Abstract

一种RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,包括一用于发送RGB信号的信号发送端及一用于接收RGB信号的信号接收端,所述信号接收端包括一第一电阻,所述信号发送端通过若干段串联连接的传输线连接至所述信号接收端,靠近所述信号发送端的第一段传输线的阻抗值小于与之相连接且较所述第一段传输线远离所述信号发送端的第二段传输线的阻抗值,以在靠近所述信号发送端处形成过驱动现象,所述若干段传输线之间的连接点中至少有一个连接点通过一对应接地电阻接地,所有这些接地电阻的等效电阻值等于所述第一电阻的电阻值。本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置提高了RGB信号的上升速率及其振幅的幅值。

Description

RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种RGB(red,green,blue,红、绿、蓝)信号过驱动拓扑装置。
背景技术
在大部分电子产品中,影像传输主要通过传输RGB信号来完成。在RGB信号传输过程中,传统的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置在靠近RGB信号发送端进行RGB信号传送时所需的阻抗匹配,在靠近RGB信号接收端来产生过驱动效应,但是这种RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置使得RGB信号的上升速率及RGB信号的振幅仍不理想,进而影响了影像传输的效果。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,以提高RGB信号的上升速率及其振幅的幅值。
一种RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,包括一用于发送RGB信号的信号发送端及一用于接收RGB信号的信号接收端,所述信号接收端包括一第一电阻,其特征在于:所述信号发送端通过若干段串联连接的传输线连接至所述信号接收端,靠近所述信号发送端的第一段传输线的阻抗值小于与之相连接且较所述第一段传输线远离所述信号发送端的第二段传输线的阻抗值,以在靠近所述信号发送端处形成过驱动现象,所述若干段传输线之间的连接点中至少有一个连接点通过一对应接地电阻接地,所有这些接地电阻的等效电阻值等于所述第一电阻的电阻值。
本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置在靠近所述信号发送端处形成过驱动现象使之产生过驱动效应,从而提高了所述RGB信号的上升速率及其振幅的幅值。

下面结合附图及较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图1为本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置第一较佳实施方式的示意图。
图2为本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置第二较佳实施方式的示意图。
图3为对图1及图2中信号接收端所接收的RGB信号的仿真波形与传统的信号接收端接收的RGB信号的仿真波形的对比图。
具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置第一较佳实施方式包括一信号发送端10、一信号接收端20及第一至第四段传输线31-34。所述信号发送端10用于发送RGB信号。所述信号接收端20用于接收所述RGB信号。所述信号发送端10通过所述第一段传输线31连接至一第一连接点A。所述第一连接点A通过所述第二段传输线32连接至一第二连接点B,所述第二连接点B通过一接地电阻R1接地,并通过所述第三段传输线33连接至一第三连接点C。所述第三连接点C通过一接地电阻R2接地,并经过所述第四段传输线34连接至所述信号接收端20。在上述过驱动拓扑装置中,所述第一段传输线31的长度小于所述第二段传输线32的长度,所述第三段传输线33的长度大于所述第四段传输线34的长度,所述第一段传输线31的宽度大于所述第二段传输线的宽度,及所述第二段传输线32的阻抗值大于所述第一段传输线31的阻抗值。
在本实施方式中,根据RGB信号的传输规范可得,与所述信号发送端10连接的所述第一段传输线31的阻抗值Z1=37.5Ω。由于所述第二段传输线32的阻抗值大于所述第一段传输线31的阻抗值,故设定所述第二段传输线32的阻抗值Z2=50Ω,使在所述第一连接点A处形成过驱动来产生过驱动效应,所谓过驱动效应就是由较低阻抗的传输线直接连接至较高阻抗的传输线。设定所述第三段传输线33的阻抗值Z3=50Ω,设定所述第四段传输线34的阻抗值Z4=75Ω,由于所述信号发送端10包括一电流源I,所述信号接收端包括一电阻R3,其电阻值为75Ω,选定所述接地电阻R1及R2的电阻值均为150Ω。
在其它实施方式中,所述第二段传输线32的阻抗值Z2、所述第三段传输线33的阻抗值Z3、所述接地电阻R1的电阻值,所述第四段传输线34的阻抗值Z4及所述接地电阻R2的电阻值可以根据需要设定为其他值,所述第一、第二段传输线31及32也可以采用不同的材料,只要满足所述第二段传输线32的阻抗值Z2大于所述第一段传输线31的阻抗值Z1=37.5Ω以在第一连接点A处形成过驱动现象,及所述接地电阻R1、R2并联后的等效电阻值为75Ω以满足振幅需求即可。
请参照图2,本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置第二较佳实施方式包括一信号发送端10、一信号接收端20及第五至第七段传输线35-37。所述信号发送端10通过所述第五段传输线35连接至一第四连接点D。所述第四连接点D通过所述第六段传输线36连接至一第五连接点E,所述第五连接点E通过一接地电阻R4接地,并通过所述第七段传输线37连接至所述信号接收端20。在上述过驱动拓扑装置中,所述第六段传输线36的长度大于所述第五段传输线35及所述第七段传输线37的长度。所述第五段传输线35的阻抗值为Z5=37.5Ω。设定所述第六段传输线36的阻抗值Z6=50Ω,所述第七段传输线37的阻抗值Z6=75Ω。所述接地电阻R4的电阻值为75Ω。
在其它实施方式中,可以根据需要增减将传输线分成的段数及长度,也可以根据需要增减接地电阻的个数,只要满足所有接地电阻并联后的等效电阻值等于75Ω,较所述第一段传输线远离所述信号发送端10的第二段传输线的阻抗值大于靠近所述信号发送端10的第一段传输线的阻抗值即可。
请参考图3,其为对本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置的第一、第二较佳实施方式中的信号接收端接收的RGB信号的仿真波形与传统的RGB信号的仿真波形的对比图,其中曲线100、110、120分别为第一、第二较佳实施方式及传统的RGB信号仿真曲线,从图3中可以看出,所述第一、第二较佳实施方式的RGB信号仿真曲线100及110的上升速率及振幅均大于所述传统的RGB信号仿真曲线120,故表明所述过驱动在靠近所述信号发送端10形成,所述RGB信号的上升速率增加,所述RGB信号的振幅增大。
本发明RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置通过将所述第一段传输线的阻抗值设置为小于所述第二段传输线的阻抗值,在所述第一连接点A及第四连接点D处形成了过驱动现象,从而提高了所述RGB信号的上升速率及其振幅的幅值。

