Abstract

Description
技术领域
此发明涉及一种用于从位于注射装置的壳体之内的注射器针上去除护套的护套去除器装置,并且涉及这样的注射装置。
背景技术
在许多可再用的注射装置中,药物预装填供给到连接有针的注射器中,针通过针护套(有时被称作为保护罩)覆盖。针护套既保持针消过毒,同时也防止针刺伤害。为了安全目的,针护套通常是非常紧固地连接到针,并且理想地是在预装填的注射器被安全地定位在注射壳体之内(另外,注射壳体也遮盖针)以前不去除针护套。护套与针的连接力既定时,重要的是去除针护套的可靠方法。就像已经指出的,注射器和针护套典型地被包含在壳体之内,这意味着(故意)用手是不能接近护套的。因此,护套典型地通过一些形式的护套去除器去除。有可能提供一种预装填的注射器,该预装填的注射器既连接有针护套又在护套上连接有针去除器,但这意味着针护套去除器必须与每个注射器一起提供,这是不经济的。
发明内容
因此,我们设计了一种针护套去除器,其能够多次再使用,其还允许已去除护套的简单处理。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种应用于在注射之前从针上去除护套的护套去除器,所述护套去除器包括:
延长的护套过道,所述延长的护套过道具有在一端的护套捕获区域,护套能够沿着所述延长的护套过道从护套捕获区域经过;
护套抓取装置,所述护套抓取装置设置在所述护套捕获区域中,并且适于用来当被提供到针护套时可与针护套接合,以及用来充分地抓取护套以使得当护套去除器被从注射器上拉离时护套去除器能够从针上去除护套,
其中,所述护套去除器适于在使用时,当护套去除器被提供时,已经设置在护套捕获区域中的护套沿着通道被从护套捕获区域推开,并且护套去除器与随后的护套接合。
以这种方式,每次护套去除器使用时,将去除器提供至新的护套以驱逐先前的护套并将它推入护套过道。因此,在优选实施例中,使用者不用非得手动地将已移除的护套从去除器中卸下,原因在于这已经由下一个护套完成了。
优选地,护套过道包括在至少一端的实体壁管开口。尽管另一端有可能形成(disgorge)一个室或者类似物,优选地,管在两端都开口。
尽管所述护套抓取装置可以只通过摩擦进行抓取,护套和注射器之间的高连接力意味着护套抓取装置优选地包括一个或多个闩锁元件,该一个或多个闩锁元件被设计成当护套去除器被提供到护套上进行使用时锁在护套上的肩部或凹部之上。这提供能够传递高分离力的机械交互接合。优选的一个或多个闩锁元件允许滞留的护套离开所述护套捕获区域进一步进入过道的运动。
一个或多个闩锁元件可能采用许多不同的形式,但优选地包括多个闩锁指状物。其中护套的基本形状为具有设置在基本圆柱状部分的径向相对的窗口,并且每个窗口对向(subtend)一个既定的弧,所述闩锁指状物优选等角度且以一间隔(at a pitch)设置以确保至少两个闩锁指状物锁入每个窗口。
优选地,护套去除器包括另外的抓取装置,该另外的抓取装置设置在过道之内,并且与上述所述第一抓取装置间隔开,并且被设计成可滑动地与护套接合,该护套通过护套捕获区域与随后的护套的接合而进一步地移动进入过道。
优选地,另一抓取装置在纵向上与第一抓取装置间隔开一段距离,该距离与护套的长度相关,从而,仅当随后的护套与前述的所述第一抓取装置安全地接合时,随后的护套将先前的护套从第二抓取装置上推离开以释放先前的护套并使先前的护套延着过道自由地经过。以这种方式,从另外的抓取装置以及沿着过道的其通道释放先前的护套向使用者显示出护套去除器与下一个护套安全地抓取接触。这提供了一个重要的优势,原因在于值得注意的是护套经常是不可见的,因此,使用者很难得知何时下一个护套被安全地抓取了以及是否下一个护套被安全地抓取了。
