本发明涉及一种电缆转盘,包括安装在施工船舶上的一个可正、反方向旋转的液压转盘、进、出口可左、右,上、下调整的过缆桥。液压转盘底座与施工船舶安装甲板之间通过承载平面轴承活动连接,液压转盘底座下面设有传动内齿轮,与传动内齿轮啮合的驱动齿轮固定在速度、扭矩、功率均可无级调节的液压马达的输出轴上,液压马达固定在安装甲板的固定座上。电缆转盘最大承载力为1500吨,外径为18米。液压转盘速度无级变速范围为0-0.063rad/s。该电缆转盘采用退扭方式不仅能满足海底电缆退扭,同时能解决安装困难问题。

电缆转盘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种海底电缆退扭装置,尤其是一种用于满足各种形式的海底电缆和光缆地退扭要求以及特殊结构和要求的海底电缆退扭装置。
背景技术
目前海底电缆领域公知的退扭方式是采用退扭架,由于生产工艺不同对退扭架高度要求不同,大直径海底电缆对退扭架高度要求更高,且大直径海底电缆是以后海底电缆领域发展趋势,要想满足海底电缆退扭要求,退扭架高度会很高,在电缆生产厂家安装满足海底电缆退扭的退扭架相对比较简单,但施工船上考虑到施工船设计及通航高度安装会比较困难,对海底电缆施工带来一定难度。
同时有一些结构特殊的海底电缆,不适宜采用退扭架退扭。因此,必须要采用其他的方式对电缆进行退扭。
发明内容
本发明是要解决海底电缆施工期间海底电缆的退扭技术问题,而提供一种电缆转盘,该电缆转盘采用退扭方式不仅能满足海底电缆退扭,同时能解决安装困难问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电缆转盘,包括安装在施工船舶上的一个可正、反方向旋转的液压转盘、进、出口可左、右,上、下调整的过缆桥,其特点是:液压转盘底座与施工船舶安装甲板之间通过承载平面轴承活动连接,液压转盘底座下面设有传动内齿轮,与传动内齿轮啮合的驱动齿轮固定在速度、扭矩、功率均可无级调节的液压马达的输出轴上,液压马达固定在安装甲板的固定座上。
电缆转盘最大承载力为1500吨,外径为18米。液压转盘速度无级变速范围为0-0.063rad/s。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用液压马达驱动,速度、扭矩、功率均可无级调节,动作响应性快,能迅速换向和变速,调速范围宽,设备安全可靠性好。适应性比较强。2.本发明的传动方式为齿轮传动。效率高,结构紧凑,传动比稳定,工作可靠、寿命长。
3.本发明提供转盘式退扭方式,该退扭方式不仅能理想的满足海底电缆退扭,同时解决了安装困难

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明的电缆转盘,包括液压转盘2,过缆桥,承载平面轴承4,传动内齿轮7,驱动齿轮8,液压马达5等。
液压转盘2安装在施工船舶上,可能正、反方向旋转。过缆桥进、出口可左、右,上、下调整,液压转盘2底座与施工船舶安装甲板3之间通过承载平面轴承4活动连接,液压转盘2底座下面固定安装传动内齿轮7,与传动内齿轮7啮合的驱动齿轮8固定在速度、扭矩、功率均可无级调节的液压马达5的输出轴上,液压马达5固定在安装甲板3的固定座上。
海底电缆装船时采用旋转液压转盘2将海底电缆盘1放在液压转盘2上,或用整体吊装方式将旋转盘绕的整盘海底电缆6吊装到液压转盘2上。施工期间采用液压转盘2对海底电缆6进行退扭,海底电缆6通过液压转盘2退扭完成后通过过缆桥进入水下机械设备进行施工。

1.一种电缆转盘,包括安装在施工船舶上的可正、反方向旋转的液压转盘(2)、进、出口可左、右,上、下调整的过缆桥,其特征在于:所述液压转盘(2)底座与施工船舶安装甲板(3)之间通过承载平面轴承(4)活动连接,液压转盘(2)底座下面设有传动内齿轮(7),与传动内齿轮(7)啮合的驱动齿轮(8)固定在速度、扭矩、功率均可无级调节的液压马达(5)的输出轴上,液压马达(5)固定在安装甲板(3)的固定座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆转盘,其特征在于:所述电缆转盘最大承载力为1500吨,外径为18米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆转盘,其特征在于:所述液压转盘(2)速度无级变速范围为0-0.063rad/s。
