Abstract
本发明涉及介质力自密封闸板阀门,在阀体两平行密封面之间,采用由进口闸板、出口闸板、内闸板和阻尼装置组成的可密封腔体,腔体可沿管道轴向微量伸缩,进口和出口闸板上开有介质流通孔,内闸板可将出口闸板介质流通孔密封。闸板关闭到位后腔体内介质压强产生的力使腔体伸长,阀体密封面和闸板密封面紧密接确,因闸板内腔的侧面面积比管道截面面积大,形成密封比压,切断介质。阀门开启时内闸板先开启出口闸板介质流通孔,内腔压强下降,在外压强作用下腔体缩短,密封面分离,闸板提起,介质流通。

背景技术:原阀门都是靠人力、电力和气力或其它外加力实现密封比压,发明改变了力的来源,利用管道内介质自身压力形成密封比压,实现阀门的内密封。
发明内容:在阀体两平行密封面之间,采用由进口闸板、出口闸板、内闸板和阻尼装置组成的可密封腔体,腔体可沿管道轴向微量伸缩,进口和出口闸板上开有介质流通孔,内闸板可将出口闸板介质流通孔密封。阻尼装置使阀门关闭到位后内闸板密封住出口闸板介质流通孔,闸板腔内产生与管道介质相等的压强,阀门开启时内闸板先开启出口闸板介质流通孔,闸板腔内瞬间压强下降。闸板关闭到位后腔体内介质压强产生的力使腔体伸长,阀体密封面和闸板密封面紧密接触,因闸板内腔的侧面面积比管道截面面积大,形成密封比压,切断介质。阀门开启时内闸板先开启出口闸板介质流通孔,内腔压强下降,在外压强作用下腔体缩短,密封面分离,闸板提起,介质流通。该阀门开关过程中密封面是分离状态,无接触磨擦力,开关力小,密封面磨损小。

具体实施方式:由进口闸板和出口闸板组成的可密封腔体,是两金属材料的园柱形壳体,壳体间用O形密封圈密封,出口闸板介质流通孔腔内侧有密封面与内闸板密封面配合实现密封。阻尼装置采用弹簧阻尼。

1.介质力自密封闸板阀门:阀体是两平行密封面结构,闸板是由进口闸板、出口闸板和内闸板组成的可密封腔体,腔体可沿管道轴向微量伸缩,闸板关闭到位后腔体内介质压强产生的力使腔体伸长,阀体密封面和闸板密封面紧密接触,形成密封比压,切断介质。
