Abstract

一种柔性发热器具布线装置,由步进电机、齿条顶出机构、绕线轮、针刺机和模板构成,其特点是齿条顶出机构由减速电机齿轮、齿条和穿线组件构成,减速电机齿轮与齿条啮合,齿条与穿线组件固定在一起,模板上固定针板,针刺机位于针板的正上方(针刺机针与针板孔的位置完全重合),步进电机与模板接合,它克服了目前人工穿线劳动强度大的问题,提供了一种减少劳动强度的新型布线装置。

本发明涉及工业生产领域,具体的说是一种用于自动布线时使用的机器。 
背景技术
目前生产柔性发热器具的厂商,在布线时中普遍采用的是人工穿线,劳动强度大。 
发明内容
本发明为解决柔性发热器具生产中的布线工序劳动强度大的问题,提供一种解放劳动力、减少劳动强度的新型布线装置。 
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种柔性发热器具布线装置,由步进电机、齿条顶出机构、绕线轮、针刺机和模板构成,其特殊之处是,齿条顶出机构由减速电机齿轮、齿条和穿线组件构成,减速电机齿轮与齿条啮合,齿条与穿线组件固定在一起,模板上固定针板,针刺机位于针板的正上方(针刺机针与针板孔的位置完全重合),步进电机与模板接合。 
使用时,将步进电机接通电源,将发热线通过绕线轮缠在穿线组件上,同时将发热线的一头固定在柔性发热器具表面的一个角上,减速电机齿轮带动齿条运动,同时齿条将穿线组件顶出,直至最长处,然后减速电机齿轮反向运动,此时齿条将穿线组件收回,针刺机则从上刺下通过针板针刺将无纺布上、下层针刺到一起,然后步进电机带动模板前进已设定的距离,重复动作,直至完成整个毯料。 
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述方案可以实现一种解放劳动力、减少劳动强度的新型的穿线机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。 
如图所示,一种柔性发热器具布线装置,由步进电机1、齿条顶出机构8、绕线轮9、针刺机10和模板3构成,其特殊之处是,齿条顶出机构8由减速电机齿轮7、齿条6和穿线组件5构成,减速电机齿轮7与齿条6啮合,齿条6与穿线组件5固定在一起,模板3上固定针板2,针刺机10位于针板2的正上方(针刺机针与针板孔的位置完全重合),步进电机1与模板3接合。 
使用时,将步进电机1接通电源,将发热线4通过绕线轮9缠在穿线组件5上,同时将发热线4的一头固定在柔性发热器具表面的一个角上,减速电机齿轮7带动齿条6运动,同时齿条6将穿线组件5顶出,直至最长处,然后减速电机齿轮7反向运动,此时齿条6将穿线组件5收回,针刺机10则从上刺下通过针板2针刺将无纺布上、下层针刺到一起,然后步进电机1带动模板3前进已设定的距离,重复动作,直至完成整个毯料。

1.一种柔性发热器具布线装置,由步进电机、齿条顶出机构、绕线轮、针刺机和模板构成,其特征是:齿条顶出机构由减速电机齿轮、齿条和穿线组件构成,减速电机齿轮与齿条啮合,齿条与穿线组件固定在一起,模板上固定针板,针刺机位于针板的正上方(针刺机针与针板孔的位置完全重合),步进电机与模板接合。
