本发明涉及风机的技术领域。
背景技术
目前的箱式风机是将叶轮封装在机壳内，然后将机壳装置在箱式风机内，结构复杂，且加工制造复杂。机壳上设置入风口，但是需要经过箱体、机壳，从而造成风量小，在出风口处会使出风不畅，形成死角或回流，导致出现噪音。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种结构简单，出风量大，降低噪音的箱式风机。
一种箱式风机，包括箱体、机壳、入风口、叶轮、出风口，机壳封装在箱体内，靠近机壳一侧的箱体上设置入风口，机壳为半开式结构，与入风口处于同一中心线上的叶轮部分封装在机壳内。
本发明的出风口设置在箱体的上端部。
本发明的出风口设置在箱体的侧面。
本发明采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比具有如下优点：本发明的机壳为半开式结构，叶轮部分裸露在机壳外面，入风口进风，机壳上部圆滑出风，出风口为除箱体上入风口面、箱体的底面外的任何部位，从而达到出风大且顺畅，降低噪音，其结构也简单易加工。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明：
如图1所示，一种箱式风机，包括箱体1、机壳2、入风口3、叶轮4、出风口，机壳2封装在箱体1内，靠近机壳2一侧的箱体1上设置入风口3，机壳2为半开式结构，与入风口3处于同一中心线上的叶轮4部分封装在机壳2内。
本发明的出风口设置在箱体1的上端部。本发明的出风口设置在箱体1的侧面。

1.一种箱式风机，包括箱体(1)、机壳(2)、入风口(3)、叶轮(4)、出风口，机壳(2)封装在箱体(1)内，靠近机壳(2)一侧的箱体(1)上设置入风口(3)，其特征在于机壳(2)为半开式结构，与入风口(3)处于同一中心线上的叶轮(4)部分封装在机壳(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱式风机，其特征在于上述出风口设置在箱体(1)的上端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的箱式风机，其特征在于上述出风口设置在箱体(1)的侧面。
