Abstract

Description

用于真空封堵的带槽口的中空产品
本发明涉及带有槽口(cran)或螺纹的用于真空包装的、尤其用玻璃或其它热塑性材料制成的中空产品。
该产品的环包括槽口或螺纹,槽口或螺纹由相对于水平方向略微倾斜并规律地分布在整个周边上的细长突起构成。
真空封盖与螺纹协作来进行它的开启或关闭。真空封盖包括至少一个密封件,该密封件通过与中空产品的接触而确保密封的关闭。因此,密封件或多或少地会被压缩,优选地以可逆的方式被压缩,尤其是在真空包装的情况下。
于是,在这种情况下,封盖被压缩在环上。恰当的做法是,将螺纹设置得足够低并且相对于水平方向有一定的倾斜以便于封盖的开启。这种措施的目的是,避免由于真空而被或多或少地压紧在环上的封盖到达螺纹之下,这样的话封盖就不再能够开启。
本发明的目标是完善尤其适合于真空包装的螺纹的构造,通过快速地打破真空从而可靠地消除上述无法开启的情况。
为此,本发明的主题是一种用于真空包装的中空产品,该产品的环包括分布在其周边上的螺纹,在开启/关闭中空产品时封盖接合到所述螺纹之间,所述中空产品的特征在于,中空产品处于真空关闭状态时,封盖能够只接合在两个连续螺纹之间的间隙中,或者接合在多个这样的连续间隙中,但不接合在所有的这些间隙中。
于是,封盖的开启是以以下特定方式进行的。第一步,使封盖围绕环的轴线旋转,以不对称的方式从一侧提升封盖,使得中空产品内部的真空被打破。第二步,由于真空被打破,封盖趋向于也从尚未提升的另一侧提升,稍微地与环分离。
第三步,通过继续使封盖进行上述旋转,封盖从而也接合到不工作(inopérant)的螺纹之间,直到实现开启。
这样,避免了封盖到达螺纹之下的一切可能性,封盖的开启由于本发明的中空产品得到了更好的保证。
根据本发明的优选特征,在中空产品处于真空关闭状态时封盖能够接合到其中的所述间隙:
■在其低部被具有双重倾斜度的和/或具有最大展开度的螺纹界定,并且/或者
■位于环的一半周边上,在模子的密封件平面的第一侧。
事实上,螺纹的双重倾斜度如同其最大展开度(于是长度)特征一样,能够降低螺纹从而降低封盖的接合区域,这正是真空包装这一当前情形下所寻求的。展开度被定义为环的对应于螺纹(排除螺纹的端部)的角度,被称为铣刀进入和退出值(valeurs d′entrée et sortie de fraise)。
接合封盖的间隙位于模子的密封件平面的第一(唯一)侧这一特征,其优点在于,允许避免具有最大展开度(développée)的螺纹覆盖环上的模子的密封件平面上的一条或两条线。事实上,众所周知,覆盖模子的密封件平面的长螺纹会或多或少地妨碍中空产品的脱模。
根据本发明的中空产品的其他优选特征,覆盖模子的密封件平面的(即完全相对的)两条螺纹具有非最大展开度(为了便于中空产品的脱模,如前所见)并且/或者具有双重倾斜度。
所述最后一个特征的目的在于,将密封件平面的螺纹的低部降低到中间高度,这个高度比位于模子的密封件平面的所述第一侧的螺纹要高但比位于密封件平面另一(第二)侧的螺纹要低。一旦真空像上述解释的那样被打破,这种措施有利于封盖逐渐地与密封件平面的螺纹接合,然后再与该密封件平面第二侧的螺纹接合。
可以理解的是,在所述操作过程中,封盖在旋转初期遭受最大的变形,然后从真空被打破时开始,封盖逐渐地恢复原形。该原形的逐渐恢复经过了与上升的低高度螺纹接合的相继步骤。
根据其他优选特征,以整体形式位于模子的密封件平面第二侧的螺纹:
■具有非最大展开度并且/或者
■具有单倾斜度并且/或者
■具有非最大宽度,
所有这些措施都能够提升所述螺纹的低高度,其重要性已经进行了阐述(封盖与上升的低高度螺纹逐渐接合)。
另一方面,本发明的主题还包括根据前述中空产品的热塑性材料制成的罐、小瓶或瓶子。本发明尤其优选地涉及玻璃制成的产品,但该产品也可由塑料制成。
以下将参照唯一一张附图来说明本发明。
该图中示出了根据本发明的玻璃罐的环的展开图。
该环符合国际瓶装和包装技术中心(CETIE)的关于“用于真空封堵的带槽口的环”的标准GME 20-12。
