本法明属于抗氧化剂领域,特别涉及啤酒抗氧化剂产品。
背景技术
在食品生产和加工中,保鲜技术越来越受到重视。为达到食品防腐、保鲜、延长保质期和货架期的目的,常采用冷藏、辐射等技术保鲜,但最为经济有效的方法还是使用抗氧化剂、脱氧剂、保鲜剂等食品添加剂。近年来,尤其以天然食品抗氧化剂的发展最为迅速,开发前景十分广阔。
抗氧化剂的主要功能是防止或减慢食品发生氧化作用,避免发生品质劣变。这些物质一般作为一种添加剂掺入食品,使其先于食品与氧气发生反应,从而有效防止食品中脂类物质的氧化。只有具备无毒、无异味、加入后检测方便等条件,才能作为食品的抗氧化剂。   目前,食品中常用的抗氧化剂有:2,6一二叔丁基甲酚,主要用于食用油脂、干鱼制品;叔丁基对羟基茴香醚,主要用于食用油脂;没食子酸丙酯,主要用于油炸食品、方便面和罐头;VE,主要用于婴儿食品、奶粉;VC和异VC,主要用于鱼肉制品、冷冻食品等。   除上述产品外,美国FDA还批准使用抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸钙、硫代二丙酸月桂酯、乙氧喹、卵磷脂、偏亚硫酸酯、抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯、偏亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸钠、氯化亚锡、没食子酸戊酯等作为抗氧化剂,茶叶天然抗氧化剂茶多酚.   添加在食品中的抗氧化剂必须用量得当,否则,效果反而会下降。另外,两种或两种以上抗氧化剂混合使用,其效果更好。在此处键入技术领域描述段落。

本发明产品各组分质量分数比如下:亚硫酸钠1-5份,偏亚硫酸钠2-10份, 三聚磷酸钠3-7份。

该新型抗氧化剂显示出有价值的抑制氧化的性能,能在大范围内的基质中使用。例如 食品:酒,尤其酒的硫化,醋,食用油和脂肪,啤酒,水果和蔬菜汁,糖浆,肉类和腊肠制品,果脯,蔬菜干,坚果,蜜饯,保藏蔬菜,马铃薯制品,糊,沙司,蛋黄酱,水果酱等。
饲料,锅炉给水,用水胶片制造和冲洗的物质,印染物质,用于织物制造和处理的物质,塑料,润滑油和润滑脂,橡胶。每个应用中,该抗氧化剂的使用量应为少量,在食品行业中,下面的量较好:
