技术领域
本发明涉及各类工程机械车身，如挖掘机车身、装载机车身等的结构领域。
背景技术
据目前工程机械产品的测试数据统计显示，国内工程机械产品驾驶室司机位置处噪声介于88～92dB(A)之间者居多，仅有少量产品能达到低于88dB(A)并接近85dB(A)的水平。驾驶室噪声不仅对驾驶员自我感觉和工作能力产生消极的影响，而且能导致健康严重失调、疲劳、早期失聪、高血压、神经疾病等。过强的噪声主要对人的听觉系统造成损害。工程机械产品的环保、节能、降噪已逐渐成为用户选择的首要条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可大幅降低司机位置噪声的低噪声环保节能型工程机械驾驶室。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：低噪声环保节能型工程机械驾驶室，包括围板，所述围板的内侧粘贴黑色海绵，黑色海绵的另一侧覆盖植绒内饰件。
本发明的有益效果是：有效地将驾驶室司机位置处噪声，从常规产品声级值介于88～92dB(A)之间，降低到80dB(A)以下。
