Abstract

本发明涉及一种四磁钢椭圆齿轮流量计,即是在流量计的两个椭圆上分别嵌入二个磁钢,使磁钢总数为四个,每个椭圆齿轮的二个磁钢都对应一个磁敏传感器,使椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应的脉冲信号数达到四个,提高了椭圆齿轮流量计的计量精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种四磁钢椭圆齿轮流量计,即是在流量计的两个椭圆上分别嵌入二个磁钢,使磁钢总数为四个,每个椭圆齿轮的二个磁钢都对应一个磁敏传感器,使椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应的脉冲信号数达到四个,提高了椭圆齿轮流量计的计量精度,属流量测试技术领域。 
背景技术
椭圆齿轮流量计是在一个容腔内置一对椭圆齿轮,利用椭圆齿轮旋转时,挤出齿侧空间内的液体和旋转圈数的计量来实现流量测量,是目前应用较为广泛的一种容积式流量计。椭圆齿轮流量计的精度取决于椭圆齿轮长短轴的大小、椭圆齿轮长短轴的比值、椭圆齿轮的厚度以及椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应脉冲信号的多少。现有技术是只在其中一个椭圆齿轮上嵌入两个磁钢(ZL200610049716.6),用磁敏传感器来感应脉冲信号,椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应的最大脉冲信号数为二个;或只在其一个高阶椭圆齿轮上嵌入三个磁钢(ZL200810235779.X),用磁敏传感器来感应脉冲信号,椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应的最大脉冲信号数为三个。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足和缺陷,提供一种四磁钢椭圆齿轮流量计,即是在流量计的两个椭圆上,都嵌入二个磁钢,使磁钢总数为四个,每个椭圆齿轮的二个磁钢都对应一个磁敏传感器,使椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应的最大脉冲信号数达到四个,尽而进一步提高椭圆齿轮流量计的灵敏度。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。本发明主要包括:上盖板1、下盖板2、椭圆齿轮3、椭圆齿轮4、磁钢5、磁钢6、磁钢7、磁钢8、磁敏传感器9、磁敏传感器10、椭圆齿轮轴11、椭圆齿轮轴12、流体进口13、流体出口14等,其特征在于其连接方式为:椭圆齿轮3上嵌入磁钢5和磁钢6,椭圆齿轮4上嵌入磁钢7和磁钢8,磁敏传感器9置于上盖板1孔内,位于椭圆齿轮3的磁钢5和磁钢6的圆心线上方;磁敏传感器10置于上盖板1的孔内,位于椭圆齿轮4的磁钢7和磁钢8的圆心线上方,椭圆齿轮轴11和椭圆齿轮轴12分别嵌在下盖 板2上。上盖板1、下盖板2、椭圆齿轮3、椭圆齿轮4由非导磁材料制造,一般为铝合金、铜合金或工程塑料。磁钢为强磁,一般由铝镍钴合金、钐钴或钕铁硼合金制造。 
本发明的工作过程是:当流体通过流量计进口13时,推动椭圆齿轮3顺时针旋转及椭圆齿轮4逆时针旋转;椭圆齿轮3和椭圆齿轮4每旋转一周会有二个容腔的流体被推出至流量计出口14;椭圆齿轮3的旋转周数由磁敏传感器9和磁钢5、磁钢6感应测量,每旋转一周有二个脉冲,即每个脉冲等于一个容腔流体的体积;椭圆齿轮4的旋转周数由磁敏传感器10和磁钢7、磁钢8感应测量,每旋转一周有二个脉冲,即每个脉冲等于一个容腔流体的体积;累加磁敏传感器9和磁敏传感器10发出的脉冲数,即可确定通过流体的总量。 
本发明具有实质性特点和显著进步。本发明提供一种四磁钢椭圆齿轮流量计,即是在流量计的两个椭圆上分别嵌入二个磁钢,使磁钢总数为四个,每个椭圆齿轮的二个磁钢都对应一个磁敏传感器,使椭圆齿轮每旋转一周感应的脉冲信号数达到四个,提高了椭圆齿轮流量计的计量精度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明主要包括:上盖板1、下盖板2、椭圆齿轮3、椭圆齿轮4、磁钢5、磁钢6、磁钢7、磁钢8、磁敏传感器9、磁敏传感器10、椭圆齿轮轴11、椭圆齿轮轴12、流体进口13、流体出口14等,其特征在于其连接方式为:椭圆齿轮3上嵌入磁钢5和磁钢6,椭圆齿轮4上嵌入磁钢7和磁钢8,磁敏传感器9置于上盖板1孔内,位于椭圆齿轮3的磁钢5、磁钢6的圆心线上方;磁敏传感器10置于上盖板1的孔内,位于椭圆齿轮4的磁钢7、磁钢8的圆心线上方,椭圆齿轮轴11和椭圆齿轮轴12分别嵌在下盖板2上。椭圆齿轮轴11和椭圆齿轮轴12分别嵌在下盖板2上。上盖板1、下盖板2、椭圆齿轮3、椭圆齿轮4由非导磁材料制造,一般为铝合金、铜合金或工程塑料。磁钢为强磁,一般由铝镍钴合金、钐钴或钕铁硼合金制造。

1.一种四磁钢椭圆齿轮流量计,主要包括:上盖板(1)、下盖板(2)、椭圆齿轮(3)、椭圆齿轮(4)、磁钢(5)、磁钢(6)、磁钢(7)、磁钢(8)、磁敏传感器(9)、磁敏传感器(10)、椭圆齿轮轴(11)、椭圆齿轮轴(12)、流体进口(13)、流体出口(14)等,其特征在于其连接方式为:椭圆齿轮(3)上嵌入磁钢(5)和磁钢(6),椭圆齿轮(4)上嵌入磁钢(7)和磁钢(8),磁敏传感器(9)置于上盖板(1)孔内,位于椭圆齿轮(3)的磁钢(5)和磁钢(6)的圆心线上方,磁敏传感器(10)置于上盖板(1)的孔内,位于椭圆齿轮(4)的磁钢(7)和磁钢(8)的圆心线上方,椭圆齿轮轴(11)和椭圆齿轮轴(12)分别嵌在下盖板(2)上。