优选地,形成过道的至少部分壁是透明的和/或有孔的,以使得从外部可见被随后的护套替换的护套。再次,先前的护套沿着通道经过的情形为使用者给出了接合过程的一个清晰的视觉提示。
优选地,所述护套去除器使用时能够可拆卸地连接到所述注射器壳体,以便于存储。这降低了护套去除器丢失的可能性,并且也意味着护套去除器作为封盖使用。
本发明还涉及一种注射装置,包括壳体,可定位在壳体之内进行使用并具有由可移除护套覆盖的针的注射器,以及用于在注射之前从针上去除护套的护套去除器,所述护套去除器包括:
延长的护套过道,所述延长的护套过道具有在一端的护套捕获区域,并且护套能够沿着所述延长的护套过道从护套捕获区域经过;
护套抓取装置,所述护套抓取装置设置在所述护套捕获区域中,并且适于用来当被提供到针护套时可与针护套接合以及用来充分地抓取护套以使得当护套去除器被从注射器上拉离时护套去除器能够从针上去除护套,
其中,所述护套去除器适于在使用时,当护套去除器被提供时,已经设置在护套捕获区域中的护套沿着通道被从护套捕获区域推开,并且护套去除器与随后的护套接合。
有利地,当所述注射装置具有可扳动(cockable)机构时,注射装置可以通过将所述护套去除器的部分插入所述注射装置并通过所述护套去除器与内驱动机构接合而被扳动。以这种方式,护套去除器提供多种功能;它作为护套去除器使用以在注射之前从针上去除护套;它作为用于扳动注射装置的扳动装置(cocking device),以及它作为使用时壳体的封盖。
在一种配置中,当注射装置包括可移动地安装在壳体的前部部分以在装置被致动时调整针的穿透深度的深度调整套圈时,注射装置被配置成使得防止针护套拔出器与针护套接合,除非深度穿透调整被设定在预设水平或以上。这提供了重要的安全特色。

具体实施方式
最初参见图1-4,这里描述的注射装置10分别具有可分离的后部和前部壳体部分12和14。转动地可调整的穿透深度调整器16安装在前部壳体部分14的前部端。护套去除器18被显示插入到装置的前端,这里作为临时的罩。
特别参见图4,护套去除器18具有护套捕获区域20,在这个实例中,护套捕获区域具有六个闩锁指状物22,每个带有内向锁24。另一方面,护套去除器18具有喇叭端26,其有利于抓取同时也提供用于扳动注射器的支撑表面。在护套去除器的大约中段处有两个沿直径方向相对的肩突出部28,其在它们之间限定各自沿直径方向相对的槽30。护套去除器的主体为开口端管状形状,并且与槽的每个后端邻接,如图4中所示的,圆筒形壁具有U形裁切区域32,U形裁切区域32在其内表面限定两个另外的锁34(见图5-9)。
为了扳动,护套去除器18的喇叭端26定位在内部驱动机构(未示出)的凸形端之上。这会将机构的活塞推回去。当扳动装置时,肩突出部28在直径上大于后部注射器壳体部分12的开口前端,并且从而限制插入深度。如果这个距离少于活塞需要移动回来以与其扳动闩锁(未示出)接合的距离,装置则不能扳动。
护套去除器18被打算用来从注射装置里面的预装填注射器移除护套36。护套在图5-9中示意出,并且,护套为一种典型形状,其包括包含在中间窄的帽形部件40中的软橡胶或类似橡胶的芯38,中间窄的帽形部件40本身则被包含在硬弹性塑料外部帽元件42中。外部帽元件在其与注射器44邻接的端部(以下称为后部端)具有两个径向相对的窗口46,每个窗口正对(subtend)约90°,并且窗口被提供用于处理护套。
在图5中,护套去除器已经显示其中带有护套,并且被排列用于插入到注射装置10的前部端。已经在护套去除器中的护套36可以是先前已去除的护套,或者它也可以是首次使用时提供的“虚拟”护套。值得注意的是,包含在装置中的护套相对于护套去除器通过闩锁指状物22上的闩锁表面24与窗口46的前部壁的接合而锁住(见图9a和9b)。外部帽42的前部端被设置成靠着另外的内向锁34。护套去除器体的内径被设计成允许护套的通道从中穿过。
