具体实施方式
内窥镜/腹腔镜组织清除袋可以包括限定了袋的壁和金属丝(wire)、绳子或其它丝状物,其盘绕着标本袋(图1),并且在袋闭合之后收紧得像大蟒蛇(图2)。袋可以在袋的内表面或外表面上,或在袋的材料之内包括一个或多个半刚性罗纹,或可以又在袋的内表面或外表面上或在袋的材料之内包含沿一侧的半刚性杯形支撑,从而提供附加的支撑。袋壁可以具有不只一层,带有在两层之间限定的拉带通道。可替代地,拉带可以穿过附于或形成在袋的内壁或外壁的管状物或通道。罗纹或支撑可以是中空的,使得丝状物可以从其穿过。
在替代实施例中,袋可以具有几条丝状物,每一个从袋壁上或袋壁中的环状物中穿过(图3和4)。
在另一个替代实施例中(图5和6所示),袋可以具有设置为圆柱状编织的丝状物,诸如双轴向编织(类似于翻花绳(Chinese fingerpuzzle)),当沿着大约垂直于直径的轴施加拉力时,其将在直径方向收缩。可以在一端施加拉力而相对端保持固定,或可以在两端施加拉力。拉力可以通过拉带、金属丝或其它装置施加。
丝状物可以由多种材料制成,诸如织物、金属和/或聚合物。丝状物的例子包括缝线、钓丝、金属丝以及橡皮筋。在橡皮筋丝状物的情况下,最初可以当橡皮带在拉力之下保持标本袋打开,随后为了清除使其迅速闭合。丝状物可以具有多种截面,诸如,圆形和多边形。丝状物可以是带状(即,截面宽度宽于其高度,在一些情况中,宽于其高度两倍、三倍、四倍、五倍或十倍)。丝状物由单一材料(比如聚合物或金属)制作的纺织丝状物或条带形成。
Claims (12)
1.一种标本清除袋,包括:
容器,其由双轴向编织形成,使所述容器上的纵向拉力引起其伸长及收缩;以及
至少一条丝状物,所述丝状物具有围绕所述容器的部分和从所述容器的一端延伸的部分,使得向所述丝状物施加拉力引起所述容器收缩。
2.一种标本清除袋,包括容器和至少一条丝状物,所述丝状物具有围绕所述容器的部分和从所述容器的一端延伸的部分,使得向所述丝状物施加拉力引起所述容器收缩。
3.如权利要求2所述的标本清除袋,其中,所述丝状物盘绕所述容器。
4.如权利要求3所述的标本清除袋,其中,所述盘绕在一端固定。
5.如权利要求2所述的标本清除袋,其中,所述容器由两层材料形成,并且所述丝状物穿过在所述层之间并由所述层限定的通道。
6.如权利要求2所述的标本清除袋,还包括形成在所述容器的外表面或内表面上的通道,所述丝状物通过所述通道。
7.如权利要求2所述的标本清除袋,还包括附加的丝状物,每一条丝状物在沿着所述容器的独有位置环绕所述容器。
8.如权利要求2所述的标本清除袋,其中,所述容器由双轴向编织形成,使得所述容器上的纵向拉力引起其伸长并变窄。
9.一种标本清除袋,包括:
容器,其由双向编织物形成,使得所述容器上的纵向拉力引起其伸长及收缩,以及
装置,其用于当在所述容器的一端或两端施加拉力时,收缩所述容器。
10.一种清除标本的方法,包括:
将标本获取到前面任一项权利要求所述的标本清除袋;以及
向所述丝状物施加拉力,从而引起所述标本清除袋的所述容器收缩。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,通过固定所述容器并拉动所述丝状物,将拉力施加给所述丝状物。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,通过同时拉动所述丝状物和从所述容器的另一端延伸的另一条丝状物,将拉力施加给所述丝状物。
