本发明公开了一种环保夹芯围护结构板,包括:耐火、无毒的芯板,芯板两侧设有钢板,所述芯板中设有一组贯穿环保夹芯围护结构板的椭圆形孔。本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板耐火性好、无毒无烟、抗弯、隔音、保温。

一种环保夹芯围护结构板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种围护结构板,特别是一种耐火性强、无毒无烟、抗弯性好、隔音、保温的环保型夹芯围护结构板。
背景技术
夹芯围护结构板作为一种方便快捷的建筑材料被广泛的应用于各个领域。目前,夹芯围护结构板按内芯的构成材料主要分为这几类:发泡聚氨酯夹芯围护结构板、纸蜂窝及铝蜂窝夹芯围护结构板和石膏岩棉板夹芯围护结构板;但是以上的夹芯围护结构板都存在各种缺陷和不足;如发泡聚氨酯夹芯围护结构板,它的防火性不高,一旦遇到大火或者高温发泡聚氨酯就会烧毁,并且产生有毒的气体,对人体产生毒害;纸蜂窝及铝蜂窝夹芯围护结构板耐火性高于发泡聚氨酯夹芯围护结构板,但遇到高温时,同样易于损坏,并且隔音效果欠缺;石膏岩棉板夹芯围护结构板在防火性上满足了消防的要求,但是石膏岩棉对人体造成了极大的伤害,工人工作环境恶劣,长期工作于布满石膏岩棉的环境中,容易引发皮肤癌。所以现在急需制造出一种耐火性强、无毒无烟、抗弯性好、隔音、保温的对人体没有伤害的,且生产环境好的环保型夹芯围护结构板。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐火性强、无毒无烟、抗弯性好、隔音、保温的对人体没有伤害的环保型夹芯围护结构板。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,包括耐火、无毒的芯板,芯板两侧分别覆有钢板。
本发明所述的环保夹芯板中的芯板中设有一组贯穿环保夹芯围护结构板的椭圆形孔,中间贯穿孔的设计使整块环保夹芯围护结构板的抗弯强度更强,隔音保温效果更好,又由于中间贯穿孔为椭圆形孔,椭圆形孔的泄压能力强于其他形状的孔,进一步增强了本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板的抗弯强度,同时由于椭圆形孔的设置,方便了日常线路的连接,各种线路可以从椭圆形孔中穿过,而不是凌乱的出现在围护结构板的表面,提高了本发明所述围护结构板的实用性,建筑整体的美观性。
又由于本发明中椭圆形孔的采用,本发明的空心率达到了37.2%,大大降低了原料的运用,进一步节约了生产成本,提高了本发明所述环保夹芯围护结构板的安全性,可广泛运用于地壳活动频繁地带,成为最优选的建筑材料。
本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板中,所述椭圆形孔最高端或最低端离芯板外表面的距离为8mm~15mm,芯板椭圆形孔相邻边沿之间间隔距离为15mm~25mm;椭圆形孔最大直径处为85mm~95mm。
作为本发明的优选方案:一块环保围护结构板中椭圆形孔的个数为10个。这个样的设计既保证了围护结构板处于最佳的强度,最佳的实用性,又有效的降低了产品的成本。
为了进一步加强本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板的安全性,所述芯板与两侧钢板之间设有一组玻璃纤维布,使钢板更牢固的粘贴与芯板上。
所述钢板(2)的厚度为:0.28mm~1.0mm。所述环保夹芯围护结构板整体的厚度为:40mm~60mm。
本发明中所述芯板的组成成分为:氧化镁4份~12份;钙镁磷肥1份~8份;硫酸镁0.3份~1.2份;尿醛乳脂0.1份~0.4份;EPS阻燃颗粒2份~8份;水4份~12份。
构成芯板的成分原料常规,生产过程对人体没有危害,同时生产出的环保夹芯围护结构板耐火性更强,无毒无烟,更环保节能;特别是采用了无毒,无腐蚀性,不吸潮,不结块的碱性肥料:钙镁磷肥作为原料,大大减低了生产的成本,同时钙镁磷肥与其他原料相互作用下将EPS阻燃颗粒中的苯吸附,使本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板遇到高温能够做到无烟无毒,环保安全。
本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板,经国家防火建筑材料质量监督检验中心检测符合A1级的要求,对应国家标准GB8624-2006(代替GB8624-1997),《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》规范4燃烧性等级表一;其材料产烟毒性危险等级检验结果:烟气毒性100.0mg/L;对应国家标准GB/T20285-2006《材料产烟毒性危险等级》;材料产烟毒性危险分机是AQ1;抗弯承载力检测数据:外力达到0.5KNm2时,挠度值分别是1.03mm,0.91mm,1.08mm(规范:L o/250=8mm)平均抗弯承载力远大于标准的0.5KNm2;对应国家标准JC/T869-2000《金属面岩棉、矿渣棉夹芯板》其结论是:环保夹芯围护结构板材料无烟无毒、其安全性高、抗弯承载力强的优点。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,与现有技术相比,优点是:
1、由于本发明中环保芯板组成原料常规,对人体没有危害,优化了工人的工作环境,同时也保证了用户的使用安全,同时由于原料常规,与过去相比降低了生产的成本,真正做到了节能环保。
2、由于本发明中芯板中设有椭圆形孔,大大降低了芯板的容积率,同时建筑中的各种线路可以方便的从椭圆形孔中穿过,而不是浮于墙体表面,美化了建筑;同时由于椭圆形孔的抗弯强度远高于实心芯体的抗弯强度,所以本发明所述的环保围护结构板具有极强的抗弯能力,并且,椭圆形孔的采用也进一步降低了产品的生产成本。
3、由于采用了本发明所述原料构成的芯板,使本发明所述的环保围护结构板具有极高的耐火性、隔音、保温,同时在遇到高温或火烧后,无烟无毒,环保性强,安全性高。
4、由于本发明所述的环保夹芯围护结构板容积小,进一步增强了安全性,扩大了产品的运用范围,可广泛运用于地震多发带。

