Abstract

一种壳体可无气泡地贴附一贴附件,其包括一外壳,该外壳设有一粘贴区域,所述粘贴区域设有若干交叉排列的排气槽,在其排气槽的交叉处设有贯通所述外壳的通孔,利用所述排气槽和所述通孔与大气相通,从而避免了在贴附操作时产生气泡。

本发明涉及一种壳体,特别涉及一种贴附贴附件时可避免产生气泡的壳体。
背景技术
为了增加趣味性或广告宣传效应,笔记本电脑、移动电话等便携式电子装置的上盖表面通常贴附一些具有装饰性图案或者设有LOG0标记的装饰膜。另外,长期使用后,该电子装置的上盖也极易磨损,因此,该上盖的表面往往会贴附一层保护膜。然而,将装饰膜或者保护膜等贴附件贴附在上盖时,空气极易进入该上盖的表面和贴附件之间。该空气无法排除而形成气泡,严重影响了该上盖的外观和品质;甚至会造成该贴附件脱落的问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种贴附贴附件时可避免产生气泡的壳体。
一种壳体可无气泡地贴附一贴附件,其包括一外壳,该外壳设有一粘贴区域,所述粘贴区域设有若干交叉排列的排气槽,在其排气槽的交叉处设有贯通所述外壳的通孔。
相较现有技术,本发明壳体利用所述排气槽和所述通孔与大气相通,从而避免了在贴附操作时产生气泡。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明壳体20的第一较佳实施方式可无气泡地贴附一贴附件10,其包括一外壳22,该外壳22表面设有一粘贴区域24。本实施方式中,该粘贴区域24是凹陷形成在该外壳22表面。
该贴附件10可以为一装饰膜或者一保护膜。作为装饰膜,其一面设有图案或者LOG0标识,其另一相对面设有粘性层(图未示)。
请结合参照图2,该粘贴区域24包括一第一面220、与第一面220呈一定斜角的一第二面221及连接在第一面220与第二面221之间的一连接面28。该第一面220设有若干交叉排列并延伸至贯通该连接面28的排气槽222。排气槽222的交叉处设有贯通该外壳22的通孔26。第二面221也设有若干交叉排列的排气槽242。排气槽222及242均呈网格状。一部分排气槽242延伸至该连接面28并与部分排气槽222相连通。
请结合参照图3,贴附时,先将贴附件10通过其粘性层贴附于粘贴区域24的连接面28、第一面220及第二面221;将残留在连接面28、第一面220及第二面221和贴附件10之间的空气挤入排气槽222、242,并通过排气槽222或通孔26排出,从而贴附件10紧密贴合于所述外壳22的粘贴区域24。
请结合参照图4和图5,本发明壳体20a的第二较佳实施方式可无气泡地贴附一贴附件,其包括一外壳22a。该外壳22a上设有一粘贴区域220a。本实施方式中,该粘贴区域220a是凹陷形成在该外壳22a的表面。粘贴区域220a于其外侧缘形成一端面28a。该粘贴区域220a设有若干交叉排列并延伸至该端面28a的排气槽222a。排气槽222a的交叉处设有贯通外壳22a的通孔26a。可通过粘贴区域220a的排气槽222a和通孔26a排出贴附件与粘贴区域220a之间的空气。

Claims (7)

1.一种壳体可无气泡地贴附一贴附件,其包括一外壳,该外壳设有一粘贴区域,所述粘贴区域设有若干交叉排列的排气槽,在其排气槽的交叉处设有贯通所述外壳的通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述粘贴区域是凹陷形成在该外壳的表面,包括一第一面、与所述第一面呈一定斜角的第二面及连接在第一面与第二面之间的连接面,所述排气槽分布在所述第一及第二面。
3.如权利要求2所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述排气槽呈网格状。
4.如权利要求2所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述第一面的排气槽延伸至所述连接面。
5.如权利要求2所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述第二面的部分排气槽延伸至所述连接面,并与所述第一面的部分排气槽相连通。
6.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述粘贴区域是凹陷形成在该外壳的表面,粘贴区域于其外侧缘处形成一端面,排气槽设置在粘贴区域并延伸至该端面。
7.如权利要求6所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述排气槽呈网格状。
