Abstract

一款水域漂浮液的拦载栅栏,其主要特征为:此栅栏由充气成形,截面形状为十字形(图1)。a,b为垂直的栅栏,可阻止漂浮油料的外泄,c,d起平衡栅栏的作用,可使栅栏a,b保持垂直状。n为一种拉力的设置,作用是使充气物成形,如成十字形的截面。此拦截带在水中作业的标准状态为:a高于水面,b低于水面,c,d浮于水面与水面平行。F为油料外泄的向外的压力方向,油料外泄将受a,b的阻挡。此设计可做到浮油的栏截栅栏水上水下都达到足够的高度和深度,充分起到栏阻的作用。

Description

水域漂浮液拦截带
我在电视中看到墨西哥湾的泄油事件,发现控制油料扩散的油料拦截栅栏不尽人意,不能起到应有的效果,灾害无法控制,造成了后果。
为此我想到了一个方法,设计了一款水域漂浮液的拦载栅栏,其主要特征为:此栅栏由充气成形,截面形状为十字形(图1)。
a,b为垂直的栅栏,可阻止漂浮油料的外泄,c,d起平衡栅栏的作用,可使栅栏a,b保持垂直状。
n为一种拉力的设置,作用是使充气物成形,如成十字形的截面。
此拦截带在水中作业的标准状态为:a高于水面,b低于水面,c,d浮于水面与水面平行。
F为油料外泄的向外的压力方向,油料外泄将受a,b的阻挡。
此设计可做到浮油的栏截栅栏水上水下都达到足够的高度和深度,充分起到栏阻的作用。
我曾经发明有一项专利,折叠容器在突发灾害中的应用2006100675159,现在看来此发明正好可以与之配合应用。

1.一款水域漂浮液的拦载栅栏,其主要特征为:此栅栏由充气成形,截面形状为十字形(图1)。
a,b为垂直的栅栏,可阻止漂浮油料的外泄,c,d起平衡栅栏的作用,可使栅栏a,b保持垂直状。
