Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗痔疮的药物，以生大黄、生地、苦参、地榆、丝瓜叶、马齿苋、桑枝、秦艽、核桃仁、皂角刺、苍术、防风、黄柏、当归尾、泽泻、槟榔、槐花为原料；制备时，取香油750g于锅中，加热至40℃，再将上述原料药按顺序加入锅内加热至100℃，保温30分钟，滤去药渣，取药液于锅中再加入80万单位青霉素20-30小瓶混合均匀，加热至100℃，保温30分钟，浓缩成膏液即可。本发明制备简单、使用方便、疗效高，具有标本兼治、无副作用、费用低、疗程短的特点，对内痔、外痔、混合痔都有一定的疗效。
Description
技术领域 本发明属于药物技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗痔疮的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术 痔疮是一种常见的肛肠疾病，有“十人九痔”之称。痔疮在临床上可分为内痔、外痔、混合痔三种，治疗痔疮主要采用单一的对症治疗法，不同的痔疮选择不同的治疗药物和方法。对于内痔的治疗，采用退针给药法则，外痔、混合痔主要采用手术疗法，患者痛苦大，而且费用高。目前，尚未检索到能兼顾治疗内痔、外痔和混合痔的综合性中药药物。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种标本兼治、无副作用、费用低能兼顾治疗内痔、外痔和混合痔的药物及其制备方法。
本发明的解决方案是基于祖国医学对痔疮的发病机理和认识及治疗原则，参考古、今药理研究成就，从祖国医学宝库中筛选出对内痔、外痔、混合痔都有效的治疗药物。
本发明药物是由下述原料药制成的：
生大黄12g、生地9g、苦参9g、地榆30g、丝瓜叶10g、马齿苋30g、桑枝30g、秦艽6g、核桃仁6g、皂角刺10g、苍术10g、防风6g、黄柏10g、当归尾10g、泽泻10g、槟榔10g、槐花10g；
将上述各组分制成本发明药物的制备方法是：
取香油750g于锅中，加热至40℃，再将上述原料药按顺序加入锅内加热至100℃，保温30分钟，滤去药渣，取药液于锅中再加入80万单位青霉素20～30小瓶混合均匀，加热至100℃，保温30分钟，浓缩成膏液，冷却后分装即可。
本发明药物中的生大黄、生地、苦参和地榆主治痔核和出血；丝瓜叶、马齿苋、桑枝主治内外痔；秦艽、核桃仁、皂角刺、苍术、防风、黄柏、当归尾、泽泻、槟榔、槐花主治痔疮、疼痛、肿胀；各组分合理配伍，利用它们的综合作用对内痔、外痔、混合痔都有疗效。
本发明药物定名为：“化痔膏”。
本发明药物“化痔膏”临床使用结果表明，有下述优点：
1、患处局部使用，具有迅速消炎、止痛的作用；
2、本发明药物有效成分散失小，疗效高，具有标本兼治、无副作用、费用低、疗程短、对内痔、外痔、混合痔都有疗效的特点。
为表明本发明药物“化痔膏”的疗效，本发明经十余年的临床观察选择病例，1日1～2次，大便后使用，治疗病人近10000例，病情明显好转或完全康复为有效，总有效率为88％。
使用方法：外痔，直接涂抹患处病灶；内痔或手术后复发，用1ml针管吸药液膏0.8ml，缓慢推入肛门2～3管即可；混合痔，外抹内注。
典型病例如下：
1、孙XX，男，40岁，临床检验为外痔。用本发明“化痔膏”，治疗7天康复，至今未再复发。
2、公XX，男，28岁，临床检验为混合痔。用本发明“化痔膏”，治疗30天康复，至今未再复发。
3、李XX，男，30岁，临床检验为内痔。用本发明“化痔膏”，治疗20天康复，至今未再复发。
4、王XX，男，45岁，临床检验为混合痔。用本发明“化痔膏”，治疗30天康复，至今未再复发。
5、宋XX，男，40岁，临床检验为痔疮，周边脓肿。用本发明“化痔膏”，治疗20天康复，至今未再复发。
6、刘XX，男，40岁，临床检验为痔疮，周边脓肿、出血。用本发明“化痔膏”，治疗25天康复，至今未再复发。
具体实施方式
按下述配比称取原料药：
生大黄12g、生地9g、苦参9g、地榆30g、丝瓜叶10g、马齿苋30g、桑枝30g、秦艽6g、核桃仁6g、皂角刺10g、苍术10g、防风6g、黄柏10g、当归尾10g、泽泻10g、槟榔10g、槐花10g；
将上述各组分制成本发明药物的制备方法是：
取香油750g于锅中，加热至40℃，再将上述原料药按顺序加入锅内，加热至100℃，保温30分钟，滤去药渣，取药液于锅中再加入80万单位青霉素25小瓶混合均匀，加热至100℃，保温30分钟，浓缩成膏液，冷却后分装即可。
使用本发明药物“化痔膏”注意事项：
1、因药物中含有青霉素，用药前先用少许药膏液涂抹肛门做试验，20分钟后不疼痛、不红肿，即可用药；否则属于过敏，擦洗掉即可。
2、忌：牛肉、羊肉、辣椒、酒、香菜。
3、直肠癌患者禁用。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗痔疮的药物，其特征在于它是由下述原料药制成的：生大黄12g、生地9g、苦参9g、地榆30g、丝瓜叶10g、马齿苋30g、桑枝30g、秦艽6g、核桃仁6g、皂角刺10g、苍术10g、防风6g、黄柏10g、当归尾10g、泽泻10g、槟榔10g、槐花10g；制备时，取香油750g于锅中，加热至40℃，再将上述原料药按顺序加入锅内加热至100℃，保温30分钟，滤去药渣，取药液于锅中再加入80万单位青霉素20～30小瓶混合均匀，加热至100℃，保温30分钟，浓缩成膏液，冷却后分装即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗痔疮的药物的制备方法，其特征是按下述工艺完成的：取香油750g于锅中，加热至40℃，再将上述原料药按顺序加入锅内加热至100℃，保温30分钟，滤去药渣，取药液于锅中再加入80万单位青霉素20～30小瓶混合均匀，加热至100℃，保温30分钟，浓缩成膏液，冷却后分装即可。
