Abstract

Description

一种搬运装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进的搬运装置,其用于对机动车车身、卡车驾驶室、厢式货车车身、以及金属容器件进行驱动,将其浸入到处理槽池中/从处理槽池中取出,且对工件进行转动。 
背景技术
特别是,根据本发明的装置是为了驱动机动车车身而专门设计的,用于使所述机动车车身经受任何所需的处理操作过程。 
如已知的那样,一般情况下,机动车的车身必须要经过几道处理操作,这些处理操作包括:预处理步骤、电泳步骤、以及其它另外一些处理步骤,其中,后者的处理操作用于涂覆密封材料、罩漆、以及PVC面漆材料。 
在上述的处理操作中,带有相应搬运垫架的各个车身必须要被装载到位于辊道上的所谓“拱架”组件上,以便于被联接到处理装置的回转台上。 
尤其是,后者可由驱动链条进行驱动,且沿着驱动链条以理想的间距散布设置有多个锁卡组件。 
因而,通过采用一个或两个合适的驱动链条或承载链,就能将多个上述类型的处理装置串接起来,这些处理装置被保持为固定的间距或可变的间距。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种的搬运装置,其适于将机动车车身浸没到它们的处理槽池中、以及将车身从处理槽池中取出,还适于对车身进行转动。 
更具体而言,在所述的处理槽池处,机动车车身或者被部分地转动、或者被完整地转动,以便于将浸入到处理槽池中的机动车车身所夹带的气泡从车身中排出。 
此外,本发明的装置允许执行大量的其它处理操作,例如密封操作、涂罩漆操作、以及涂覆PVC层的操作。 
上述的各个处理步骤是在外部工作台处执行的,外部工作台是位于处理槽池之外的工作台,从而允许位于下层承载平台上的几个操作者能在符合人机工程学的位置上进行工作,也就是说,这样的位置具有合适的高度、宽度,且具有正确的倾斜度。 
为了实现上述的效果,该装置必须要经过具体的适配设计,以降低到车身承载臂所在的正确高度上。 
另外,该装置还必须要能允许将机动车车身在垂直方向上合适地进行布置,以减小车身的堆积间距。 
因而,如所希望的那样,在存放操作以及转运操作过程中,能减小两个依次车身之间的间距或间隔。 
根据本发明的一个方面,利用一种改进的搬运装置,使上述发明目的、以及其它一些目的(从下文可更加清楚地认识到这些目的)得以实现,该搬运装置用于对机动车车身、卡车驾驶室、厢式货车车身、以及金属容器件进行驱动,将其浸入到处理槽池中/从处理槽池中取出,且对其进行转动,其特征在于:所述装置包括滑动构架,其适于在滑轨上滑动,所述滑动构架由一根或两根驱动链条进行驱动,并在其自由端处支撑着一对承载臂;装置还包括摆转平台,其承载着机动车车身的支撑垫架,所述滑动构架包括一个或两个绞盘组件,绞盘组件对它们对应的滑轮进行操作以在滑轮上对缆索、皮带、链条等构件进行卷拉,且滑轮与摆动轴上的对应臂件相连,所述滑动构架还包括两个齿条,联接到所述构架上的臂件对应端部分沿齿条滑动,所述摆转平台由链条驱动系统驱动而转动。

