本发明涉及医用医疗器械的使用维护领域，具体说是一种血液透析机液路系统清洗、除锈用的除锈剂。
背景技术
目前，医疗卫生行业使用的血液透析机，液路内壁常常会沉积褐色的铁锈，严重影响透析机的性能和使用。
发明内容
本发明为解决血液透析机使用一段时间后，其液路系统内壁沉积铁锈，影响透析机性能的问题，发明一种具有清洗除锈作用的血液透析机液路专用除锈剂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题，所采用的技术方案是，一种血液透析机液路系统除锈剂，其特殊之处是：
组分为：亚硫酸氢钠、连二亚硫酸钠、蒸馏水；
组分比：亚硫酸氢钠6％-10％、连二亚硫酸钠4％-6％、蒸馏水84％-90％；
生产工艺为：按比例取亚硫酸氢钠、连二亚硫酸钠、蒸馏水，将称取的亚硫酸氢钠、连二亚硫酸钠加入到蒸馏水中，溶解后混合均匀。
使用时，根据不同型号血液透析机的使用说明书要求，将该除锈剂吸入血液透析机内部管路中，吸入时间5-10分钟，关机静置10分钟后，将液体排除。
技术效果
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案，可以实现一种具有清洁、除锈作用的血液透析机液路专用除锈剂，具有安全、无毒、无腐蚀、环保等优点，可保持血液透析机液路系统内壁洁净，能有效保障血液透析机的整机性能稳定。
具体实施方式
实施例1，生产含亚硫酸氢钠6％、连二亚硫酸钠4％的除锈剂：取亚硫酸氢钠6克、连二亚硫酸钠4克、蒸馏水990克。将取的亚硫酸氢钠、连二亚硫酸钠加入到蒸馏水中，溶解、混合后，即成1000克血液透析机液路除锈剂。
实施例2，生产含亚硫酸氢钠8％、连二亚硫酸钠5％的除锈剂：取亚硫酸氢钠8克、连二亚硫酸钠5克、蒸馏水987克。将取的亚硫酸氢钠、连二亚硫酸钠加入到蒸馏水中，溶解、混合后，即成1000克血液透析机液路系统除锈剂。
实施例3，生产含亚硫酸氢钠10％、连二亚硫酸钠6％的除锈剂：取亚硫酸氢钠10克、连二亚硫酸钠6克、蒸馏水984克。将取的亚硫酸氢钠、连二亚硫酸钠加入到蒸馏水中，溶解、混合后，即成1000克血液透析机液路系统除锈剂。