Claims (8)

1.一种RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,包括一用于发送RGB信号的信号发送端及一用于接收RGB信号的信号接收端,所述信号接收端包括一第一电阻,其特征在于:所述信号发送端通过若干段串联连接的传输线连接至所述信号接收端,靠近所述信号发送端的第一段传输线的阻抗值小于与之相连接且较所述第一段传输线远离所述信号发送端的第二段传输线的阻抗值,以在靠近所述信号发送端处形成过驱动现象,所述若干段传输线之间的连接点中至少有一个连接点通过一对应接地电阻接地,所有这些接地电阻的等效电阻值等于所述第一电阻的电阻值。
2.如权利要求1所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述第一段传输线的宽度大于所述第二段传输线的宽度。
3.如权利要求1所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述传输线包括第一至第三段传输线,所述信号发送端通过所述第一段传输线连接至一第一连接点,所述第一连接点通过所述第二段传输线连接至一第二连接点,所述第二连接点通过一第一接地电阻接地,并通过所述第三段传输线连接至所述信号接收端,所述第一接地电阻的电阻值等于所述第一电阻的电阻值。
4.如权利要求3所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述第一电阻及第一接地电阻的电阻值均为75Ω。
5.如权利要求3所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述第二段传输线的长度大于所述第一及第三段传输线的长度。
6.如权利要求1所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述传输线包括第一至第四段传输线,所述信号发送端通过所述第一段传输线连接至一第一连接点,所述第一连接点通过所述第二段传输线连接至一第二连接点,所述第二连接点通过一第一接地电阻接地,并通过所述第三段传输线连接至一第三连接点,所述第三连接点通过一第二接地电阻接地,所述第三连接点还通过所述第四段传输线连接至所述信号接收端,所述第一接地电阻与所述第二接地电阻并联后的等效电阻值等于所述第一电阻的电阻值。
7.如权利要求6所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述第一电阻的电阻值为75Ω,所述第一、第二接地电阻的电阻值均为150Ω。
8.如权利要求6所述的RGB信号过驱动拓扑装置,其特征在于:所述第一段传输线的长度小于所述第二段传输线的长度,所述第三段传输线的长度大于所述第四段传输线的长度。