接着,护套去除器被推入装置中,从而由护套去除器保持的护套的后端在装置中与护套的前部端接合。持续的压力将护套去除器中的护套推向喇叭端(图6),并且,当这发生时,内向锁34骑跨在前护套的外部部分(以下称为先前的护套),最后直至闩锁指状物34从先前的护套的后端跳开,从而先前的护套不再被保持并可能使护套滑动到喇叭端。然而,闩锁指状物22和另外的锁34被设计为纵向定位,因此,直到闩锁指状物22安全地接合在下一个护套的窗口46中,另外的闩锁指状物34才会释放先前的护套。要注意,释放先前的护套给出了下一个护套已经被安全地扣紧的肯定确认。在那个阶段,可以通过保持注射装置并使护套去除器的喇叭端面向下而简单地处理先前的护套。
因此,下一个护套可能通过将护套去除器拉离注射装置而移除,如图7所示。如图8所示的,新的注射器正待装载入到注射装置,带有被扣紧的护套的护套去除器可以插入到注射装置的端部以用作盖或罩。肩突出部28具有为此目的的闩锁表面48,其锁入穿透深度调整器16的前部端(见图13a和13b)。
现在参见图11和12a和12b,这些显示护套去除器18的护套夹紧区域紧扣护套26。可以看到的是,在图11中,两个闩锁指状物22”与窗口46接合,这是可见的。闩锁指状物的数量是可选择的,以确保在任何时候每个窗口中有至少一个锁。图12a显示了两个闩锁指状物22锁在每个窗口46中的情况,而图12b显示了只有一个闩锁指状物22被锁在每个窗口46中的构造。
Claims (12)
1.一种护套去除器,应用于在注射之前从针上去除护套,所述护套去除器包括:
延长的护套过道,所述延长的护套过道具有在一端的护套捕获区域,护套能够沿着所述延长的护套过道从护套捕获区域经过;
护套抓取装置,所述护套抓取装置设置在所述护套捕获区域中,并且适于用来当被提供到针护套时可与针护套接合,以及用来充分地抓取护套以使得当护套去除器被从注射器上拉离时护套去除器能够从针上去除护套,
其中,所述护套去除器适于在使用时,当护套去除器被提供时,已经设置在护套捕获区域中的护套沿着通道被从护套捕获区域推开,并且护套去除器与随后的护套接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的护套去除器,其中所述延长的护套过道包括在至少一端的实体壁管开口。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的护套去除器,其中所述护套抓取装置包括一个或多个闩锁元件,所述一个或多个闩锁元件被设计成当护套去除器被提供到护套上进行使用时锁在护套上的肩部或凹部之上,但是允许滞留的护套离开所述护套捕获区域进一步进入过道的运动。
4.如权利要求3所述的护套去除器,其中所述一个或多个闩锁元件包括多个闩锁指状物。
5.如权利要求3所述的护套去除器,为了与在大体圆筒状部分中具有沿直径方向相对窗口的护套一起使用,其中每个窗口对向一个既定的弧,其中所述闩锁指状物绕着圆筒的轴线等角度且以一间隔设置以确保至少两个闩锁指状物接合进入每个窗口。
6.如前述任一权利要求所述的护套去除器,其包括另外的抓取装置,所述另外的抓取装置在所述过道之内,在过道内与上述所述第一抓取装置往后间隔开,并且所述另外的抓取装置被设计成可滑动地与护套接合,所述护套通过将随后的护套引入护套捕获区域而进一步地移动进入过道。
7.如权利要求6所述的护套去除器,其中所述另外的抓取装置被设置成在纵向上与所述第一抓取装置具有一段距离,所述距离与护套的长度相关,从而,仅当随后的护套与前述的所述第一抓取装置安全地接合时,随后的护套将先前的护套从第二抓取装置上推离开以释放先前的护套并使先前的护套延着过道自由地经过。
