技术领域:本发明涉及汽车气体喷射器,特别是一种焦炉气汽车气体喷射器。
背景技术:在现有技术中,汽车气体喷射器使用的是机械式装置,气体的喷射忽大忽小,造成发动机转速不稳定。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种焦炉气汽车气体喷射器,利用该喷射器能使汽车发动机达到转速稳定的目的。
本发明的构成:由针阀、齿条、齿轮、减速箱、位置传感器、步进电机和电子控制器组成,汽车油门踏板与位置传感器II连接,位置传感器II与电子控制器连接,电子控制器与步进电机连接,在步进电机上有减速箱,在减速箱上有位置传感器I和齿轮,齿轮与齿条啮合,在齿条上安装针阀。
与现有技术比较,本发明的气体喷射器采用电控装置,有效地控制焦炉气气体喷射均匀,进气量的大小恒定,使汽车发动机的转速稳定。

具体实施方式:如图所示,由针阀、齿条、齿轮、减速箱、位置传感器、步进电机和电子控制器组成,汽车油门踏板9与位置传感器II8连接,位置传感器II8与电子控制器7连接,电子控制器7与步进电机6连接,在步进电机6上有减速箱4,在减速箱4上有位置传感器I5和齿轮3,齿轮3与齿条2啮合,在齿条2上安装针阀1。

1.一种焦炉气汽车气体喷射器,由针阀、齿条、齿轮、减速箱、位置传感器、步进电机和电子控制器组成,其特征在于:汽车油门踏板(9)与位置传感器II(8)连接,位置传感器II(8)与电子控制器(7)连接,电子控制器(7)与步进电机(6)连接,在步进电机(6)上有减速箱(4),在减速箱(4)上有位置传感器I(5)和齿轮(3),齿轮(3)与齿条(2)啮合,在齿条(2)上安装针阀(1)。