两个连续螺纹的上端--排除其末端--每次都互相分开45°角。
位于模子的密封件平面PJ第一侧的螺纹1、2、3:
■具有双重倾斜度(两个不同的部分之间成12°角),
■具有最大展开度:25°+8°,
■并且具有最大厚度。
它们的低部是所有螺纹中最低的。
与它们连续的覆盖密封件平面PJ的两个螺纹4和8:
■同样地具有双重倾斜度(与上述角度同为12°)并且
■具有最大厚度,但是
■具有非最大展开度:22°+3°
它们的低部比螺纹1、2、3的低部要高。
螺纹4和8是可脱模的。
与它们连续的是位于密封件平面PJ第二侧的螺纹5、6、7。
螺纹5、6、7具有单倾斜度、非最大展开度(22°)以及非最大厚度。
它们的低部比螺纹4和8的低部要高。
在封盖(未示出)的旋转初期,该封盖接合在间隙10、11和12中。
封盖在从间隙10、11和12一侧提升时会变形。
真空被打破,使得封盖通过在间隙10、11和12一侧以外的地方提升而恢复原形。于是,封盖能够与螺纹4和8的低部接触,然后与螺纹5、6、7的低部接触,可能地通过封盖的旋转(拧松)来实现。
于是,相继地,封盖接合到间隙10、11和12中,然后接合到间隙20和24中,然后接合到间隙21、22和23中。最终,封盖恢复原形。
其开启绝对地得到了保证。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于真空包装的中空产品,所述中空产品的环包括分布在其周边上的螺纹(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8),在开启/关闭所述中空产品时封盖接合到所述螺纹之间,所述中空产品的特征在于,所述中空产品处于真空关闭状态时,所述封盖能够只接合在两个连续螺纹之间的间隙中,或者接合在多个这样的连续间隙(10,11,12)中,但不接合在所有的这些间隙中。
2.如权利要求1所述的中空产品,其特征在于,在所述中空产品处于真空关闭状态时所述封盖能够接合到其中的所述间隙(10,11,12),在其低部被具有双重倾斜度的螺纹(1,2,3)界定。
3.如权利要求1或2之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,在所述中空产品处于真空关闭状态时所述封盖能够接合到其中的所述间隙(10,11,12)在其低部被具有最大展开度的螺纹(1,2,3)界定。
4.如上述权利要求之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,在所述中空产品处于真空关闭状态时所述封盖能够接合到其中的所述间隙(10,11,12)位于环的一半周边上,在模子的密封件平面(PJ)的第一侧。
5.如上述权利要求之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,覆盖模子的密封件平面(PJ)的两个螺纹(4,8)具有非最大展开度。
6.如上述权利要求之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,覆盖模子的密封件平面(PJ)的两个螺纹(4,8)具有双重倾斜度。
7.如权利要求4至6之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,全部位于模子的密封件平面(PJ)第二侧的螺纹(5,6,7)具有非最大展开度。
8.如权利要求4至7之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,全部位于模子的密封件平面(PJ)第二侧的螺纹(5,6,7)具有单倾斜度。
9.如权利要求4至8之一所述的中空产品,其特征在于,全部位于模子的密封件平面(PJ)第二侧的螺纹(5,6,7)具有非最大宽度。
10.一种如上述权利要求之一所述的由热塑性材料制成的罐、小瓶或瓶子。
