Abstract

一种LED照明灯具,包括散热壳体、固定于散热壳体上的LED基板、座体及容置于座体内的驱动电路板,所述LED基板上设置有多个发光二极管。散热壳体为中空壳体,所述座体固定于所述散热壳体内。所述散热壳体的内壁与所述座体的外表面之间形成有间隙,散热壳体侧壁上开有与所述间隙相连通的第一导气孔与第二导气孔,所述第二导气孔相对第一导气孔远离LED基板。LED照明灯具工作时,冷空气从远离LED基板的第二导气孔进入散热壳体内壁与座体之间的间隙,并从第一导气孔排除。从第二导气孔进入的冷空气可以对散热壳体的内壁进行热交换,有效提升散热效率。

Description

LED照明灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯具,特别涉及一种具有散热结构的LED照明灯具。
背景技术
和传统光源相比,发光二极管(LED)具有较高之发光效率(光源温度较一般灯泡低)、低辐射、低耗电、寿命长、低电压、启动快速、环保、抗震抗压、灯具可小型化等优点,以LED作为光源的照明装置目前被广泛应用于各种照明,如室内照明、室外照明、可携式照明(如手电筒)、情境照明等应用中。LED在工作时会产生热量,带有这些热量的空气与周围环境中的空气之间的流通进行散热,但此散热方式效果有限,特别在LED长时间工作后,仅用此种散热方式不能使产生的热量及时疏散,使LED温度升高,严重影响LED的发光效率及LED灯具的使用寿命。
为了解决LED灯具的散热问题,现有技术中多采用在灯具壳体上增设散热鳍片,此种方式虽然有效的增加了散热面积,但是会增加LED灯具的体积和重量,另外过小的鳍片间距会引起灰尘杂质等在鳍片间隙内沉积,导致散热能力降低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种轻便且散热良好的LED照明灯具。
一种LED照明灯具,包括散热壳体、固定于散热壳体上的LED基板、座体及容置于座体内的驱动电路板,所述LED基板上设置有多个发光二极管。散热壳体为中空壳体,所述座体固定于所述散热壳体内。所述散热壳体的内壁与所述座体的外表面之间形成有间隙,散热壳体侧壁上开有与所述间隙相连通的第一导气孔与第二导气孔,所述第二导气孔相对第一导气孔远离LED基板。
LED照明灯具工作时,LED基板产生的热量经由散热底盘传导至散热壳体,通过散热壳体与空气进行热交换,从而达到散热的目的。散热壳体内壁与座体之间的间隙作为导流槽,冷空气从远离LED基板的第二导气孔进入散热壳体内壁与座体之间的间隙,并从第一导气孔排除。从第二导气孔进入的冷空气可以对散热壳体的内壁进行热交换,有效提升散热效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,LED照明灯具100包括灯罩10、散热底盘20、散热壳体30、座体40以及电源连接器50。灯罩10固定在散热底盘20上,散热底盘20固定在散热壳体30上,散热壳体30与电源连接器50分别固定在座体40的两端。电源连接器50用来与电源相连接,电源连接器50为通用的电源接口,如螺口电源连接器或者卡口电源连接器。
请参阅图2,LED照明灯具100还包括LED基板60、石墨散热片23和驱动电路板70。所述LED基板60上还安装有多个发光二极管61。驱动电路板70与电源连接器50和LED基板60电连接,所述驱动电路板70通过电源连接器50从外界获取电能以驱动发光二极管61发光。
在本实施例中,散热底盘20为圆盘状,采用导热性较好的铝基材制成,在其他实施方式中也可以采用导热陶瓷等其他导热材料制造,形状可以选择方形、条形等其他形状。散热底盘20上表面形成有一凹部21,所述LED基板60固定在凹部21内。灯罩10与散热底盘20可通过螺纹锁附的方式相固定,在其他实施方式中也可以采用卡扣、胶粘等其它固定方式。石墨散热片23为设置于LED基板60与散热底盘20上表面之间的导热介质,用于将LED基板60工作时散发的热量均匀地传导至散热底盘20,在其他实施方式中,LED基板60与散热底盘20上表面之间的导热介质也可采用其他材质做成的散热片,如导热胶带、陶瓷导热板等。
请一并结合图3,散热壳体30为一端开口的圆柱型空心壳体,采用导热性佳的散热材料制成,如铝合金等。散热壳体30包括相对设置的开口部31与底面32。散热壳体30靠近底面32一端的外围侧壁上开设有若干第一导气孔33,散热壳体30靠近开口部31一端的外围侧壁上开设有若干第二导气孔34,第二导气孔34相对第一导气孔33远离LED基板60。
