2, the preparation of component second
Component second is comprised of modified polyamide resin, modified fatty amine and Amino Terminated polyether(ATPE).Polyamide resin: modified fatty amine: Amino Terminated polyether(ATPE) (mass ratio)=60: 50: 50.
Modified polyamide resin: available from Jieshijie Novel Materials Co., Ltd, Shanghai, model: PA, the transparent thick liquid of yellowish brown, the amine value: 400 ± 200, viscosity (40 ℃): 500~2500mPaS.
Modified fatty amine: available from Henan Province's natural selection Industrial Co., Ltd., model: tab-800, the low viscosity transparent liquid, the amine value: 800 ± 50, viscosity (25 ℃): 400-500mPaS.
Amino Terminated polyether(ATPE): available from Yantai people's livelihood chemical company limited, model: T403, colourless or light yellow transparent liquid, viscosity (25 ℃): 9mPaS.
3, the preparation of structure glue
A: filler quartz sand is added in the component first (mass ratio of component first and quartz sand is 1: 2.5).
B: filler quartz sand is added in the component second (mass ratio of component second and quartz sand is 1: 2.5).
Be that 100: 65 A and B packs respectively with mass ratio.
Two, the performance of structure glue
Method is with embodiment 1.
Detected result shows that the properties of structure glue is higher than the standard index of A level glue.
