Abstract

本发明公开了一种使废气再循环的废气均匀进入各进气道的扰流装置。扰流板由密封面与导流面折弯而成,两个面的夹角为110~130°,密封面的边界与内燃机进气管的内腔轮廓相吻合。导流面的一端开有通流孔,密封面设有螺钉安装孔。导流面上通流孔的直径为φ16~18mm,扰流板的密封面用螺钉固定于发动机进气管路上。扰流板置于内燃机进气管路内腔,扰流板密封面的边界可根据不同柴油机进气管的结构特点、气缸进气道位置、废气进口位置等来设计扰流板边界形状位置、折弯角度以及通流孔直径等。本发明结构简单,对柴油机进气管道的改动不大,达到对EGR废气进行扰流、疏导,使之分配均匀的目的,扰流板采用一体冲压成形工艺生产。

Description

内燃机进气管路的扰流装置
技术领域
本发明属于内燃机部件,具体涉及到使废气再循环的废气均匀进入各进气道及气缸的扰流板。
背景技术
众所周知,由于世界各国对于环保的重视日益增强,所以我国对于机动车尾气排放的标准也大幅提高,有关法规也日趋严格。这样就迫使内燃机尾气排放的控制技术不断更新,“废气再循环”(以下简称EGR)技术的应用是目前内燃机制造行业的热门。
EGR的原理是将内燃机排出高温废气的一部分输回到各进气道及气缸,达到降低缸内最高燃烧温度及抑制NOx生成的目的。EGR废气进入进气管路的开口只有一处,而内燃机中每一个气缸都有各自的进气道,这就涉及到了废气分配给各缸时是否均匀的问题,也就是EGR率的均匀性,该均匀性对内燃机的动力性、经济性、排放水平有重要影响。本发明所提出的扰流板装置可使废气分配给各缸的均匀性问题得到解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使EGR的废气均匀进入各进气道及气缸的扰流板装置。
以下结合附图对本发明的原理与结构进行说明。该扰流板置于内燃机进气管路的内腔,具体是在EGR废气进口与缸盖进气道的进口之间。扰流板由密封面与导流面折弯及设定的通流孔、特定边界冲压而成,两个面的夹角为110~130°。其中密封面的边界与内燃机进气管的内腔轮廓相吻合。为了均衡气体流量以及流通截面积,导流面上开有通流孔,密封面设有螺钉安装孔(如图1),用螺钉将扰流板紧固到进气管路的内腔。
扰流板其作用原理是:新鲜空气与EGR废气从各自的进气口进入进气管路内腔,少部分新鲜空气和全部废气首先冲击到扰流板的密封面及导流面。由于密封面与导流面具有110~130°的夹角折弯,所以“废气束”被打散。以四缸柴油机为例,被打散的气束分成两部分,使一部分气流沿密封面、导流面以及通流孔向第一缸和第四缸方向的进气道流动;另一部分气流越过导流面中间边界向进气道中的第二缸和第三缸方向流动。因为第一缸和第四缸进气道距离EGR废气进口相对较远,所以开有通流孔就是为了增加气体流通截面积。第二缸和第三缸的进气道距离EGR废气进口相对较近,所以无需开设额外的进气通道。打散集中进入发动机进气管的“废气束”,将废气按比例均匀导入四个气缸,使各缸的EGR率保持一致。同时该扰流板要确保不干扰新鲜空气的正常流动,以免影响内燃机性能。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例以四缸柴油机为例对本发明的结构原理做进一步的说明,但本发明所涵盖的内容并不限于下述实施例。
本发明的关键是将扰流板装在柴油机进气管路中的EGR废气进口与缸盖进气道的进口之间。扰流板由密封面1与导流面2折弯而成,两个面的夹角为120°,密封面1的边界与内燃机进气管5的内腔轮廓相吻合,防止废气束自由扩散,导流面2的一端开有通流孔3,密封面1设有螺钉安装孔4。导流面上通流孔3的直径为φ18mm,扰流板安装于进气管5内腔,即扰流板的密封面1用螺钉固定于发动机进气管5上(如图1)。新鲜空气从进气口6、EGR废气从进口7进入进气管内腔8,部分新鲜空气和全部废气在进气管内腔8初步混合后冲击到扰流板的密封面1及导流面2被打散。一部分废气流沿密封面1、导流面2以及通流孔3向柴油机第一缸9-1和第四缸9-4方向的进气道流动;另一部分废气流向第二缸9-2和第三缸9-3方向流动。由于第一缸9-1和第四缸9-4进气道距EGR废气进口7的位置相对较远,所以通流孔3和上边界10、下边界11可增加这部分气体的流通截面积(如图2)。
扰流板装置采用钣金材料,扰流板置于柴油发动机进气管路内腔,扰流板密封面的边界根据不同柴油机进气管的结构特点、各缸进气道位置、废气进口位置等来设计扰流板边界形状和位置、折弯角度以及通流孔直径等。关键是该扰流板能有效控制EGR率的均匀性,本实施例采用一体冲压成形工艺生产而成。
本发明的特点及有益效果是:结构简单,对柴油机进气管道的改动不大,达到对EGR废气进行扰流、疏导,使之分配均匀的目的。扰流板采用一体冲压成形工艺即可生产,成本低廉易于推广。

1.内燃机进气管路的扰流装置,其特征是在柴油机进气管路中的废气再循环进口与缸盖进气道的进口之间装有扰流板,扰流板由密封面(1)与导流面(2)折弯而成,两个面的夹角为110~130°,密封面(1)的边界与发动机进气管(5)的内腔轮廓相吻合,导流面(2)的一端开有通流孔(3),密封面(1)设有螺钉安装孔(4),所述扰流板通过密封面(1)上的螺钉安装孔(4)用螺钉固定于发动机进气管(5)上。
