述的套筒(9)滑套在调整套(10)前端,所述的丝杆(8)外套装有碟形弹簧(7),套筒(9)套在碟形弹簧(7)外,碟形弹簧(7)顶压于调整套(10)和丝杆螺母(4)之间;所述的滑板(11)上安装有顶尖套(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能可靠顶紧的上顶尖驱动装置,其特征是在丝杆螺母(4)端部安装有法兰(2),法兰(2)和丝杆螺母(4)之间装有缓冲垫(3);所述的法兰(2)与联接套筒(5)固定连接。
