Abstract

所述的巨型磁悬浮垂直轴斜拉结构风力机半球形磁悬浮轴承,由圆弧形高性能钕铁硼磁钢制成,由多片磁钢组成磁环,再由几个磁环在内球形的外表面构成一种磁极,再由相应的磁环在外球形的内表面构成同种磁极,由内球形外磁极和外球形内磁极以及它们之间的间隙构成磁悬浮轴承,且磁片与磁片之间有隔磁材料相隔,该轴承利用了同性磁极相斥的特性,这种轴承具有自调心功能,通过计算可知,当磁极之间的距离发生微小的变化时,磁极的作用力就会产生巨大的变化,因此,当轴有微小的位移时,距离增大一侧磁极间的作用力就会急剧下降,而距离减小一侧磁极间的作用力就会急剧增大,进而就起到了调心作用;由于该轴承具有轴向轴承和径向轴承的功能,因此,在运行时只有轴的旋转自由度未被限制,是可以自由转动的,而其它自由度都是固定的。

本发明涉及风力机轴承,特别是巨型磁悬浮垂直轴斜拉结构风力机半球形磁悬浮轴承。
技术背景
能源危机和气候异常正在威胁着人类生存和发展,寻找清洁替代能源已成为世界各国最紧迫的根本战略目标。风力发电作为当代理想的清洁能源之一,风力发电机轴承特别是半球形磁悬浮轴承是其中关键技术之一,由于该发明的出现,可使风能利用率提高20%左右。
发明内容
本发明涉及风力机轴承,特别是巨型磁悬浮垂直轴斜拉结构风力机半球形磁悬浮轴承。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:

Claims (4)

1.巨型磁悬浮垂直轴斜拉结构风力机半球形磁悬浮轴承,是由经过特殊加工的高性能钕铁硼磁钢构成的,此磁钢镶嵌在内半球外表面和相应外半球内表面而成。
2.根据权利1所述,由多片磁钢组成磁环,再由几组不同的磁环组成内球形外表面磁极和外球形内表面磁极,这两个磁极是同性磁极,再由内球形外表面磁极和外球形内表面的同性磁极以及它们之间的间隙组成球形磁悬浮轴承。
3.根据权利2所述,在同一球面上磁片与磁片之间有隔磁材料相隔。
4.根据权利1所述,所发明球形磁悬浮轴承,外半球体与轴相连接,是转动的,内半球体是固定的。
