本发明公开一种外墙涂料,尤其涉一种高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,适用于建筑装饰行业生产的外墙涂料。聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=1~10∶30~50∶10~20∶1~5∶400~500∶120~150∶100~120∶300~400∶15~35∶10~30。本发明作外墙装饰涂料,具有硬度高、耐水洗,存储期长,抑制霉菌和藻类繁殖生长及较好,具有较好的弹性延伸率,以更好地适应由于基层的变形而出现面层开裂,对基层的细小裂缝具有遮盖作用;对于防铝塑板装饰效果的外墙涂料还应具有更好金属质感、超长的户外耐久性,且生产成本低的高强度防污纳米外墙涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外墙涂料,尤其涉一种高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,适用于建筑装饰行业生产的外墙涂料。
背景技术
众所周知,外墙涂料的主要是装饰和保护建筑物外墙面,使建筑物外貌美观整洁,从而达到美化城市环境的目的。同时外墙涂料也能够起到保护建筑外墙的作用,延长其使用寿命。为获得理想的装饰与保护效果,要求外墙涂料色彩丰富且保色性优良,能较长时间保持原有的装饰性能,因涂层暴露于大气中,要经受风吹、日晒、盐雾腐蚀、雨淋、冷热变化等作用,在这些外界自然环境的长期反复作用下,涂层易发生开裂、粉化、剥落、变色等现象,使涂层失去原有的装饰保护功能,外墙涂料饰面在潮湿环境中易长霉,特别由于我国不同地区环境条件差异较大,对于一些重工业、矿业发达的城市,由于大气中灰尘及其他悬浮物质较多,会使易沾污涂层失去原有的装饰效果,从而影响建筑物外貌。因此,外墙涂料应具有较好的耐沾污性。
发明内容
本发明就是为上述问题提供一种具有较好的耐沾污性,抑制霉菌和藻类繁殖生长及较好的耐水性的高强度防污纳米外墙涂料。
为了实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案是:高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,其特征在于是由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=1~10∶30~50∶10~20∶1~5∶400~500∶120~150∶100~120∶300~400∶15~35∶10~30。
所述的高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,其特征在于由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=3~7∶35~45∶12~17∶2~4∶420~450∶130~140∶100~110∶350~400∶20~30∶15~25。
所述的高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,其特征在于由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=5∶40∶15∶3∶450∶135∶110∶350∶25∶20。
所述的膨润土由普通水泥替代。
制作高强度防污纳米外墙涂料的方法采用常规方法进行溶解、混合搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的优点效果是,本发明作外墙装饰涂料,具有硬度高、耐水洗,存储期长,耐沾污性,抑制霉菌和藻类繁殖生长及较好,具有较好的弹性延伸率,以更好地适应由于基层的变形而出现面层开裂,对基层的细小裂缝具有遮盖作用;对于防铝塑板装饰效果的外墙涂料还应具有更好金属质感、超长的户外耐久性,且生产成本低的高强度防污纳米外墙涂料。

高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=3∶45∶17∶4∶450∶140∶110∶400∶30∶25。其它同实施例1。

高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=7∶35∶12∶2∶420∶130∶100∶350∶20∶15。其它同实施例1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度防污纳米外墙涂料,其特征在于由下述原料按重量份数比制备而成:聚乙烯醇∶异丁醇∶焦磷酸钠∶高强纤维素∶纳米二氧化钛∶方解石粉∶灰钙粉∶水∶水玻璃∶膨润土=3~7∶35~45∶12~17∶2~4∶420~450∶130~140∶100~110∶350~400∶20~30∶15~25。
