Abstract

本发明是一种大口径双壁螺旋波纹塑料管,在螺旋中空腔内设加强筋,该管的外壁为螺旋波纹面、内壁为圆柱面或外壁为圆柱面、内壁为螺旋波纹面,外壁和内壁构成螺旋中空腔。采用中空异型塑料带材经螺旋缠绕成型。该管强度高、重量轻,可作输排流体、固体管道或筒体构件,还可作螺旋波纹管管接头,用于螺旋波纹管之间的连接。

Description

本发明涉及一种大口径双壁螺旋波纹塑料管,特别适合于螺旋缠绕成型的塑料管。
普通双壁螺旋波纹塑料管由外壁和内壁构成,外壁为螺旋波纹面、内壁为圆柱面或外壁为圆柱面、内壁为螺旋波纹面,外壁和内壁构成螺旋中空腔。双壁螺旋波纹塑料管一般采用履带式剖分模具制造方法(例如拥有国际先进技术的联邦德国赫格勒波纹管生产及专用设备有限公司HEGLER的制造技术)或缠绕成型方法(美国专利US4575400“制造波纹管的设备”),由于这些制造方法及其设备的限制,只能制造内壁为平滑圆柱面、外壁面为螺旋波纹面的双壁螺旋波纹塑料管,要制造内径为径为200mm以上的双壁管就颇为困难,制造内径为500mm以上的双壁螺旋波纹管甚至不能实现,当双壁螺旋波纹管的口径很大时,就可能出现因管壁过薄导至强度差的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种壁薄强度好的大口径双壁螺旋波纹塑料管,适合于用异型带材经螺旋缠绕成型制造的螺旋波纹塑料管。
本发明的技术方案是在双壁螺旋波纹管的螺旋中空腔内设加强筋,加强筋为直筋、十字筋或局部凸起筋。因是采用中空异型带材经螺旋缠绕成型制造,可制造大口径的双壁螺旋波纹管,不仅它的外壁可为螺旋波纹面而且内壁也可为螺旋波纹面。有加强筋的双壁螺旋波纹塑料管比一般双壁螺旋波纹塑料管的管壁可更薄,强度更高,管子尺寸可更大,而且它还可作为管接头使用,不需再加工即 可利用螺旋面直接用于螺旋波纹管的螺纹联接。因该管重量轻,连接时不需特殊工具,施工很方便。

如图1所示,一般双壁螺旋波纹塑料管由外壁1和内壁2构成,外壁1为螺旋波纹面、内壁2为圆柱面或外壁1为圆柱面、内壁2为螺旋波纹面。本发明提供的带加强筋的双壁螺旋波纹管的中空腔纵剖面截面形状3除如图1所示的矩形外,还可为如图2中(a)~(e)所示的梯形、正方形、三角形、弓形、T形或其它异型形状,螺旋中空腔内的加强筋,如图3所示为直筋4、十字筋5或局部凸起筋6。这种管子可用HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、PVC、PE、HMPE等塑料的异型带材经螺旋缠绕成型制得,特别适合内径大于100mm(甚至500mm以上)的大直径的双壁螺旋波纹管。这种双壁螺旋波纹塑料管强度高、重量轻,可作输排流体及固体用管道或筒体构件。内壁为螺旋波纹面的管子可作外螺旋波纹管的管接头,外壁为螺旋波纹面的管子可作内螺旋波纹管的管接头,如图1中的两段管子不经再加工即可作管接头用于相互连接。

1、一种大口径的双壁螺旋波纹塑料管,其外壁为螺旋波纹面、内壁为圆柱面或外壁为圆柱面、内壁为螺旋波纹面,外壁和内壁构成螺旋中空腔,其特征在于螺旋中空腔内设有加强筋,加强筋为直筋或十字筋。
