Description
本发明涉及这样的卷烟(Zigarrette),在此卷烟中,围绕烟草柱的纸具有不连续区域,特别是为带状的不连续区域,该不连续区域载有多糖的醋酸酯,和由.此通过降低空气进入燃烧的烟草柱而提高该卷烟的自熄趋势。
由1984年的美国专利文献4,452,259已知这样的卷烟,在这种卷烟中,抑制燃烧的区域载有醋酸纤维素。醋酸纤维素的抑制燃烧作用基于在纸的表面上形成了不透空气的膜,这种膜在加热时要么成为液态,要么形成一种壳。这种物质的应用具有下列优点,它对吸烟者不会产生附加的危害,并符合有关的规定。
本发明的出发点是寻找醋酸纤维素的替代物。出人意料地在化学上与醋酸纤维素接近的醋酸淀粉中找到了这种替代物。尽管在由醋酸纤维素转变到醋酸淀粉时燃烧产物的相容性没有改变,但是现今能够原则上改变导致卷烟自熄的机制。也就是说在使用通常的溶剂和施加法时,醋酸淀粉可以很大程度上渗入纸的内部,因此醋酸淀粉的作用总的来说是基于堵塞纸的孔,而不是通过外部膜屏蔽所述纸。这类膜的所有缺点(这样的膜不只是从外观上改变了纸的表面)由此而得以避免。
接着将描述制造根据本发明的卷烟纸的工作实施例。
下列两个表总结了十个工作实施例(A-J)的最重要的数据。

在所有的印刷溶液中都使用醋酸淀粉(由Agrana AG的土豆淀粉生产的高度乙酰化的特种淀粉I09707-01)作为固体。醋酸淀粉被尽可能快地引入由乙醇(产品号32221,Riedel de Haen)和醋酸乙酯(产品号33211,Riedel deHaen)组成的混合物中,然后用螺旋桨搅拌器在2,800转/分搅拌30分钟。
这种纸来源自本申请人并覆盖常用卷烟纸的典型范围。
材料在纸上的施加是以凹版印刷法(Tiefdruckverfahren)(在Cerrutti公司的印刷机上)实现的,其中施加速度为约110米/分,干燥温度为60℃-125℃。压印滚筒经历化学蚀刻。
由这种纸制成的卷烟根据ASTM 2187-04b“Ignition Strength Test”的测试方法进行测试。此时闷烧的(gl immend)卷烟放在10层过滤纸上,并确定卷烟在这种基底上是否熄灭。每个工作实施例每次测试40支卷烟。
在经印刷和未经印刷的区域,纸的厚度在试验A-F的场合的平均厚度相差仅仅是0.45微米,而在试验G-J的场合,平均厚度相差仅仅0.22微米。由此可以推定,施加材料的大部分事实上渗入纸的结构中,不是以膜的形式留在表面,因为否则的话在这种施加量的条件下,厚度的增加通常至少是4微米。
工作实施例A-J表明,在纸的面重,纸的透空气性,填料含量,纸浆种类改变时,以及在印刷区域宽度改变时,自熄趋势都是高的。
Claims (2)
1.卷烟,其中围绕烟草柱的纸具有不连续区域,特别是带状的不连续区域,所述不连续区域载有多糖的醋酸酯,由此通过降低空气进入燃烧着的烟草柱而提高了卷烟的自熄趋势,其特征在于,所述多糖是淀粉。
2.用于生产根据权利要求1的卷烟的卷烟纸的制造方法,其特征在于,将溶解在由乙醇和醋酸乙酯组成的混合物中的醋酸淀粉以如下方式施加到所述纸上:使得醋酸淀粉至少大部分渗入该纸中。