具体实施方式
参见上述附图中的数字标号,根据本发明的改进型搬运装置在总体上由数字标号1指代,其包括一些滚轮22,优选地是,这些滚轮是双轮组的形式,滚轮在具有防偏斜型型廓2的导轨或引导轨上滑动,向导轨4的支撑件3施力。 
此外,导轨支撑件3具有踏步台阶33,以利于操作者向处理槽池探身检查。 
上述的滚轮22支撑着U形的构架5,构架5反过来再支撑着两个齿条组件6、以及一个或两个绞盘组件7,绞盘组件7由马达-传动器单元37通过驱动轴38进行驱动。 
上述绞盘组件7通过对皮带或缆索元件执行适当的转动驱动,从而适于转动驱动对应的滑轮8,滑轮8上卷带着合适的缆索、链条或优选的皮带9,用于升高一对臂件或拱架组件10。 
所述拱架组件10的顶端部分适于在齿条组件6上水平地滑动,以便于实现往复的线性运动。 
为此目的,所述拱架组件10被连接到转动轴17上,该转动轴的端部支撑在滑动轮18上,滑动轮接合到对应的顶部滑动引导件19上。 
在所述的滑动轮18上设置了齿轮20,用于与对应的齿条组件6进行啮合。 
所述拱架组件10在其另一端部处还支撑着转动轴11,其位于皮带9的连接位置处,该转动轴与摆转平台32相联接,由于可利用一对齿轮或齿圈12向转动轴11传递转动运动,摆转平台32可转动可变的旋转角度,其中的两个齿轮或齿圈分别设置在所述转动轴11的两端部上。 
每个所述齿轮12都由对应的驱动链条13驱动,链条由控制链轮14进行控制。 
特别是,两个链轮14利用销键安装在传动轴或驱动轴16上,轴16反过来再由马 达-传动器单元15驱动。 
在摆转平台32上设置有支撑垫架21,其被联接到转动轴11上,垫架21支撑着要被放入到处理槽池31中进行处理的机动车车身30。 
因而,在马达-传动器单元37的驱动下,使绞盘组件7工作,反过来再由绞盘组件驱动缆索或皮带9在它们对应的滑轮8上滑动,随着缆索或皮带的滑动,拱架组件10-进而联接到转动轴11上的摆转平台32将被降低,其中,转动轴11与所述摆转平台32一道支撑着所述垫架21。 
在该搬运操作中,齿条组件6使得拱架组件10能保持在相互平行的位置关系上。 
特别是,摆转平台32的转动轴由驱动系统的传动装置驱动而转动,其中的驱动系统包括双链条传动装置13、以及马达-传动器单元15。 
这样制得的搬运装置能在非常宽泛的范围内执行搬运操作:例如,车身30可被布置成垂直格局,车身还可被布置为倾斜的定向状态。 
根据本发明的装置的高度非常小。 
因而,通过将该搬运装置从材料槽池的下方通过,可将该装置在底部驱动链部分上进行运送,由此能将搬运装置再次运送到系统的起点处。 
用于对摆转平台的转动轴进行旋转驱动的链式传动装置或驱动装置是非常可靠的,且具有长的使用寿命,并易于保养维护。 
已经发现:本发明完全达到了预期的目的和愿望。 
事实上,本发明提供了一种用于对机动车车身30、封闭货车、卡车驾驶室、以及金属容器件进行搬运的装置,该装置易于保养维护,且工作非常可靠,功能充分。 
另外,不论是在搬运操作或合适的驱动操作过程中、还是在浸没操作步骤期间,根据本发明的装置都能极大地减小车身30所占据的空间。 
因而,可采用小尺寸的处理槽池,进而减少了所消耗的处理流体。 
另外,应当指出的是:如图1中的下部所示,垫架及相关车身的组件可从图示的状态装载到摆转平台32上、或从摆转平台上卸载下。 
如果要将上述的组件装到平台上、且在随后使拱架组件10复位运动到水平位置,就可将该搬运装置如提升机那样进行操作,以便于正确地开始执行必要的处理操作。 
在另一方面,如果要将上述的组件卸下,就可将本发明的装置如降放装置那样进行操作,以便于对已完全处理后的车身进行输送。 
在实际采用本发明时,可根据需要选择所用的材料、以及相应的尺寸和形状。 

Claims (11)

1.一种改进的搬运装置,其用于对机动车车身、卡车驾驶室、厢式货车车身、或者金属容器件进行驱动,将其浸入到处理槽池中/从处理槽池中取出,且对其进行转动,所述装置包括滑动构架,该滑动构架适于在滑轨上滑动,所述滑动构架在其自由端部处支撑一对承载臂;所述装置还包括摆转平台,该摆转平台承载机动车车身的支撑垫架,所述滑动构架包括一个或两个绞盘组件,绞盘组件对相应的滑轮进行操作,以在滑轮上对缆索、皮带、链条进行卷拉,且所述滑动构架在一摆动轴处与对应臂件相连,所述滑动构架还包括两个齿条,联接到所述构架上的相应臂件的端部分沿齿条滑动,其特征在于,所述滑动构架由一个或两个驱动链条驱动,所述摆转平台由链条驱动系统旋转地驱动,所述臂件或拱架组件的另一端部在所述缆索或皮带的连接处支撑摆转平台的转轴,随着受到分别位于所述转轴两端部的一对齿轮旋转地驱动,摆转平台能转动可变的旋转角度,每个所述齿轮都由驱动链条驱动,驱动链条反过来再由链轮进行控制,在由马达-传动器单元驱动的驱动轴上销键安装有两个链轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述滑动构架包括多个滑动轮,其在防偏斜型引导件上滑动,所述滑动轮或引导件承载着对应的支持元件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述滑动轮为双滑动轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨由带有踏步台阶的导轨支撑组件支撑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述构架为U形,该构架支撑两个齿条以及两个绞盘组件,绞盘组件包括马达-传动器单元。
6.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述臂件或拱架组件的顶端部分适于在对应的齿条组件上水平滑动,以实现线性的往复运动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述臂件与转动轴相连,转动轴的端部设置有多个滑动轮,所述多个滑动轮接合到对应的顶部导轨上,在所述滑动轮上设置有用于与所述齿条相啮合的齿轮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述摆转平台承载着支撑垫架,该垫架支撑要在处理槽池中进行处理的对应车身。
9.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:由所述马达-传动器单元驱动的所述绞盘组件适于借助于所述缆索或皮带将所述拱架组件和与之联接的转轴和摆转平台降低,其中,所述的支撑垫架被固定在摆转平台上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:所述齿条被设计成使所述拱架组件在其被驱动时可保持相互平行的关系。
11.根据权利要求1所述的搬运装置,其特征在于:支撑所述车身的所述支撑垫架适于以车身提升机和/或降放装置的方式工作。
