Abstract
为了克服现有小便器浪费水资源和不能防臭的弊端，本发明提供一种小便器节水防臭盖，小便器节水防臭盖有中心有一个圆形隆起的塑料或者金属骨架，圆的大小略大于小便器的落水口，外面粘接有一层密度相当的海绵，骨架隐藏在海绵内部。当小便后尿液会从海绵的缝隙中渗透到下面，然后稍用水冲洗水压就会把尿液压到海绵的下面，清水也自然地保持在海绵中，起到密封隔离臭味的作用。由于海绵的吸水性，水在海绵中会保持相当长的一段时间，如此反复就达到了小便器节水、防臭的效果，有效地避免了水资源的浪费和公共环境的尿味污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种小便器的节水、防臭技术，属塑料加工行业，尤其是高效小便器防臭节水密封方式。
背景技术
目前市场上的小便器多是硬质材料制作，如陶瓷。附加的小盖板只是具备防止杂物落入下水道造成堵塞，而不具备防臭的功能。因此卫生间臭味刺鼻，尤其是公用卫生间在热天甚至到了难以进入的地步。由于现在的小便器防的小盖板的落水孔不能密封即使冲洗多次也不能达到无味的目的，臭味依然不断的冒出。当前在市场根本找不到节水防臭的小便器。
发明内容
为了克服现有小便器浪费水资源和不能防臭的弊端，本发明提供一种小便器节水防臭盖，小便器节水防臭盖中心有一个圆形隆起的塑料或者金属骨架，圆的大小略大于小便器的落水口，外面粘接有一层密度相当的海绵，骨架隐藏在海绵内部。当小便后尿液会从海绵的缝隙中渗透到下面，然后稍用水冲洗水压就会把尿液压到海绵的下面，清水也自然地保持在海绵中，起到密封隔离臭味的作用。由于海绵的吸水性，水在海绵中会保持相当长的一段时间，如此反复就达到了小便器节水、防臭的效果，有效地避免了水资源的浪费和公共环境的尿味污染。
实验证明这种技术可以适应任何男性使用的小便器节水、防臭，节水60％以上，单独的小便间安装后基本上没有来自小便器的臭味。
本发明的有益效果是，节水、防臭效果明显，生产工艺简单，材料易购，生产成本不高。

具体实施方式
当1(为小便器节水防臭盖的骨架)成型后，将2(为粘接在骨架外面的海绵)套在上面并粘接成一体；
完成后将1(为小便器节水防臭盖的骨架)下方凸出的部分插入小便器的落水口，安装完成即可使用，当小便时尿液会通过2(为粘接在骨架外面的海绵)的缝隙渗透到落水口中，由于1(为小便器节水防臭盖的骨架)有一定的硬度可以支撑2(为粘接在骨架外面的海绵)，所以不会因为小便时的冲击或冲洗造成2(为粘接在骨架外面的海绵)坍陷到小便器的落水口堵塞落水口，而影响小便器的正常使用。
由于1(为小便器节水防臭盖的骨架)的下方凸出部分插入小便器的落水口，所以不会因为排尿的流量过大把小便器节水防臭盖冲走或偏移，从而暴露落水口造成防臭无效。
当小便后尿液会从2(为粘接在骨架外面的海绵)的缝隙中渗透到下面，通过落水口流出，然后稍用水冲洗水压就会自然地把尿液压到海绵的下面，无味的清水也就保持在海绵中。由于海绵的吸水性，水在海绵中会保持相当长的一段时间，如此反复就达到了小便器节水、防臭的效果，有效地避免了水资源的浪费和公共环境的污染。
Claims (3)
1.一种新型小便器节水防臭盖，其特征在于：小便器节水防臭盖中心有一个类圆形隆起的硬质骨架，外面粘接有一层海绵，骨架隐藏在海绵下面，防臭是利用海绵的吸水性来保持完成的。
2.如权利要求1所述，一种新型小便器节水防臭盖，其特征在于：小便器节水防臭盖的骨架有向下凸出的部分，可以插入小便器的落水口中。
3.如权利要求1所述，一种新型小便器节水防臭盖，其特征在于：小便器节水防臭盖中心有一个隆起类圆部分，圆形大于小便器的落水口。