实施例1
如图1所示的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,包括芯板1、钢板2,钢板2粘贴于芯板1的两侧,环保夹芯围护结构板四周分别设有用于连接的卡槽4。本实施例中芯板1的内部设有一组椭圆形孔3,该组椭圆形孔3的个数为10个,椭圆形孔3最高端离芯板1上表面10mm;椭圆形孔3最低端离芯板1下表面10mm;椭圆形孔相邻边沿之间间隔距离为20mm;椭圆形孔的最宽处直径为90mm;椭圆形孔最高端与最低端的距离为30mm;钢板的厚度为1mm。
本实施例中,芯板组成成分为:氧化镁4份;钙镁磷肥1份;硫酸镁0.3份;尿醛乳脂0.1份;EPS阻燃颗粒3份;水4份。
实施例2
如图2所示的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,包括芯板1、钢板2,钢板2粘贴于芯板1的两侧,钢板2和芯板1之间设有一层玻璃纤维布5;环保夹芯围护结构板四周分别设有用于连接的卡槽4,通过连接件将环保夹芯围护结构板连接成整片。本实施例中芯板1的内部设有一组椭圆形孔3,该组椭圆形孔3的个数为10个,椭圆形孔3最高端离芯板1上表面9mm;椭圆形孔3最低端离芯板1下表面9mm;椭圆形孔相邻边沿之间间隔距离为22mm;椭圆形孔的最宽处直径为92mm;椭圆形孔最高端与最低端的距离为32mm;钢板的厚度为0.8mm。
本实施例中,芯板组成成分为:氧化镁12份;钙镁磷肥8份;硫酸镁1.2份;尿醛乳脂0.4份;EPS阻燃颗粒8份;水10份。
实施例3
一种环保夹芯围护结构板,包括芯板1、钢板2,钢板2粘贴于芯板1的两侧,钢板2和芯板1之间设有一层玻璃纤维布5;环保夹芯围护结构板四周分别设有用于连接的卡槽4,通过连接件将环保夹芯围护结构板连接成整片。本实施例中芯板1的内部设有一组椭圆形孔3,该组椭圆形孔3的个数为8个,椭圆形孔3最高端离芯板1上表面8mm;椭圆形孔3最低端离芯板1下表面15mm;椭圆形孔相邻边沿之间间隔距离为25mm;椭圆形孔的最宽处直径为85mm;钢板的厚度为0.9mm。
本实施例中,芯板组成成分为:氧化镁9份;钙镁磷肥7份;硫酸镁0.9份;尿醛乳脂0.25份;EPS阻燃颗粒6份;水12份。

1.一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:它包括:耐火、无毒的芯板(1),芯板(1)两侧分别覆有钢板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:所述芯板(1)中设有一组贯穿环保夹芯围护结构板的椭圆形孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:所述椭圆形孔最高端或最低端离芯板外表面的距离为8mm~15mm,芯板椭圆形孔相邻边沿之间间隔距离为15mm~25mm;椭圆形孔最大直径处为85mm~95mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:所述芯板(1)与两侧钢板(2)之间设有一组玻璃纤维布(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:所述钢板(2)的厚度为:0.28mm~1.0mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:所述环保夹芯围护结构板整体的厚度为:40mm~60mm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:一块环保围护结构板中椭圆形孔为10个。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保夹芯围护结构板,其特征在于:所述芯板(1)组成成分为:氧化镁4份~12份;钙镁磷肥1份~8份;硫酸镁0.3份~1.2份;尿醛乳脂0.1份~0.4份;EPS阻燃颗粒2份~8份;水4份~12份。
