本实用新型涉及一种汽车备胎盖板，属于汽车车身附件技术领域。
背景技术
针对现有乘用轿车和城市SUV的备胎放置与空间布局设计要求，一般都会在汽车行李舱中设计备胎存放舱，备胎舱内放置汽车备用胎与其他工具盒等物品，备胎舱上配置盖板，达到遮盖、隔离备胎舱功能的同时实现行李舱的平整和布局一致性。针对备胎舱的隔离和行李舱的物品存放和载荷要求，汽车备胎盖板起到车身装饰、隔音降噪、承载等作用。在现有的汽车行业中，该汽车备胎盖板一般采用硬质纤维板胶粘复合地毯冲裁成型、PP木粉板复合面料热压成型等材料和生产工艺进行制作。该类备胎盖板存在以下不足：重量重、外观性差、隔音降噪效果不好、承载能力有限，同时因生产中使用胶水和天然木质成份，导致该类备胎盖板防水性能不好且环保性差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供质量轻、隔音效果好、承载力大的汽车备胎盖板。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种汽车备胎盖板，包括本体，所述的本体内设有空腔，空腔将本体分成上型面、下型面和封闭式侧板，空腔内设有多根连接上型面和下型面的加强筋。
本体外表面复合有面料。
所述的面料为针刺无纺布。
所述的加强筋与本体上下型面垂直连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型汽车备胎盖板本体设有空腔，空腔内设有加强筋，采用封闭空腔设置减轻了备胎盖板重量的同时改善了备胎盖板的隔音降噪效果；空腔内设有加强筋，提高了备胎盖板的有效承载能力。

一种汽车备胎盖板，包括本体1和与本体1外表面整体复合的面料，本体1上还设有一个拉手槽和挂钩，这个与现有技术相同。手拉槽是用户将汽车备胎盖板拉起用，挂钩是将汽车备胎盖板挂在车身上用。面料和本体1粘接。本实用新型的特征在于本体1内设有空腔11，空腔11将本体分成上型面、下型面和封闭式侧板，空腔11内设有多根连接上型面和下型面的加强筋2。本实用新型设有空腔11，采用空腔和多层材料的层积双重作用提高备胎盖板的隔音降噪效果。本实用新型通过封闭空腔11材料厚度和加强筋2均布位置的合理设置，在实现有效承载能力的同时降低了本体的重量，实现轻量化。
另外，本实用新型进一步改进，所述的面料为针刺无纺布，因针刺无纺布的手感和伸展性良好，在伸展方向上不具方向性，能够沿着任意方向变形，容易形成立体形状，能有效保证热粘接复合成型后的表面质量，实现备胎盖板的良好外观。
所述的加强筋2与本体1上下层垂直连接。也就是图1所示的加强筋2呈左右设置。

1.一种汽车备胎盖板，包括本体(1)，其特征在于：所述的本体(1)内设有空腔(11)，空腔(11)将本体(1)分成上型面、下型面和封闭式侧板，空腔(11)内设有多根连接上型面和下型面的加强筋(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车备胎盖板，其特征在于：本体(1)外表面复合有面料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车备胎盖板，其特征在于：所述的面料为针刺无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车备胎盖板，其特征在于：所述的加强筋(2)与本体(1)上下型面垂直连接。
