Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种用于治疗慢性荨麻疹的汤剂。
背景技术
众所周知，慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科常见病之一，临床上将风团和搔痒每天出现，持续至少6周者称慢性荨麻疹，曾有报道世界范围内约有15-25％的人有荨麻疹病史，虽然其不威胁生命，但带来的痛苦和烦恼及对工作和社会生活的影响不亚于心脏疾患，目前此病的治疗，除了限制某些饮食的种类如酒、海鲜及辛辣刺激性的食品外，一般采用西药如抗组胺药物、激素治疗，但疗效不理想，且易复发，对肝肾均有损害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种成本低、治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高、毒副作用低的治疗慢性荨麻疹的汤剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗慢性荨麻疹的汤剂，采用蝉衣、僵蚕、生地、首乌、当归、苍耳子、白藓皮、地肤子、荆芥、防风、赤芍、薄荷原料用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液，其技术特征是，原料组成以重量百分比计为：蝉衣4～6、僵蚕10～13、生地8～11、首乌7～11、当归8～10、苍耳子6～8、白藓皮4～7、地肤子4～7、荆芥8～11、防风7～10、赤芍6～9、薄荷3～5。
本发明的有益效果是，成本低、治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高、毒副作用低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用蝉衣、僵蚕、生地、首乌、当归、苍耳子、白藓皮、地肤子、荆芥、防风、赤芍、薄荷为原料制备而成。其组分(重量％)每付为蝉衣4、僵蚕12、生地10、首乌10、当归10、苍耳子8、白藓皮7、地肤子7、荆芥10、防风9、赤芍8、薄荷5。取上述12种原料总重量为181克，在室温下将19种中草药加水至800～1000ml，浸泡3～5分钟，然后用武火煮沸文火煎熬90～100分钟左右，去渣得滤液200ml，药渣再加水250～300ml，煎熬30～40分钟，去渣得滤液100ml，共得300ml左右药汁，即制得用于治疗慢性荨麻疹的汤剂。装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用，每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹口服150ml左右，服用后临床症状体征消失，再巩固疗效服用1周。
本发明蝉衣凉散风热，开宣肺窍，其气清虚，善于诱发，荆芥：辛苦而温，芳香而散，气味轻扬入气分，驱散风邪，防风：其气不轻扬，能散入于骨肉之风，故宣散在表之风邪，薄荷：清轻凉散，善解风热之邪，又能疏表透疹解毒，以上四味约表散作用强，僵蚕：祛风散结，协助上述四味药以透达表热之邪，生地：凉血和血，苍耳子、白藓皮、地肤子：清热除湿，祛风止痒，当归、首乌能养血和血，首乌与荆芥、防风配伍还可增强免疫功能，主要增强网状内皮系统吞噬功能和细胞免疫，赤芍：清热、凉血、散瘀，消斑之功效。本发明提供的组方能清除体内的燥热，将体内的毒素透发出来，治愈后复发的概率很小。12味中草药巧妙组合，药物相互协调作用，共奏治疗慢性荨麻疹症之特效。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量百分比)混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。
下面结合我院，即山东省威海市文登中心医院进行的临床预试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
病例选择：临床随机选择60位患者，55例为门诊病人，5例为住院病人，其中男36例，女24例，年龄为25到60岁，平均35.5岁，病程6个月到1年者30例，1到2年者16例，2年以上者14例。
诊断标准：(1)西医诊断标准参照王尧绍主编《皮肤病学》中的关于慢性顽固性荨麻疹的诊断标准。(2)中医诊断标准参照标准参照国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》。
分为风寒型16例，风热型27例，胃肠湿热型6例，气血双虚型11例，多数患者不同程度在面部、胸部、四肢等处布满大小片状风团样皮疹，伴瘙痒，及头晕体倦。
治疗方法：汤剂服用方法，每次150毫升，早晚两次服用，15天为一个疗程，每个疗程间隔3天，连续服用3个疗程，丸剂服用方法，每次1丸，早晚两次服用，15天为一个疗程，每个疗程间隔3天，连续服用3个疗程。
疗效判断：
临床治愈：风团消退，无瘙痒，划痕试验阴性，半年以上无复发。
有效：风团消退30％以上，或消退后复发时间延长，瘙痒明显减轻。
无效：风团及瘙痒无明显改善，或风团消退不足30％。
治疗效果：使用本发明治疗60例，3个疗程，结果临床治愈44例，占73.3％，有效14例，占23.3％，无效2例，占3.3％，总有效率为96.7％。

1.一种治疗慢性荨麻疹的汤剂，采用蝉衣、僵蚕、生地、首乌、当归、苍耳子、白藓皮、地肤子、荆芥、防风、赤芍、薄荷原料用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液，其技术特征是，原料组成以重量百分比计为：蝉衣4～6、僵蚕10～13、生地8～11、首乌7～11、当归8～10、苍耳子6～8、白藓皮4～7、地肤子4～7、荆芥8～11、防风7～10、赤芍6～9、薄荷3～5。
