- 一种预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其包括预绞丝(5)、回转式线夹(1)、预绞式线夹(2)、间隔棒本体(3)、联板(6)和锤头(7),其特征在于:所述回转式线夹(1)和预绞式线夹(2)安装在间隔棒本体(3)上,所述回转式线夹(1)夹持住子导线(4),所述预绞式线夹(2)夹持住缠绕有预绞丝(5)的子导线(4),所述锤头(7)通过联板(6)与间隔棒本体(3)相连。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述回转式线夹(1)和预绞式线夹(2)对称设置或者间隔设置。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述预绞式线夹(2)包括用于夹持子导线(4)的线夹预绞夹头(9)和连接体(11),所述连接体设在线夹预 绞夹头的下端,所述线夹预绞夹头(9)的两侧设有环形吊耳(10),所述连接体(11)的下端 对称设有用于连接间隔棒本体(3)的耳孔(12),所述线夹预绞夹头(9)夹持住缠绕有预绞 线(5)的子导线后,将所述预绞线的两端固定于线夹预绞夹头两侧的环形吊耳(10)上。
- 4.如权利要求3所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述线夹预绞夹 头(9)为半圆柱形,在其内弧处固设有一橡胶衬瓦(8)。
- 5.如权利要求1所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述回转式线夹 (1)和预绞式线夹(2)均通过固定螺栓(13)固定连接于间隔棒本体(3)上。
- 6.如权利要求1所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述锤头(7)通 过联板(6)与间隔棒本体(3)的连接方式为刚性连接。
- 7.如权利要求1所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述锤头(7)通 过螺栓与联板(6)相铰链,锤头(7)以间隔棒本体(3)的中垂线为对称轴、左右对称地位于 间隔棒本体(3)的下方。
- 8.如权利要求1所述的预绞、回转线夹间隔棒式防舞器,其特征在于:所述间隔棒本体 ⑶为正四边形结构,所述回转式线夹⑴和预绞式线夹⑵安装在间隔棒本体⑶的四角 部位。
