本发明为水嘴动力甩射筋条缩圈,水嘴外壳(1)前端装配轴承(6),出水芯(7)装配在轴承(6)内框;出水芯(7)后部沿口为齿面(12),前端有若干1mm-1.5mm甩水孔(11);导流片(8)装配在轴承(6)后,导流片(8)有2个同一方向导流孔(13),孔径为1mm-1.8mm之间;出水口(2)圆周内有筋条(3),筋条长度在6mm-10mm之间,筋条(3)总长分前角度(4)和后角度(5)二段斜度,前角度(4)斜度在5度以内。本发明解决了水嘴应用自米水管压势能转化动力,在实行离心甩射时产生横向暴布水圈,中空无水现象,在筋条角度作用下,变成理想使用效果,达到高效节水减排目的。

技术领域
卫生洁具,是一种水嘴,涉及动态出水使用效果技术。
背景技术
现已有的各种出水口,在施以动力压力条件下出水分别为如下情况:按出口形状,呈现管径与不同压力正比的杨程,例喷水枪,喷泉;用截流增速,斜孔导流,涡旋压缩方法出水,则呈现伞形雾状,中间为空,例喷雾器。作为日常生活用水嘴,以上出水状况完全起不到洗涤要求。在水嘴以自来水转化动力,实行动态离心甩射的高效节水方法时,出水却呈现常规性中空横向伞状,达不到理想的出水洗涤效果。
发明内容
本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种水嘴动力甩射筋条缩圈。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
水嘴动力甩射筋条缩圈,由水嘴外壳1、出水口2、筋条3、前角度4、后角度5、轴承6、出水芯7、导流片8、密封片9、管接10、甩水孔11、齿面12、导流孔13组成;
水嘴外壳1前端装配轴承6,出水芯7装配在轴承6内框;
出水芯7后部沿口为齿面12,前端有若干1mm-1.5mm甩水孔11;
导流片8装配在轴承6后,导流片8有2个同一方向导流孔13,孔径为1mm-1.8mm之间;
出水口2圆周内有筋条3,筋条长度在6mm-10mm之间,筋条3总长分前角度4和后角度5二段斜度,前角度4斜度在5度以内。
有益效果:
本发明解决了水嘴应用自米水管压势能转化动力,在实行离心甩射时产生横向暴布水圈,中空无水现象,在筋条角度作用下,变成理想使用效果,达到高效节水减排目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-图3所示,
水嘴外壳1前端装有轴承6,出水芯7装在轴承内框,出水芯7后部沿口为斜齿面12,前端有1mm-1.5mm甩水孔11,视不同用水所需而选择孔释和孔数。导流片8装配在轴承6后,导流片8有2个同一方向导流孔13,孔径为1mm-1.8mm之间,视水嘴用途而设定,导流孔13有两个作用:一、限定了出水流量,如2个孔径1. 2mm每分钟出水2. 4升、2个孔径1. 5mm每分钟出水3.6升以内、2个孔径1.8mm每分钟出水4.8升以内;二,截流增速,经导流孔斜水柱推动出水芯7上的进水的齿面12形成涡漩,把自来水管压流势转化成旋转动力,水从飞速旋转的出水芯7内的甩水孔11产生离心甩射;出水口2圆周内有筋条3,筋条长度在6mm-10mm之间,凹凸宽度各1mm左右,筋条总长分二段斜度,第一段前角度4,斜度在5度以内;第二段后角度5,在15度左右,目的是把甩水孔11之水管接并收缩圈径,按设定角度出水,通过凹凸筋条的3细分,使甩出之水不产生暴布空心状,压缩成最佳射点网圈,并使喷水点分布均匀,达到理想洗涤效果。

1.水嘴动力甩射筋条缩圈,其特征在于:由水嘴外壳(1)、出水口(2)、筋条(3)、前角度(4)、后角度(5)、轴承(6)、出水芯(7)、导流片(8)、密封片(9)、管接(10)、甩水孔(11)、齿面(12)、导流孔(13)组成;
水嘴外壳(1)前端装配轴承(6),出水芯(7)装配在轴承(6)内框;
出水芯(7)后部沿口为齿面(12),前端有若干1mm-1.5mm甩水孔(11);
导流片(8)装配在轴承(6)后,导流片(8)有2个同一方向导流孔(13),孔径为1mm-1.8mm之间;
出水口(2)圆周内有筋条(3),筋条长度在6mm-10mm之间,筋条(3)总长分前角度(4)和后角度(5)二段斜度,前角度(4)斜度在5度以内。