座体40包括上座体41与下座体42,上座体41与下座体42均采用电绝缘材料制成,如塑胶材料。上座体41的顶面411上设置有多个凸出于顶面411的连接柱413,连接柱413包括沿长度方向延伸的螺纹孔412,上座体41穿过散热壳体30的开口部31,并容纳于散热壳体30的内。LED基板60、石墨散热片23、散热底盘20、散热壳体30的底面32均开有若干同轴的通孔81,螺钉80穿过所述通孔81连接于上座体41的螺纹孔412内,从而将LED基板60、石墨散热片23、散热底盘20、散热壳体30锁附于上座体41上。在其他实施方式中,也可以将LED基板60、石墨散热片23、散热底盘20锁附于散热壳体30上,散热壳体再通过卡扣,胶粘的方式与上座体41固定。
请参考图4,上座体41和下座体42之间可通过卡扣的方式固定在一起,在上座体41和下座体42之间形成有一空腔43,驱动电路板70容置于该空腔43内。在其他实施方式中,上座体41和下座体42之间可通过胶粘或者螺纹锁附等其他方式固定。石墨散热片23、散热底盘20、散热壳体30的底面32、上座体41均开有同轴的通孔90,用于供驱动电路板70与LED基板60之间的导线通过。在其他方式中,石墨散热片23、散热底盘20、散热壳体30的底面32、上座体41上的通孔90部份或者全部不同轴。下座体42还与电源连接器50固定,下座体42上还有穿孔421,用于供驱动电路板70与电源连接器50之间的导线通过。
上座体41穿过散热壳体30的开口部31,并容纳于散热壳体30内,所述散热壳体30的直径略大于上座体41的直径,在散热壳体30的内侧壁与上座体41的外侧面之间形成有间隙36。散热壳体30通过螺钉80固定于上座体41上的连接柱413上,连接柱413凸设于上座体41的顶面411上,因此散热壳体30的底面32与上座体41的顶面411之间形成有空隙35。空隙35与间隙36及第一导气孔33相连通。
请参考图5,LED照明灯具100工作时,发光二极管61产生的热量经由石墨散热片23传导至散热底盘20,再由散热底盘20传导至散热壳体30,通过散热壳体30与空气进行热交换,从而达到散热的目的。散热壳体30内壁与上座体41之间的间隙36和空隙35作为导流槽,冷空气从远离发光二极管61的第二导气孔34进入散热壳体30的内侧壁与上座体41之间的间隙36,经由上座体41的顶面411与散热壳体30的底面32之间的空隙35从第一导气孔33排出。从第二导气孔34进入间隙36与空隙35的冷空气可以对散热壳体30的内侧壁与底面内壁进行热交换,有效提升散热效率。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED照明灯具,包括散热壳体、固定于散热壳体上的LED基板、座体及容置于座体内的驱动电路板,所述LED基板上设置有多个发光二极管,其特征在于,散热壳体为中空壳体;所述座体固定于所述散热壳体内;所述散热壳体的内壁与所述座体的外表面之间形成有间隙,散热壳体侧壁上开有与所述间隙相连通的第一导气孔与第二导气孔,所述第二导气孔相对第一导气孔远离LED基板。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其特征在于:所述LED基板与散热壳体之间还设置有散热底盘,LED基板固定在该散热底盘上,LED基板产生的热量传导至该散热底盘,然后通过散热底盘传导至散热壳体。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED照明灯具,其特征在于:所述散热底盘采用金属材料或者陶瓷材料制造。
4.如权利要求2所述的LED照明灯具,其特征在于:所述LED基板与散热底盘之间还设置有导热介质。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED照明灯具,其特征在于:所述导热介质是石墨导热片、导热胶带或者陶瓷导热板中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其特征在于:所述座体包括上座体与下座体,上座体和下座体之间通过卡扣的方式固定,上座体和下座体之间形成有一空腔,所述驱动电路板容置于该空腔内。
7.如权利要求6所述的LED照明灯具,其特征在于:所述上座体的顶面上设置有凸出于所述顶面的连接柱,所述LED基板和散热壳体上开有同轴的通孔,所述LED基板和散热壳体通过螺纹连接方式固定于所述连接柱。
