现有软管注肩机没有开锁拔模机构,需要人工进行分模、锁模和复位,操作起来特别麻烦和复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构,其分模方便,能自动解锁复位。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构,其特征在于,其包括钳手、钳座、压块、支座、支架、支杆、活件和无杆气缸,整个开锁拔模机构通过支架和支座安装在一个立板上,压块通过支座固定在立板上,支杆的底部固定在支座上,无杆气缸具有一驱动块,钳座安装在无杆气缸的驱动块上,钳手具有中间孔,钳座具有支点孔,钳手通过中间孔、支点孔和钳座相铰链,钳座的头部与活件铰接。
优选地,所述支杆的底部用螺钉固定在支座上。
优选地,所述钳手的尾部有斜面与压块相配合,并用弹簧撑开使钳手保持合拢状态。
优选地,所述支杆上有螺接头,螺接头安装在支座上。
优选地,所述无杆气缸驱动钳座带动钳手到位抓住一个凹模。

下面举个较佳实施例,并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构包括钳手1、钳座2、压块3、支座4、支架5、支杆6、活件7和无杆气缸8,全自动软管注肩机具有凹模9,整个开锁拔模机构通过支架5和支座4安装在立板上,压块3通过支座4固定在立板的相应位置上,支杆6的底部用螺钉等紧固件固定在支座4上。无杆气缸8具有一驱动块,钳座2安装在无杆气缸8的驱动块上,钳手1具有中间孔,钳座2具有支点孔21,钳手1通过中间孔、支点孔21和钳座2相铰链,钳手1的尾部有斜面与压块3相配合,并用弹簧撑开使钳手1保持合拢状态;钳手1的头部有两个斜面,在拔模的运动中,钳手1以支点孔21为支点摆动,能自如得合拢和张开。钳座2的头部与活件7铰接,自由状态时活件7上最高点保持在拔模位置的中心平面上。当拔模时,无杆气缸8驱动钳座2带动钳手1到位抓住凹模9,活件7就压住凹模9的尾部弹簧,使凹模9的螺孔模板保持张开。在拔模回程到位前,活件7的支出尾在适当的位置受支杆6顶压而转动,而使凹模9的尾部弹簧放松而进入轨道。支杆6上有可调节的螺接头,螺接头安装在支座4上。拔模回到位时,钳手1尾部的斜面受压块3的作用,使其张开,把凹模放入轨道。

1.一种模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构,其特征在于,其包括钳手、钳座、压块、支座、支架、支杆、活件和无杆气缸,整个开锁拔模机构通过支架和支座安装在一个立板上,压块通过支座固定在立板上,支杆的底部固定在支座上,无杆气缸具有一驱动块,钳座安装在无杆气缸的驱动块上,钳手具有中间孔,钳座具有支点孔,钳手通过中间孔、支点孔和钳座相铰链,钳座的头部与活件铰接;其中,所述支杆的底部用螺钉固定在支座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构,其特征在于,所述钳手的尾部有斜面与压块相配合,并用弹簧撑开使钳手保持合拢状态。
3.如权利要求1所述的模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构,其特征在于,所述支杆上有螺接头,螺接头安装在支座上。
4.如权利要求1所述的模具返回式全自动软管注肩机的开锁拔模机构,其特征在于,所述无杆气缸驱动钳座带动钳手到位抓住一个凹模。
